Ruphas's little scheme with Shiroyasha! Regal finds the Grand Gruen Volcano

Ruphas and Shiroyasha stared at each other. Ruphas had come to Shiroyasha for a few matters, and one of those matters was right between them, Algol.

Algol is one of the three problem children of Little Garden alongside Shiroyasha and Queen Halloween.

Shiroyasha looked at the necklace that was Algol on the small table with a frown, "As far as I know, Algol is only capable of increasing or decreasing her size... not changing shape like this," Shiroyasha pointed to the necklace with her folding fan.

"That necklace isn't Algol. Algol is sealed inside that necklace. She was too uncooperative, so I sealed her in something I could lose any time," Ruphas briefed, making Shiroyasha's eyes widen and examine the necklace again. She frowned, feeling the massive sealing power it had.

"So? What do you want? I don't think you just came here to present me Algol in such a pathetic state," Shiroyasha got straight to the point, making Ruphas smile.

"Interested in fighting a few individuals that are incredibly powerful?" Ruphas also directly offered. Shiroyasha raised her brows and gave her a 'Really' look. Shiroyasha lost her interest in Ruphas's offer, but "If you win, they will join your community, and they are strong enough to enter the 4-digit gates alone and dominate it," Ruphas added, trying to tempt Shiroyasha, but she wouldn't bend that easily.

Shiroyasha cheekily grinned and pointed her fan at Ruphas, "If I accept this, will you join the Thousand Eyes community and be my backer? If not, I won't be accepting this offer. Also, what does this have to do with you presenting Algol?"

"Algol has some part in it," Ruphas answered Shiroyasha's last question and turned serious. "And for me to join the Thousand Eyes community and be your backer... that would be impossible," she announced, making Shiroyasha disappointed. "But if you manage to win against the Vice Leader of the Familia I am in, I will become your backer. And if you manage to win against the Leader, then consider the whole of the Familia as yours," Ruphas made another offer, making Shiroyasha's eyes widen.

"You say Vice Leader and Leader... but what position do you have to make such an offer in the first place? I don't know what this Familia is or which individuals are part of it, so your offer here might be in vain." Ruphas had Shiroyasha's attention, but she wasn't going to take risks. She knew the gifts but didn't know the consequences, making her play around a bit.

"You don't have to worry, you won't be fighting alone. I will also fight alongside you, but only against the Vice Leader and Leader of the Familia... you have nothing to lose in this little game, only gain," Ruphas made it clear, making Shiroyasha very curious but also cautious.

"Now then, let's put that aside for later," Ruphas said and picked up Algol and tossed it to Shiroyasha, who caught it. "Help me make her submit and integrate her into a game board I am making."

Shiroyasha shrugged, "You owe me one," she smugly agreed.

Regal walked aimlessly through the Gruen Desert, his eyes searching for anything besides sand. After hours of walking, he finally spotted something in the distance, but it was still sand... a sandstorm, to be more specific. Regal ignored it and continued on his way but couldn't help glancing back at the rapidly growing storm.

"It's heading my way..." he dryly commented but still continued on his way. "Azu, buy me some clothes that aren't going to be destroyed anytime soon..."

[You got it]

Azu's reply came the very next second, her tone amused and near laughter.

After a while of walking, Regal started to feel the pull from behind. With his vision covered in sand, the storm could lift him up, but it sure could destroy his clothes to nothing.

Regal walked nude in the storm now, continuing straight as the storm followed him. After a while, he took a turn and waited for the storm to pass, which it finally did, leaving only his clothes destroyed.

"..."

A set of clothes appeared right on him: shorts and a tank top. Regal continued on his way, still lost. "Sigh... I don't even know which direction I came from any.... more," Regal's words trailed off as he spotted something that wasn't sand.

Eight blue beams shot into the sky, "That should be the Dukedom of Ankaji," Regal grinned and blitzed to one of the beams. He floated above the city, looking down, and couldn't help but frown. "The city is pretty lively..." he commented, finding it very odd.

"Let's see... if Hajime would take about six days to get here... so they all got sick in six days? A little too slow for this population," he glanced at the water source, which was a little polluted. "Those demons are slow and useless; they could have just killed that monster and dumped it into the lake, which would have killed the entire population in a single day," he offhandedly commented as he dipped straight into the lake, going to the very bottom.

"Hee... a pink smile," he remarked, remembering a certain blue smile.

Looking at the pink smile monster that was energetically eating the fish, he smiled and flicked it. In the next moment, the whole water was pushed away from him and a massive vacuum bubble formed.

He disappeared from there and appeared in the library of the city, took a map, and left the city that very moment. "The payment for the map will be the death of that little monster," he commented as he let the map guide him to the Grand Gruen Volcano.

After a while of sprinting, he arrived at a massive volcano that was three kilometers tall with a base about six kilometers wide.

Regal grinned, pocketed the map, and flashed to the top of the volcano. Regal excitedly looked but then paused. "Hey Azu, if I dive down, will my clothes burn off..." he asked.

[If you jump into the sun, maybe]

Azu replied, and Regal was already in the air diving down into the volcano. The top was covered in solidified lava, but that wasn't a problem for Regal, who could walk through the wall of Valhalla in Ragnarok with ease.

BAM!

The solidified lava cracked and burst on impact, letting Regal through. Regal dived straight into the lava and swam around for a bit before getting out, "It just feels like I am swimming with weights behind me... feels just like water," he disappointedly muttered. He dove again, going straight down this time, entering the great labyrinths in a way no one would have guessed.
