"Here's my answer."
The silhouette brandished its sword at Holjan as three streaks of light were fired from it and struck the labyrinth guardian.
"Roar!"
Sato didn't need to spend much energy guessing that the new arrival was Nightingale who had been watching all this while. Her answer was clear as day and just what he had expected.
"Roar!"
Holjan paused in its steps and turned around, taking a deep look at the new fighter.
"Hold his attention while I deal damage. Don't try anything fishy." Nightingale suddenly said.
Sato knew what she meant by her second statement but truth be told, he had no intention of pulling a fast one on her. This was a half-step monster player; a false monster if you may. Trying to pull a scam on them would more or less fail, but at the same time, attract the anger of a dangerous and influential expert.
