23 Buffet Breakfast

I opened my eyes and saw an unfamiliar ceiling. I was really having a nice dream and its kind of annoying to wake up in the middle of it. I looked to my side to check Kenji and to the hand that was resting on my arm. I followed it and saw Sachie sleeping soundly. She was hugging Kenji and her hand went onto mine. I slowly moved to check the time on my phone. It's six o'clock in the morning and the tour will start at nine.

I looked back at them. It's like I don't want to disturb their sleep but we have somewhere to go to this morning. I slowly moved her hand away. I think I might go and prepare first then wake them up later.

By the time I finished she was still sleeping soundly but Kenji's awake now but not making any sound. He smiled when I approached him. I guess it's time to wake her up.

"Sachie?" I started with a low voice to see if she'll wake up.

"Sachie..." still not waking up.

"Sachie" i tapped her. She moved and put the blanket to cover her face.

"Sachie wake up..." This time she removed the cover and was trying to look at me with those sleepy eyes.

"What time is it?" She looked at her surroundings and to her side where the baby was laying quietly.

"It's 6:30 and we have a tour this morning"

"I want to sleep..." she got up lazily. She's so cute. I just hope she remembered that this wasn't her room.

"Where are my things? I put them here" she complained.

"It's on your room" She tried searching through her mind and then her eyes widen in surprise. I couldn't help but laugh as I took Kenji from the bed.

"We'll escort you to your room" she took a step backwards and then ran towards the door.

"No need! I'll see you later for breakfast!" Then she escaped.

"Okay little buddy... Let's go and get ready for today's trip"

I forgot that I wasn't in my room. I wish there was a hole to suck me in at that moment. I fell asleep in his room and we were on the same bed. I felt some warmth on my cheeks.

I know the girls will tease me because I didn't go back last night. Anyway its not like we did something. We just slept there with Kenji on the middle.

I was on front door when I realized that I left my phone on the bedside table. I was in a hurry to leave when he told me that he would send me to my room. I rang the doorbell and as I went inside I saw those malicious eyes waving at me.

"Where were you last night?"

"Uhhh... with them?" Why do it feels like my mom caught me sneaking out.

They laughed and one of them threw a towel at me. "Hurry up because breakfast is ready in thirty minutes."

"Yeah right. Just go and I'll follow later" I went inside the bathroom and looked at myself in the mirror. I saw my reflection smiled upon remembering the events that happened last night. With all of these happening, I know I'm about to fall deeper. I touched my chest where my heart is and tapped it.

"I hope you won't get hurt. You know the risks right? Falling one-sidedly is kinda sad..." I'm supposed to be sad but I'm so happy right now. I'm happy because of both of them. I'm happy that we're together now in this place.

Its all different now since I've finally realized it. I know I was trying to stop myself before because I don't want to make things awkward between us but what to do? My mind says 'No' but my heart says 'Yes'.

I sighed. What have I gotten myself into? I already jumped before I knew it. I was falling deeper before I admitted it to myself. Well girl its nice to be inlove if its mutual. I shook my head and took a deep breath.

"Just enjoy Sachie... Enjoy the moment while it lasts..."

Reeve waved at me upon seeing me getting inside the restaurant. I approached him and then sat opposite at him. He was feeding Kenji while waiting for me.

"What do you want to eat? I'll get it"

"Anything yummy will do"

"Alright" I stood up and went to the buffet table. I took a plate and checked everything first before I finally decided what to pick.

I placed the plates batch by batch because I couldn't carry it all. Reeve was still busy feeding our baby.

"Let's eat" I sat and then bowed my head to bless the food.

"Want me to carry him?"

"No... just eat. Don't worry I'll manage" he used his free hand to get some food.

"The food here is really good. That breakfast was great" I leaned on the chair. I think I ate too much. Reeve was smiling at me.

"What?" I frowned.

"You're cute"

"Cute?"

"Yeah. Too cute."

"Stop teasing"

"I'm not"

"Yes you are"

He laughed at me.

I glared at him.

"Hey..."

"What?" Still glaring at him.

"I hope we'll have many of these moments together..." Looking straight at me those expression in his eyes, I couldn't help but soften at him.

"I'm glad I came. We came."

I felt something stinging on my heart. I opened my mouth but its like words weren't coming out. I just smiled at him in the end.

If only I could tell him what's on my heart right now...

If only I could tell him...

But not now...

I'm not yet ready to hear him say that he doesn't like me...

I just want to enjoy everything with him while it lasts...

Even if it gets unrequited in the end...

I'll always be glad that I fell for someone like him...

He's worth it...

Its worth it...
