Cassy makes trouble

Lea stared at the man in two piece suit. His aura is no joke. When he appeared all of the people's attention is drawn on him.Drihn Park really is a head turner.

When Cassy turn her head to the door's direction there stood Drihn Park. The man he's been dreaming of. And also the same ruthless man who did everything for his wife's revenge.Not because Layla wanted it but because he loves his wife so much that he can't bear for her to suffer any injustice. She had nothing now how could she still compare to Layla Si.

But still she can still hurt that bitch's face. Coming to this conclusion she immediately reach out for a small knife in her purse. She look at her surroundings and saw that the person closest to her is the attendant and Lea is only a few steps away from them. Although Cassy is a brat and have an attitude problem she still has some skills to back her up. She kept her fist close tightly to hide the small but sharp modified knife. She sneakily took her steps while everyone's attention is still on Drihn. When she thought that the distance between her and Lea is enough for her hand to reach she swiftly pulled out the small knife from her purse, raise it high and stab downwards. Just when she thought she succeeded the small knife stopped inches away from Lea's face.

Cassy look towards the face she hated the most in this life and saw that Lea is smiling at her. Lea leaned in and whispered into her ear. " you can't hurt me, I'm not a normal human you know".

It turns out that Lea is already aware that she's planning something and as one of the seven island's heir she is thought since young not to let down her guard. Even when sleeping she didn't stop using her ability. Every second of the day since she started to understand things her grandfather always told her not to stop using a protective barrier. So before Cassy's knife touch her face it got stopped by her psychic ability. She's basically using her psychic ability as an invisible protective shield twenty four hours a day. So of course Cassy as a normal human can't possibly hurt her. Even if an ability user sneak an attack it won't affect her much. Afterall her training as an heir is really no joke. Being an an heir gives you previleges but also responsibility. And if you can't meet your elders expectations you're most likely to be replaced.

Lea twisted Cassy's right hand causing the small knife to drop on the ground. She kick it away before kicking Cassy's knees making her to fall on a kneeling position. All her actions only took a few seconds by the time the guest look over they only saw Cassy kneeling on the ground looking like she's begging and apologizing.

Cassy look up only to see the disgusted looks of the people. They don't know the reason why she's kneeling right now but almost all of them know that she's the one causing trouble. To the point that the host of the banquet has to come out of the hall because of the noise she's making. Cassy is so embarrassed, her face is all gone now.
