Blair's POV

I feel myself slip in and out of the darkness. I want to stay unconscious, trust me I do. But that voice in my head won't let me. Maybe because that it's its job. To ensure I survive this hellhole, or maybe it's just because Arian may get hurt if I let myself go. There's only one way she can get out here unscarred. And that's if I do what I'm damn good at; Putting myself in danger to rescue another. I hate the fact that I have a strong conscience, but there's no turning it off. Maybe there's a way to tone her out though and I've just not figured it out yet.

Gathering all the energy left in me, I speak.

"Check the cabinet behind me. You'll see the Keys" My voice is barely above a whisper. I honestly doubt she heard me. In fact, I don't expect her to hear me. I hear sounds but I'm not sure what's happening as I kept my eyes closed. jingling of metals breaks the silence and I know she has found the keys.
