Unfairania Planet

The opulent chamber basked in the warm embrace of the sun's rays, casting a welcoming and comforting ambiance throughout the room. Seated on a majestic black throne, a man in his prime exuded an aura like before, with his jet-black hair and piercing gaze. He looked at the shadow captain.

"My lord, the third master has emerged from his quarters and is in dire need of sustenance. I believe a few days of rest and proper nourishment will do him good," the Shadow Captain implored.

The lord scoffed, "Pathetic. He cowers in fear, unable to leave his own room for a week. I can at least use him as a bargaining chip with some prominent family by sending him off."

The Shadow Captain bowed and promptly vanished from sight, as if he never existed in the lord's presence. The lord's indifferent gaze betrayed his utter lack of concern for his own son's life.

As I was about to step into my room, the maid greeted me with a deferential bow. It was the same maid whom I had lashed out at earlier in a fit of anger. I knew I should apologize for my behavior, but I couldn't afford to show any weakness. If this world is the same as the novel then, showing mercy was a sure fire way to end up dead.

As I pondered this, I caught her eye and considered offering an apology. However, I quickly shook off the thought. This was not the world I knew before. Here, people were killed for the slightest of reasons - even a mere glance could be perceived as a threat. I sighed inwardly, knowing that I had to stay resolute and unyielding.

Breaking the silence, I spoke in a cold and authoritative tone, "Bring me a book on the history of Unfairania." Without waiting for a response, I strode past the maid and into my room.

...

As I sit here at my study table, I can feel the weight of the book in front of me, the "History of Unfairania and its Secrets". With a sense of purpose, I open the book and begin to read. I know that before I can make any plans, I must first have a proper foundation of knowledge, and this book may hold the key to confirming what I suspect to be true: that this world is the same as a novel.

For hours on end, I immerse myself in the book's pages, determined to learn all that it has to offer. As a former software developer from India, I have a natural inclination towards learning and the ability to sit for long periods of time. And so, after ten hours of focused reading, I finally reach the last page.

With a blackish feather pen and small notebook in hand, I begin to write down everything that I have learned, recording it in my own language for safety's sake. These notes will serve as the foundation for the plans that I will make.

I started to write about the first thing that I found important about this world, I just copied the same line from the book: `Initially, the world was inhabited by three distinct races: Demons, Humans, and Gods. However, in the past, the Demon and God races were considerably more dominant than Humans, which led to the Demon race committing brutal massacres against the Humans. The God race, meanwhile, remained indifferent to the plight of the Humans.

To restore balance and harmony to the world, the Supreme God known as "Trius" intervened by granting powers to all three races equally. This decision was intended to promote peace and stability among the races. As a result, all inhabitants of the world possess abilities today.`

I thought that the act to balance the world and prevent massacres was a noble one, but if a dangerous power was given, it would most likely cause even more deaths in the end. As I pondered this, I realized that this may not be the real reason for granting such an ability.

I began to write about the next thing that I found important about this world: `This world is comprised of three distinct types of energy: demon or negative energy, positive or divine energy, and neutral or mana energy. The world is divided into three parts, with each part containing a different type of energy. The area that contains demon energy is known as demonland, the area that contains divine energy is called godland, and the area that contains mana energy is referred to as humanland.

Each type of energy possesses unique properties. If a demon creature enters humanland, they will transform into monsters or insane creatures. However, strong individuals can resist the effects of demon energy, and some medicines can neutralize its impact. Despite this, demons are still able to kill hundreds of humans without damaging the peace treaty.

To achieve their goal, demons often send demon animals to humanland. These animals become monsters and attack humans, resulting in many casualties.` This is the reason why humans have to continue fighting even after the peace treaty. It's unfortunate, as it means that I could die in this world if I don't have a strong ability or people to protect me.

I moved toward the next part: `According to the terms of the peace treaty, humans are prohibited from having more than two children because demons and gods are afraid of humans population. However, there are certain exceptions to this rule. Members of the Royal family and the heads of the seven great families are allowed to have more than two children.` This is really an odd thing to do, but the book doesn't mention the fertility rate of the God and Demon races. Perhaps they don't have a good fertility rate, and that's why they are afraid of the human population.

Don't tell me they kill humans for that reason. Nah, it can't be like that. I should not dwell on these negative and cruel things. I moved forward, shaking my head to clear my mind.

The next things may not be important, but they will be essential for me to understand the common sense of this world. These things are like:

`Strength is highly valued in this world, regardless of whether you are male or female. If you are strong, you have the privilege of having a child who will carry on your name. On the other hand, if you are weak, you will have to take on the name of someone else.`

'This is what we call equality,' I thought to myself, as I contemplated my old world where people were dying to achieve equality like this.

The second-to-last thing is the people that I have to be aware of, as they are the strongest in this world. In each land, there exist three supreme beings who hold the greatest power. However, these beings do not typically intervene in the world's affairs; rather, they observe each other's actions from a distance. Despite their immense power, they prefer to maintain a level of detachment from the events that occur in the world.

Finally the last thing, The name of all the powerful families in the human land. The following are the names of the royal family and the seven great families:

Constantine (Royal Family, led by one supreme being)

1. Firestone (led by one supreme being)

2. Winterfell (led by one supreme being)

3. Nightshade

4. Blackthorn

5. Silvermist

6. Ironclad

7. Bloodmoon

...

These things may be boring to study, but I have to understand this world. That's concluded main points that will help me to make plan. This is similar to a novel, and I should now start to consider what I can learn from a novel that will help me to create a good plan. I put my pen down as I thought about my plan and that novel.

This really is an unfair world, isn't it?
