The Sect of Ice Part 1

"I'm curious, why did you chose to join my sect instead of the going with the ancestor of light?" asked the Ancestor of Ice knowing that when she mentioned her offer, Guang Wu's eyes didn't even flicker which confused her.

"Ah, although the Ancestor of Light had a pure soul, yours was even purer so i thought that your sect probably was filled with fun things to do and considering that the Ancestor has such a pure soul then I can assume that the sect master and the sects disciples will mostly have pure souls. But of course i'm not ruling out the possibility that there are a good sum of people who have impure souls." said Guang Wu.

"I see, i said i can make you a inner court disciple but i'm not to sure what your cultivation is. Can you tell me?. said the Ancestor of ice.

"looks like she can talk a lot if she wants." thought Guang Wu.

"Hm, I forget." said Guang Wu, lying. It was just that he knew that if he told her, she just wouldn't understand.

"You forgot? In a world where cultivation makes you dominate above others, you just forgot?" questioned the Ancestor of Ice suspicious of Guang Wu.

"Yeah. About my servants. Are you sure you want them as inner court disciples?" Guang Wu pointed towards Yin and Yang while trying to avoid the topic.

"Hm?" looking at Yin and Yang, she just noticed that the servants following Guang Wu were both in the Supreme God Realm.

"You have Supreme God Realm cultivators as your servants? Are you part of the Heavenly Kings family?" said the Ancestor of Ice. The reason she said this was because no one else in the Heavenly Realm could receive such treatment except the Heavenly Kings family.

"No." said Guang Wu, surprising the Ancestor of Ice.

"What kind of hidden family is this boy apart of to make two Supreme God Realm cultivators protect him" thought the Ancestor of Ice.

After roughly an hour of conversing back and forth, Guang Wu noticed that beyond the horizon there was a mountain that looked frozen with ice and a thick amount of Heavenly Qi coming from it.

"Is that where the sect is? Asked Guang Wu.

"Hm? You can already see it?.. Yes, that is the Ice Sect that specializes in ice element cultivation techniques. Since you're a inner court disciple, you can go up to the third floor of the Ice Pavilion." although she did let Guang Wu become a inner court disciple, she really didn't have any faith in what he could achieve and since she didn't know his cultivation, she thought he was a mere mortal because mortals didn't have a cultivation base to begin with.

As they started to get near the Ice Sect, Guang Wu noticed several people come out of they sect. These people consisted of 3 grand elders, 5 core elders and the sect master. What surprised Guang Wu was that only two of the 9 people that came out were male being two of the five core elders giving Guang Wu an impression that the sect was mostly compromised of woman.

"These little ones great Ancestor!" yelled the elders so loudly that the whole sect could hear them. The Sect Master appeared to be emotional when she saw the Ancestor of Ice.

Completely out of character, she ran up to the Ancestor and gave her a big hug. "Mom! Why did you leave so suddenly without even telling me! You were in closed door cultivation for over a year then you suddenly left without telling me!"

"Why is this sect master so childish? Thought Guang Wu. Wondering why, Guang Wu looked at her soul which seemed to be no less purer than her mothers, and he found out that the sect master was only 26 years old.

"A 26 year old sect master? Is that normal? No wonder she looks so young and beautiful." thought Guang Wu but decided not to mention it during this touching reunion.

"Silly girl, how many times do I have to tell you to start acting like a sect master." said the Ancestor of Ice with a loving voice.

"Sect of Ice but their hearts aren't frozen? Why is that? How interesting." thought Guang Wu. When hearing the name of the sect, he thought that everyone inside the sect would be cold hearted, but what he just witnessed now was the complete opposite.

When the sect master finished asking questions, she noticed a spear on her mothers back. "Mom, what's that spear on your back?" she asked curious because she has never seen her mother use a spear before.

"Oh this?" she took out the spear and said "This boy is selling this Perfect Grade Absolute God Realm Spear to me." she said proudly while pointing at Guang Wu.

Seeing where she was pointing, she just noticed that three unfamiliar faces beside her mother.

Trying to hold her excitement because of the spear, she asked Guang Wu "Where did you get this spear." hearing this , Guang Wu decided to tell her the truth. Reason being, unlike his cultivation the spear was still forge-able in the Heavenly Realm although it being beyond extremely rare.

"I made it." said Guang Wu dumbfounding the Ancestor of Ice and the Sect Master.
