"I don't really care" Amelia states at Liam's statement. They both knew that she was lying. Something has changed between them. Something that may or may not be good, for both of them. There was a spark, a tension they both could feel yet they knew it won't end up well.

There was a reason behind it. A reason why they can't be together. Amelia knew how bad Ace is, and how deadly he is and Ace knew that having Amelia will awaken those monsters lurking around him. Ace knew that bringing Amelia here is one of his stupid decisions but Ace couldn't control his anger when his men informed him that Amelia is kidnapped.

"I didn't kidnap you," Ace says. Amelia looks at him, shaking her head. Her anger building up more and more.

"You are such a Liar, Ace. Fuck you. I fucking hate yo-" Before Amelia could say anything, Ace holds her neck from behind. His dark eyes looked straight through her soul.
