As the group with Chronos monitored and planned, another group was also observing Noah's movements carefully!
The group of Hegemonies that had all sworn an Oath under Oathkeeper were keeping watch over the happenings of the 9 affected Universes, and two Hegemonies were doing so for the Animus and the Necrotic Universe.
They had seen the nearly completed Conquest of the Animus Universe, and now a Hegemony watched the movements of a certain Tyrannical Lich Emperor as it began Conquest in the Necrotic Universe!
Through the [Wings of Primordial Destiny] that the Oathkeeper had just forged, a message was sent as this situation became known by many Hegemonies.
Not too long after, a spatial light erupted out from the Wings of Primordial Destiny that the Hegemony currently outside of the boundary of the Necrotic Universe held, the oppressive and domineering powerhouse that was Oathkeeeper himself appearing soon after!
