Pains

The curious may ask what kind of pain can a child fully understand. But I say that the emotional pain felt as a child is greater than that felt as an adult.

The wise may argue with this; but that does not change it.

The pains felt when I realized that I am not related to my family by blood(I should have known this one, for the colour of our skin and hair differs). The pains felt when my loved ones distance themselves from me (because they now have children of their own). And,the pain felt when my new siblings do not recognize me as their own.
