Chapter 75: Little boy

"What about the syringe?"

Kian's voice was low and detached as he gazed out the hospital room window, his face a mask of cold calculation. The dark dawn sky loomed outside, casting an ominous glow over the scene.

"I managed to retrieve it carefully with sterile forceps from the floor. Fortunately, there was still some liquid left inside and I had Zen transport it to the hospital lab in the capital for further analysis."

Nathan replied, adjusting his glasses, which were slightly cracked from their earlier encounter with the fake doctor. Kian immediately turned to him and issued a directive.

"Tell Dr. Suzie Long to analyze it immediately and send it directly to her lab."
