Beriblue Village
When they entered the village that was made of stone and wood, Renxian and Kirisu dismounted, leading the horse as they looked around. Some of the villagers cast watchful eyes when noticed strangers dressed in full black.
Especially for Kirisu who completely covered her appearance from top to bottom, such a mysterious individual made them suspicious. However, as they stepped deeper, there were several residents gathered in front of the house as if something had happened.
"I saw it! That creature devoured all my blueberries!" the old man with white hair and a shape so thin that his bones could be seen exclaimed. "I never lie! It has the feathers of a bird!"
He then took something from his torn sack, pulling out a beautiful violet feather. "Proof has been revealed!"
"Woah, I never knew such a feather before!"
"Looks like not a common bird, eh?"
"Yeah, this monster might be flying around when we didn't even know it!"
