"Juggernaught?" J.

"The big ship?…" A.

Jay had walked back to her and reached her the saber he picked, to what she got a bit irritated, but not as much as to his other questions. He still had kept searching through the crates but like she had said, found nothing of worth.

Fetching a few apples and other ready food, Jay went back to Ally who had kept sitting there in the same position and watching him.

Picking the key from where he knocked her nearly out, Jay grabbed her chin between his index finger and thumb, lifted her head and placed a good bye kiss on her soft lips.

"You know, you should probably wear something in case someone comes here! ...how ever lovely it looks and unlikely it is that someone reaches here…" J.

While she was blushing fiercely, Jay turned around and changed his leather armor for one of the sailors shirts before he strode towards the door.

He went through it without looking back and locked the door again once he was through. The battle to come was not that easy even for him and he had some things to take care of first, so he had to focus.

The first thing was of course to check on the skills he got, other than the two Status points. Though the first thing in the list was [Arithmetic], it only leveled his own up to three. From there on it was new skills to him and surprisingly all of them were decent.

[Mapping LVL 3] for example not only enabled him to learn the layout of his surroundings and bring them on paper, it also came with an ability called (Localize). That one showed him his own position on a map in his mind, as well as those of set targets.

Doing exactly what it sounded like was [Diving LVL 2] and he finally had the ability to dive under water again. At least that was how it was said in the description and it even increased his breath so he could dive longer.

For [Sailing LVL 3] he not really had any use at that moment as it only enabled him to steer any type of boat and increased the speed a little bit. Some time in the future he wanted to test it, but for that moment Jay concentrated back on the last skill he got:

It was called [Ornithology LVL 2] and gave him general knowledge of birds, enabled him to tame them and even displayed them on his map. The last part was a bonus he received from his system, similar to the mind map being available from the mini map and automatically actualizing.

As he was done with the skills he had integrated, Jay looked around and checked his surroundings once again. He had marched towards the plank he arrived over at first but found no one coming closer.

Using that moment of silence, Jay read through a line at the end of his log that had surprised him and clicked on the notification.

Completely irritated by the low maximum level Hunter had, Jay learned another thing with this as well:

He just fucked up his latest job in a literal sense. If he got it right, it seemed completely possible to max out at least some, or may be all, other Jobs by banging some girls and doing kinky stuff.

Concentrating back to the matter at hand and concentrating on changing the Job, Jay got the all too well known screen displayed like always.

It had no new Jobs on the list and if he didn't know higher tiered ones would most certainly replace the previous Jobs, Jay might had thought it would thin out some day.

Jay had chosen Brawler as it was the last sure first tiered Job and he wasn't sure about the Summoner. But thinking back to a skilled and very sexy Pixie who had that job, it seemed unlikely that it was a first tier one.

The skills he got were laughable but to his surprise [Martial Arts] came with a new ability called (Pummel LVL1). It was a hit that dealt nearly no damage but interrupted any spell casting and prevented similar follow up spells through magical lash back. For others it only disoriented the target and made them probable to miss.

Happy about the changes in his status as well, Jay stepped onto the wooden plank and silently got back to the platform he originally came from.

Resting some more had to wait as it was time to test out his new Job and skills for a bit...
