PoV of Leaders- MurliRadha

K. Murlidharan and Radha Shrivastav met each other during construction work for Nalanda University in 1947.

Murlidharan, barely 19 years old at that time, travelled from Kerala to Nalanda in search of job, as well as hoping to be hired as a dance instructor when the university starts. His mother is a dance teacher who taught in the missionary school, but he wanted to be well known across the world.

Radha had lost her parents in the riots at the meagre age of 17, like many, and given that she didn't know a thing about reading and writing, there were only few jobs she could get. A dancer in weddings, which she knew because her mother was one. And the other was construction that was starting in her village near the ruins of Nalanda.

She chose the later, since she knew how hard life her mother led.

The construction job wasn't that much. They worked for 8 hours from 5 am to 1pm, which included 1 hour break. and other group worked the second shift of 5 hours, and the two groups will alternate.

During the free time, Radha will go to dance in weddings when they happened, and when Murli got to know about it, he requested her to allow him to introduce some work to him when she can't take them, since they had different shifts.

In 1948, PM Satyankar had arrived for inspection of the work. Since the people weren't skilled enough to restore the University without damaging it more right now, the new University was being built near it, keeping the ruins as tourist attraction for now.

Murli, taking advantage of the situation, managed to get him to see his dance for hiring at the university.

Impressed by his skills, Satyankar asked if he knew any girl who could dance well, and he introduced Radha.

"I have a job for you two. Do you want to perform on the Independence Day?"

It was an offer they couldn't refuse.

So, they sat in Satyankar's private jet, and took off from Nalanda airstrip to Pradhanmantri Bhavan.

Their accomodations were taken care off from his own salary, and Satyankar explained some dance step ideas to them.

He couldn't perform them perfectly, of course. But he was able to do it just enough to explain what he wanted.

Though they didn't have perfected their dance for 1948 and 49, they were ready by 1950.

Moonwalk, Airwalk, Disco, Robotics and fusion of Katthak by Murli were all copyrighted under I-pop Regulatory Authority of India.

This meant that all I-pop idols could use the moves freely, but for foreign official groups, they had to give credits to MurliRadha group before and and after the performance. No fees though.

MurliRadha group consisted of the two of them as leads, a group of background dancers, makeup artists, background singers, all coming from Delhi and Kolkata orphan shelters. Plus a management team under the direct command of Union Cultural minister Sridevi, who also helped them in their training, and learning to sing I-pop songs that she has created over the years along with many BJS party members who sang at meetings to reduce stress, and most of the time fooling Britishers into thinking that it was a music gathering, not political.

So, MurliRadha is India's first I-pop group, with age of each performer ranging from 18 to 24.

Their responsibilities are to promote Indian brands, and conduct charity events across the world.

A new shoe brand, Juta, was opened as a co-operative shoemaker company in. Bengal, and MurliRadha group was appointed as the CFG(Chief Face Group) for dancing, party, and casual footwear.

Also, they are free to have sponsorship from any clothing brand, as long as they are Indian.

Right now, they group was in New York, USA, for a show.

When the Moonwalk spread across the world, everyone has been trying to imitate the move over and over.

MurliRadha's I-pop group is on a Diwali World Tour, where they will perform starting from Dashehra in New York in USA, to Diwali in Mumbai.

The World Tour will comprise of New York(USA), Moscow(USSR), Paris(France), Tokyo(Japan), Java(Indonesia) and finally Mumbai(India).

The performance in US will, obviously, be the most profitable. In order to bring India and USA closer, MTV from India and NBS from USA were given rights to operate in each other's countries.

Radha was wearing 'Moonwalk' shoes, and Murli was wearing 'Airwalk' shoes, both under Juta. Two of the future most premium brands under the Juta co-operative conglomerate.

As they arrived at the airport, wearing winter clothes that would have been called 'Korean fashion', but they would be known as Indian Modern fashion. Some 60-70 fans were present to see them outside of the Airport, and were shocked to see how cool the group's fashion was.

The whole group Namaste'd them with a smile, and after the media clicked their pictures, went into their cars while waving at them. They were looking just so different from the concurrent dashion.

And of course, the style is also copyrighted, under Clothing Authority of India. The designs are free for Indian brands to use, but not for foreign companies. They must obtain permission to make clothes like these designs.

While India doesn't allow any foreign company to sell its product in India for 20 years, while still allowing them to manufacture in India and export to their country, there aren't import restrictions in western countries. Though the tariffs are high.

So, India is getting ready to flood the foreign markets with its branded products.

In New York City, around 20,000 people arrived in the stadium, attaining sold out status in the first international show.

The event will have firstly thanking the sponsors, then the the first show will be from Murli and team 1, the second show will be from Radha and team 2, and the main event will be everyone at the same time.

Since the mini mics haven't been developed yet, the singers will sing in the background.

The main event will be a performance on the song 'Bekhayali', written and co-directed by Satyankar, co-directed by K.K. Chattopadyay, and sung by Faiz Ansari and Lalita Kumari.

Oh. And some lucky fans will be able to shake hands with the idols.

-------------------------------------

The world tour came to an end as a huge success. MTV International and MTV (respective country) became widely renowed music channels in the countries that allowed it to start operations, namely USA, France and Tokyo. MTV was turned into a private company for that.

Through MTV, all kinds of bands and artists will be given opportunities, and SaReGaMa Music Studio, which has very good artist rights compared to the music labels of the futures will let India dominate in music industry.

Afterall, MTV operates on the formula that between each 2 to 5 minute music video, there will be one 10 second add. Everyone can submit a music video for free, and they will be played on Saturdays and Sundays between 9 am to 9 pm. And the most trending music videos will be then played in the 7 to 10 pm main session from Monday to Friday.

The trending songs will be decided on the basis of channel attention, meaning during which songs a person is watching MTV. Aside from that, the most trendy songs will also involve a number of matters, like what the advertisers want to use.

If a music video features in the special segment, 40% of the add revenue will be given to the creators.

Moreover, people can vote for their top 5 favourite song daily by miss-calls, and they will be played at the end of the special session at 10pm, and throughout the day.

Timings are different for different countries, like in India, the timing of the special session is 6pm to 9pm. And in India, a MTV radio is also there.

Bekhayali was the biggest hit, along with the Airwalk Murli did that made people see as if he was walking on air.

A total donation of 5 million INR worth of foreign currencies were earned through this event, out of which, after taking the cost of the tour, 45% of the money was donated to Pink Donation Fund, and 45% of the money was donated to Red Donation Fund to fund building more schools and hospitals in India.

MurliRadha group isn't just an ordinary music group now. It has written itself into history books as the originator of I-pop culture, Modern Indian music, Modern Indian fashion, and made Juta and Cosplay globally recognised brands.

Though this group, I-pop industry is sure to boom along with India's various industries. They have become celebrities, so many Indian and foreign companies will use them for advertisement as well.

Though, the Indian companies will get preferential treatment.

Now that Diwali was over, it was time to capitalise on Christmas next month.

And the Kat-girls group will be the one leading charge this time, promoting Kat dolls to boom India's toy production.

And the start of this cultural revolution wouldn't have been possible without Murlidharan and Radha, two of the many leaders of India.
