15 Chapter 15: His Succubus! Her Knight!

Lancelot entered a strange lift the moment the door opened, the doors thick with a strange metal he could vaguely remember.

There was only one button on the lift apart from the safety and emergency buttons.

[King]

"Well, let's press it and see this amazing room..."

[You lived like a homeless person in the past after all, fufu~ you were so cute sleeping in that horrible apartment and not complaining, even bonding with that filthy goblin.]

'Don't insult Grek'Tarm.'

'He might not have been anything special to others, but he never abandoned me, even when I already set him free.'

[I know; he even offered his daughter to marry you.]

'A goblin wife...'

[Goblin females are very pretty, you know?]

[His daughter was equal to that stupid teacher Minx you like.]

"Mmmm, I can only hope that in this life, he is free and able to protect his village..."

A sense of nostalgia showed on his face as the lift doors closed, countless magical runes and sigils blustering and flickering around the door before sealing it completely.

"Maybe it's possible to meet him in Avalon..."

He knew that thought was idiotic; Avalon was beyond mortal understanding; the entire empire, even his world, could fit inside Avalon several times.

The strange world of Avalon would grow with each new Lord or Lady that entered, but with it came more demons, monsters, and strange beasts to even the number.

Millions, maybe billions of different races and planets, are all vying for the top spot to rule Avalon.

That is the goal of Avalon, to find the true King of each race.

Those Kings become the 12 Knights of Avalon, gaining huge benefits for their homeworld and themselves.

They become existences akin to demigods with the power to destroy mountains and part the seas with a mere flick of their fingers.

Yet the spots were limited, 12 seats and 1 for the King of Avalon, a seat that has never been filled even to this day apart from the first king who vanished never to be seen again.

Rumours of his daughter fighting to get justice for his death were common in his past life's dark world, but Lancelot was too busy to look into the truth.

And those that fail...

To become slaves or crushed under the new regime and laws of the 12 Knights was the only fate left.

A horrific and despairing outcome.

"I know it's stupid..."

[I do not judge you, my King, your heart and thoughts are why I chose you out of the billions of worthy men.]

[I chose you for that heart, one that, despite being human, never judged or blamed the weak goblins you were given.]

[Fought desperately until the last moment, letting your own body suffer to save your people]

[Many kings might have done the same, yet in your heart, there was no regret about saving them; you never once believed your loss was anything but your fault.]

Lancelot found it strange that Morgana could manifest in the real world, her fingers holding his cheeks, gently stroking his lips with her thumbs with a smile.

His back against the cold steel while the lift ascended to his room, yet the only thing on his mind was the beautiful succubus floating before him.

"Morgana... I live only for... Mmmmph!"

Morgana kissed his lips, stopping him from speaking the cold and heartless words she didn't wish to hear.

She couldn't let him live only for revenge; the time she spent watching him locked away in that dark box, his beautiful yet ethereal swordsmanship that danced across the battlefield of death and despair, brought hope and light to her heart.

In the darkest prison of Avalon, Lancelot awoke her, his passionate desire to win, to fight on even when his body was broken.

Her eyes narrowed, pushing her tongue into his mouth, not to restore his energy; she just wanted to kiss him.

The man she chose to become her king following the words of her late father, the one who could shake her cold, frozen heart from the deceit and evil of the palace.

I would be the one to reunite them once again.

Their kiss became passionate, his hands feeling her soft body, sliding through the soft black fabric of her dress, to let his hands sink into her flesh, the warmth and spongy feeling of her firm buttocks to die for.

Morgana, too, lost in the pleasant memories of the past, sucked on his tongue; her throat swallowing the excess drool with a loud slurp.

He felt the life and essence of his body sucked out of him.

Yet she felt a pleasure close to orgasm, the amount enough to almost drown her in euphoric bliss.

Lancelot could feel his body grow heavier, the strange sensation like his arms and legs were carrying a heavy box of lead.

But he couldn't extract himself; the soft tongue, her sweet and delicious mouth held his heart and mind prisoner.

A true succubus.

Ping!

Suddenly the doors sounded, and the countless sigils and runes exploded with a loud thud and pop, causing the pair to snap out of their strange trance.

Morgana looked at the pale Lancelot and shuddered, her face turning into despair as she flung herself back, holding her head with both hands.

[My king... I lost myself; please forgive me...]

[You are so delicious I couldn't release myself from the bliss of your taste... your flavour... your existence brings my heart and soul!]

"Haa...Haa...." Lancelot's breathing was slow; he felt a tightness in his chest, the rapid beating of his heart telling him he was close to death.

Yet... still!

He wanted to kiss her longer, to hold her in his arms.

A strange feeling, different from the desire for revenge that was fueling him; somehow, he felt his humanity limited himself too much.

Lancelot stepped forward, watching Morgana quiver; she didn't move back out of fear but worry.

Worry that she might hurt or kill him due to their inability to control themselves.

He felt addicted to her, wanted more of her as his hand reached out, stroking the smooth and perfect meat of her cheek.

In his heart, he felt inferior, wanting to comfort her, yet even the touch caused a tingling in his arm, a pain in his chest, like a knife stabbing deep into the centre, twisting with each moment that passed.

"Ugh.... damn it..." He grunted before rushing out of the lift into the huge apartment; the walls were a brilliant white slate, with countless images of gallant knights, the wonderful scene's taken from Avalon itself.

There was a huge white castle; the walls and steeple were nostalgic for Lancelot.

It was Grendle Keep.

The former castle he fought for almost five years to stake his claim, exhausting thousands of goblins for that beautiful white castle.

Protected with huge mountains protecting the southern walls, even the Eastern and Western walls were half-protected.

A castle that was easy to defend and both beautiful and nostalgic.

Also, his former place of death.

"Haa...."

The pain from his heart faded, and he began to remember the moment he died. That feeling of being unable to control his fate, to stop the tides of fate.

"Morgana, I promise there will come a day when I can hold and kiss you without my feeble body and soul getting in the way."

"I hate that look of sorrow and regret on your face..."

He turned back to face her, biting his tongue, clenching his fists so tight blood began to seep from the cut palm.

"I am fine..."

Lancelot didn't want her to see his pain or know that he was weak and felt just from a kiss and light touch.

"The taste of your lips and feel of your body is to die for, haha."

Her eyes watched his actions, knew his pain, feelings and that look of determination; her heart felt strange trembling, the regret from losing control.

She had watched this man for decades, always trying to reach out to him, yet it took so many chances, his failures of the same life over and over...

Now he finally accepted her, and she became ecstatic and gleeful.

"Please, smile..."

When she saw his forced but honest smile, Morgana felt like a dagger had shanked her heart.

The feelings he wanted to transmit, his message and his will.

How could she not understand?

Not a single woman in existence knew him better than she did.

Yet her heart trembled without her asking or even trying to help him.

It was her Knight Lancelot who looked at something besides revenge.

And what he looked at...

"My beautiful Succubus Queen."

Was her.
