Eiron's warning came as a minor shock to Hael, who furrowed his eyebrows and turned to look at the group sitting just across from them.
Unlike the rest of the class, they all sat together in a single open space, away from the remaining students, and they were incredibly quiet—not even a single sound of a murmur.
They were deathly silent, still the smile on their faces was something that could be definitely improved.
All of them had the same grin as they looked at the other students. A grin that wasn't particularly heartwarming to Hael, but maybe it was just him.
"They seem more than prideful, don't they? Look at the disdain in their eyes as they look at us as if we're dogs..." Eiron whispered gently to him, as Hael creased his eyebrows.
"But why are you whispering?" He couldn't help but ask.
