Chapter 58 is there something you're not telling me

After staying for a little longer Anlan prepared to leave she was happy to know that Mei Xia had forgiven her 

"Okay you have to leave.. you won't want to be late for your classes"Mei Xia said 

"I know.. I'm just so exhausted to leave"Anlan said and stood up from the couch

"Go safely"Mei Xia said and smiled

"Ok bye.. don't get crowded up by thoughts"Anlan said and winked

"What's that?"Mei Xia asked confused

"It's me telling you to be safe..bye"Anlan said

"Bye"Mei Xia waved and Anlan left

Anlan boarded the bus home and when she arrived she found Yao yao playing outside with the other kids

"Mummy.. you're back"Yao yao said and ran to her

"Haven't i warned you not to play outside after what happened the last time"Anlan scolded

"I was bored"Yao yao said faintly with her head bent slightly

"Does Didi know you're out here"Anlan asked calmly

"No she doesn't"Yao yao replied smiling mischievously

"Of course she won't you would have snucked out like you usually do"Anlan said and grabbed her hands as they both walked to their apartment

"I didn't sneak out"Yao yao defended

"You're so stubborn.."Anlan said and they both walked inside

"No I'm not"Yao yao said and smiled

When they got inside they found Han Jing looking around confused

"What.. where have you been?"Han Jing asked holding Yao yao worriedly

"You don't have to be worried... she snuck out of the house"Anlan replied

"What? how? when?"Han Jing asked surprised

"Sorry..I had to the house was boring"Yao yao said

"OH my goodness.. you almost made my heart jump out of my body"Han Jing said and fell on the couch

"I don't know why she's this hard to deal with"Anlan said angrily

"I love you mummy"Yao yao said and hugged Anlan 

"You're just too stubborn"Anlan said and chuckled

"Of course I am"Yao yao said"sorry Didi I didn't mean to make you worried I was just bored"Yao yao said apologetically

"It's nothing.. but don't do it next time I will not take it easy on you"Han Jing said angrily

"I won't "Yao yao said and ran out

"You're late today what's wrong"Han Jing asked

"I went to Mei Xia's place..why aren't you at work"Anlan replied

"Today is my off"Han Jing replied

"Oh"Anlan simply said and sighed

"Is there something you're not telling me?"Han Jing asked

"Why do ask?"Anlan asked surprised

"Cheng told me how you behaved yesterday and he's worried"Han Jing said

"Han Jing there's a lot I'm not telling you..I don't want to burden you with my problem"Anlan said 

"I've told you not to say all that I'm your friend I'm not complaining we've been by each other's side since childhood and I've told you that your problem is my problem"Han Jing said

"I'm worried about mum's health grandma said it's getting worst.. I don't know what to do"Anlan said and tears fell out of her eyes

"I understand.. but I know that everything will be ok..I will also try to raise money somehow you don't have to be worried"Han Jing said and took Anlan's hands

"No Han Jing you can't do that"Anlan snapped back"you can't stress yourself.. you know you also have your your life to look after"Anlan said crying

"She's also my mother Anlan.. when I didn't have a mum she was there for me.. she treated me nice and accommodated me when my family mistreated me.. so she's also my mum"Han Jing said crying

"I met with Ye juemo Second Master of the Scott family"Anlan said

"What?why?"Han Jung asked shocked

"He gave me an offer"Anlan said and chuckled slightly

"What offer?"Han Jing asked curiously

"He wants me to act as his wife for a year, give him a child and we divorce.. and he promises to take mum to one of the best hospitals for her surgery and he'll give me a big amount of money"Anlan explained wiping off her tears with her back hand

"Oh my goodness.. what was your reply"Han jing asked puzzled

"I told him that I would think about it"Anlan said and sighed

"So what do you want to do?"Han Jing asked softly

"I'm not sure"Anlan said and smiled faintly

"I'll be by your side no matter your choice"Han Jing smiled

"I appreciate everything you've done Han Jing "Anlan said and hugged her

"You should go and prepare for your classes"Han jing said

"Okay I will"Anlan said and smiled back
