Chapter-21: Visiting Uncle’s(II)

"How've you been, Aaron?" his uncle asked between bites of food.

"Busy," Aaron admitted with a chuckle. "But I'm managing. This trip was exactly what I needed."

"We're so glad you decided to visit," his aunt said, her eyes shining with happiness. "We've missed you."

"I've missed you all too," Aaron replied, his voice soft with affection.

They continued chatting, the conversation flowing easily as they enjoyed the meal. Aaron listened intently as his uncle and aunt shared updates on the bakery, which they operated themselves. Business had been steady, though not particularly lucrative, and they often had to work long hours to keep things running smoothly. Sally chimed in, sharing stories about her school and the occasional help she provided at the bakery.

"I remember helping out at the bakery when I lived here," Aaron said, reminiscing about the time he had spent with them years ago. "Those were good times."
