Emilia was a genius since she was young.

Her choice of weapon were knives and her sly personality just made them even more deadlier.

Along with Scarlet they were called the twin princesses. She was also the best friend of Scarlet and they both had a very strong bond and used to share everything with each other.

But something that Emilia had never told Scarlet was that she had always been jealous of her. If Emilia was a genius then Scarlet was a bigger genius than her. What she could do, Scarlet could do better. This made all her achievements get shadowed by Scarlet's achievements.

This jealousy had been growing ever since she was young.

After Scarlet's mother died, Emilia's mother started raising Scarlet as her own child. Scarlet's father, Alan was very busy and thus had always neglected Scarlet.

Emilia had never seen her father. Her mother, Susan had told her that he was as strong as Alan but went missing during one of the adventures. As such Emilia only had her mother with her but when Scarlet's mother died, Susan started raising Scarlet as her own and in the process Emilia started feeling neglected.

Emilia knew that at that time, Scarlet needed her mother more, but she was only a child and couldn't control her jealousy. Her heart really got pricked when Scarlet starting Susan as "mom." She wanted to be happy for Scarlet as she still was her baby sister and really tried to control her jealousy.

Because of all this Emilia matured really fast. Much faster that any kid of her own age including Scarlet.

She had to talent to manage – which gave her exceptional leadership skills. If scarlet's talent was to take the right decision for herself by analyzing the situation, Emilia's was to take the right decision for the whole group by analyzing the situation.

Everyone said that the future of Rockford group was very bright because of the two princesses. They said how Scarlet would lead the Rockford adventurer's guild and Emilia would lead the whole company – and as such started being called the twin princesses of Rockford.

This may have been the future, if that incident wouldn't have happened. All because of that incident. I would try my best to not let it happen. I would stop Emilia from doing that, Turner thought while looking at Emilia and smiling.

"I'm sure Scarlet would have said all bad things about me", Turner said while giving a hollowed laugh.

Emilia started launging, "haha don't worry Scarlet is just like that. Although you know , you both would be a perfect match for each other."

When Emilia said this, all the guys sitting near them looked at Turner with cold eyes.

Emilia…. I know you said this intentionally….making these all fanboys my enemies… You sly devil

"No no, My only interest is getting stronger now. I dont have time for anything else", Turner said this and started reading the book infront of him, trying to evade all the cold starts he was getting from the guys around him.

Light had a playful look in his eyes. "Maybe you're right Emilia. See both Turner and Scarlet are good at studies. They both love reading books. Infact, they are even reading one right now."

This time even more boys started giving a cold look to Turner.

Et tu Light ? Turner thought, while pushing his head further down inside his book.

Emilia said, "See I told you no ? Hey Chrome, Don't you think so too ?"

"Emilia come on, Scarlet deserves so much better than this guy heh", Chrome said while looking at the blackboard.

If he would have been looking at Emilia, He would have noticed how the smile vanished from Emilia's face after hearing that.

She turned towards the board deep in thoughts.

Chrome you bastard… It was partly your fault too that Emilia did that. But this time I will set you straight, Turner thought while looking at Emilia and then at Chrome.

I am going to save everyone….

The rest of the day was boring. Teachers came and after teaching they left. This was how the 1st day ended for everyone.

Scarlet was sitting in the 1st seat while writing in her copy what was written on the board.

"Oh comeon Scarlet, let's go now. I'm so hungry. If you take more time I will eat you." Emilia said while patting Scarlet at her shoulders.

Light was singing a song in his head and bobbing his head up and down.

Chrome was blankly staring out of the window, nobody Knowing what he may have been thinking.

"Oh by the way , I talked with your crush today." Emilia said in a chirpy tone.

"Shut up Emilia, He is not my crush. Enemy , yes , he is my number 1 enemy" Scarlet screamed with her cheeks slowly becoming pink.

Light noticed this and his eyes started gaining a playful shine.

"heh , Scarlet you're becoming Scarlet. Ohhhhh young love. I never would have thought our Scarlet would even fall in love eh Emilia ?" , Light said in a fatherly tone ,while wiping a fake tear from his right eye.

"Yes Light. It was like only yesterday , when she spoke her 1st word. Oh how fast kids grow. Our baby girl is big now." Emilia spoke in a motherly tone , this time hugging Scarlet from the back.

"ahhhhh shut up" Scarlet stood up and threw her pen at Light. She then started leaving even without finishing to write everything that was on the board.

"Wait…. What happened ? Scarlet leaving without writing everything ? Did the sun come out from the west today ?" Light was shocked.

Emilia too was shocked and after some time she smiled. "Wow Light we gained a way to stop Scarlet from studying so much. "

Light did the praying sign and said, "thankyou god for this wonderful gift. You have sent Turner as a blessing for us."

Emilia too clapped her hands and said "Amen."

"Emilia, Light, Chrome what are you guys doing . Comeon lets go , I hungry" came from outside the door of the class.

All three started moving out of the class and following Scarlet.

"Hey, Chrome tomorrow starts our weapon classes. Are you excited ?" , Light asked while walking down the hall.

"Nah, we already have learnt to use our weapons properly Light. Further I don't think any teacher would help us improve. Plus there is no one in the class who could defeat us."

"True", Light replied while looking at his hands.

There was no conversation anymore , and one could only hear the sound of their footsteps.

Each and everyone of them was lost deep in their thoughts now.

Meanwhile Turner was lying on his bed. Weapons…. What should I do ? It takes years to master them. Further even if I make a talent like Chrome for myself it would still take a lot of time. Time... Time is something that I don't have... I guess I am left with just 2 weapons that I can use.
