Today marks a fantastic day for the world, especially the IS community! Just recently, the news broke that we've discovered a second male IS pilot! And, what do you know? He's another native of Japan, following in the footsteps of our first male pilot. I honestly didn't anticipate finding a second one so quickly.
Life's unpredictability is what keeps things interesting, right?
Without further ado, here are some pictures I managed to snag of our mysterious second male pilot.

First things first, the guy is undeniably handsome. The prospect of this charming man joining the IS community excites me, and I'm eagerly looking forward to meeting him in person!
Now, his background might seem ordinary compared to Ichika Orimura. There is no badass sister or dramatic backstory here; he's an orphan leading a pretty everyday life.
But, ladies, don't be fooled! I've gathered that this man is far more interesting than he lets on. He's a former student of the renowned Ryopanzaku Dojo and a jack-of-all-trades from his previous school. Watch out for this one!
Also, his name is Aruto Igarashi!

Aruto Igarashi is still on the run and hasn't surfaced since he escaped the examination grounds. Surprisingly, he's proven adept at evading the police for this long. Rumours are that they might soon deploy some IS units in the search.

After a final glance at the forum, she casually closed the browser. Tabane Shinonono is the brilliant mind behind the creation of the IS and the most influential figure of this era.
Describing Tabane herself, she's a young woman with captivating red-purple eyes and long, flowing dark purple-pink hair that cascades down to her hips. Her usual attire includes a frilly maid-like blue and white dress, ribboned pantyhose embracing her legs, robotic rabbit ears perched atop her head, and a lab coat, all complemented by Mary Jane's shoes. The quite revealing ensemble showcases her slim, voluptuous figure and ample assets, marked by a grey bracelet on her wrists.
"Aruto Igarashi, what secrets do you keep?" she pondered aloud about Aruto Igarashi. Her irritation and a hint of madness crept into her voice.
The second male pilot was not someone she held in high regard; in fact, she despised his very existence for disrupting her meticulously crafted plan.
In her view, a second male IS pilot should never have appeared without her permission. This era, she believed, was meant for Ichika alone.
There was never meant to be a second one.
Ichika was the main character she meticulously crafted for this world. He was the one who was supposed to change the world and influence it with his appearance.
Yet, this Aruto Igarashi, in her eyes, became an unwelcome intrusion into the narrative she had carefully scripted.
She couldn't allow this putrid existence to exist any longer. She naturally saw various forums or social media of his popularity. She even saw many people who were more interested in him than Ichika.
No.
It wasn't supposed to be like that.
Tabane's fingers danced across the holographic keyboard, accessing Aruto Igarashi's profile with a swift and practiced motion. The screen flickered to life, displaying an array of information about the enigmatic second male IS pilot.
"Let's see what secrets you're hiding, Aruto," Tabane muttered with a mischievous glint in her eyes. The profile details his background, skills, and the circumstances surrounding his sudden appearance in the IS world.
As she read through the data, a sense of fascination and annoyance rose within her. Aruto's background appeared mundane, an orphan with a seemingly ordinary life. However, his skills, especially his association with the Ryopanzaku Dojo, intrigued Tabane but also his connection with various important people.
"He's not just an ordinary guy, is he?" she pondered. Tabane's eyes narrowed as she delved deeper into Aruto's file.
"He's either playing a very clever game or..." Tabane's voice trailed off, her mind contemplating the myriad possibilities. A sudden grin crossed her face as a devious idea formed in her brilliant mind.
"Now, let's see if we can find our mysterious men…" she muttered as she initiated a few swift commands and accessed the various surveillance cameras all over Japan with a mere flick of her hands. No piece of information on the internet could escape her scrutiny. Tabane, a genius far beyond her time, revelled in her ability to manipulate the internet.
Tabane's holographic screen displayed a myriad of surveillance feeds and intricate details about Aruto Igarashi's movements. She meticulously traced his every step, intent on maintaining her crafted story.
As she observed, her eyes widened in surprise and curiosity. There he was, Aruto Igarashi, the elusive second male IS pilot, seemingly inconspicuous in a small takoyaki stall—the sight of him handling takoyaki balls instead of running away like a fugitive left Tabane momentarily baffled.
"Hmm, what do we have here?" she muttered to herself, a sly smile playing on her lips as she recovered from her shock. Tabane couldn't help but find the irony amusing - the supposed second IS pilot now flipping Takoyaki in a street stall.
How ironic.
He shouldn't have messed with her plan if that's what he wanted to achieve in his life.
Unfortunately, life was not kind to anyone, and she personally experienced it.
Her fingers danced over the holographic controls as she zoomed in for a closer look. The live footage revealed Aruto's face, his features momentarily shielded by the steam from the sizzling takoyaki grill. The genius inventor leaned in, intrigued by this unexpected twist in the tale.
"Why, Aruto Igarashi, of all places, a takoyaki shop?" she mused, a mixture of amusement and irritation in her voice. This differed from how she envisioned the second male IS pilot spending his time.
Despite the peculiarity of the situation, Tabane's mind was already working on the next move. Her genius intellect calculated the potential repercussions and devised a plan to redirect the narrative back to her carefully orchestrated script.
With a confident smirk, she leaned back in her chair, continuing to monitor the takoyaki shop's live feed. Aruto's presence in that small establishment was a deviation from her image of him. Tabane Shinonono was determined to reclaim control of her narrative, even if it meant confronting the second male IS pilot.
Lost in her thoughts, she noticed an incoming call from none other than Chifuyu Orimura. Her initial irritation flipped in an instant, and she eagerly answered the call with a newfound enthusiasm.
"Chi-chan! Did you miss me!? I really miss you! I really want to hug you right now!" exploded Tabane joyfully.
"...Sigh, Tabane. I'm calling you for something important," replied Chifuyu with a hint of fatigue. Don't get her wrong, Chifuyu cherished the friendship she shared with Tabane, but at times, Tabane's excessive enthusiasm could be exhausting.
"Mouhh~ Chi-chan, you're no fun. Tabane-tan is sad," cried Tabane, faking her sadness, fully aware that her friend saw through her act. It was a common trick she played with Chifuyu.
"… All right, all right, I also missed you very much, Tabane. Now, can we talk?"
"Good enough… So what does Chi-chan want!" asked Tabane, in an excellent mood as she had missed talking to Chifuyu since their last call.
"Aruto Igarashi. Do you have something to do with his ability to pilot the IS?" asked Chifuyu without beating around the bushes.
"…"
"…"
"Tabane?" asked Chifuyu with some worry as she could feel the heavy silence even through the phone.
"…Nope! Tabane has nothing to do with Aruto Igarashi! This Mista—this man is utterly new to Tabane!" responded Tabane with fake happiness.
"…Right, I'm calling you if you know where he is. I don't want him to get in trouble, and I want to bring him back to IS Academy. I'm really interested in this man, you know?"
"…"
"…"
(Chi-chan is interested in another man other than Ichika…!?)
Unforgivable.
Aruto Igarashi has to die.
"Tabane!? Are you still here?" asked the irritated Chifuyu as she couldn't understand her friend's weird behaviour today.
"Ah! I'm fine, Chi-chan! I was just stuck in my thoughts, TeeHee! As for this filt—Aruto! I can't find him, unfortunately! He is very good at hiding himself." Lied Tabane as she kept her eyes on Aruto on her holographic display.
"Right… then call me if you find something." Muttered Chifuyu as she didn't completely believe her lie but gave her the benefit of the doubt.
"Bye, Chi-chan!"
"Goodbye Tabane."
After the call, Tabane silently and maliciously stared deeply at Aruto's figure as he flipped Takoyaki.
"It's your fault."
