There will be a management department headed by Bernard and another department for external deals and selling items and procuring items headed by someone else. The heads will be selected soon and so will the workers. The workers will be having pay as per their quality. The first order will have three vitality core per month, the second order worker will have three second-order vitality core per month, the third order will have three second-order vitality core per month and so on. The zeroth level will have one first order vitality core per month. The security department workers will be graded as per the knighthood rank. The cooks will be personally ranked by me by the food that they created. The other departments will have people as per the heads and as per the effects they show towards the jobs. I will be putting some magic on your body to check on you. I will be promoting you based on the job. If you think that knights just has to get as per the strength, you can go to the security department. The leaders will be getting as much cores as their subordinates have. If there is something you want to ask, you can."

Rock asked, "How can we know who to be believed?"

John looked at him and said, "I am above all. I will be giving you a watch with the ranks shown on the watch that can update as per my thought and downgraded by my thought. All of them bowed and accepted. John looked at them and said, "Only those above three ranks can accept the people. Third rank can accept zeroth order, fifth rank the second order and so on. The initial recruitment will be done by me too."

John selected some and gave the first order watches to Bernard, Rock and Ryan. He wanted to make an example and gave it to Rock. 

John sat down and let the items he created be bought. The kitchen stuff was bought and so were the ingredients. The food was to be made and the better one would be the leader for now. John saw them making the food and tasted and ate all the food. He found that Timothy was the best chef and he gave the second rank to them. Bernard had said good things about Paul but it was really not good. He had no idea of how to use the spices. His methods were related to the mass creation of food rather than creating specific food. Timothy was a professional and he used to work in the frontlines for the general. He was a knight but his body conditions had become terrible.

John looked at them and ate the food and smiled. He looked at everyone and said, "Those who are interested in being merchants can come to this side." Seeing many coming he smiled.

John said, "You can get ten percent of the money for which you sell the items and now under Bernard and if a better person comes, he will be relieved of his duty. The person to sell the most of the swords will get the first order badge and position. I hate unfair competition among you but you can target and force outsiders. John said to him, "If you do well, I will help you and your son get a bloodline and make you my personal butler. This will depend on how well you perform."

Bernard bowed and continued with his things. John rose to the air and on the platform ate the food and played the game. John looked at them as they worked. It would be better to let them find and workout the structure of the organization themselves. It would be hard to manage it myself and it would be better to have the people have their own rules figured out.

John looked at the people and found that they were looking at him. He looked at them and said, "Continue with your jobs."

They continued with their own matter. John looked at the items and found that it was boring indeed. He created a higher order game and kept playing it. He decided to increase the power and used the power of metal to create a lot of items. The normal items were useless as there were alchemy. He could create items with lower cost and get the market shift in his direction and he decided to let the power of the world rise. He had to create a city at least.

John looked at the baron and his knights. He let them come inside, even though they were not worthy as they were the first ones to come. Baron Bernath looked at him and smiled. John saw the commonality between him and Bernes. John looked at him and asked, "What do you want?" 

Bernath smiled and said, "We humbly invite you to the town my lord. The whole town will be under you, we will be under you and fulfill all the things you want."

John looked at him and said, "You are not worthy."

Bernath said, "There are things that we have that you do not have."

John said, "Then there is no other thing to do but to have a commercial relation."

Bernath said, "What are you going to sell my lord?"

John said, "A special vitality coin that is one-hundredth of a vitality core of first order. You can exchange one core for hundred coins. A vitality coin will be equal to two gold coins. We can have the exchange in that manner. We will not be taking in any currency and will only be taking the food and other resources for the coin. I have no need for your gold coins and silver coins."

Bernath said, "We cannot have our currency be worthless."

Bernath stood and said, "You can get what you want but we will not have any relationship." He got in anger and left the room. John let them leave. He bowed and said, "Some of them cannot come."

John said, "Tell them that if they do not come, I will declare war. Tell my words exactly as it is."

Bernard bowed and left.
