In The Author's POV as a reader

I was in a daze by what was in front of me.. it was not the unfamiliar apartment that got me in a daze.. it was the blue screen in front of me. It wrote,

'This feels familiar' I thought but I couldn't get my head around it. Okay let's take a step back down memory lane.

---- Scene Break ----

It was a sunny day. The sky was clear and the sun was shining. The noises of the passing cars and buses were too loud to ignore even when the country is supposed to be in lockdown. I had just finished reading the latest chapter of The Author's POV, well the latest unprivileged chapter. And like always it ended with a cliff hanger. The story was pretty good. It had its flaws but what doesn't. "Uh again with the cliff hanger." I complained to no one in particular.

'I have to talk with the author about this.. this is simply unfair!' I thought and headed out while on the road a truck was about to hit a person. And I did what any sensible person will do. I watched, who'll be crazy enough to jump in front of a truck for a stranger not me. I still have a novel to finish.

The truck stopped before hitting the person and everything went fine and dandy. Well until I realized 'I don't know where the author lives... or even who the person is?' Uh.. this quarantine is making me dumb! I thought. And returned home grumbling.

I heard a loud sound. Huh? Before I could react I was under a piano. "The hell?" I cursed out aloud. I don't want to die... I was slowly losing my senses. Sight, smell, hearing and finally touch. 'I always wanted to learn the piano once... never thought I would die like this. I couldn't even finish that novel.' With that my vision drifted away.

----- Scene Break -----

'So I died?' I wandered out aloud. I looked around the apartment. Did I really die? I don't feel... what do I call it... very dead. Then it hit me... the unfamiliar apartment and the status.. am in the novel? It took me the next 3 hours to come to terms with my 'death' and when I did all the self loathing and blaming I carefully looked at my status.

If I am not wrong The main character had <G> In most of his stats.. while I have an F and D ranked charm huh? damn... I think that's very good isn't it? But that G- luck is bothering me... not going to a casino anytime soon.

I looked at the mirror near my bed. Silver hair that was slightly longer than my nape and Blue eyes that were more like the sky than the ocean. And a face that was worthy of a <D> rank. Damn.. I look good.

After collecting myself again. I then looked around my apartment and I saw a box near the door. It was labeled [Transmigrater's Starter Gift], I opened the box and there were '3' items, two books and a bracelet. I looked at the items.

As a transmigrater you need to better understand yourself more specifically about Ace Scepter. 

Ace scepter was born in the city of Ashton. His father was an <S> ranked hero who worked for the Demon hunter guild but died 2 years ago in a dungeon. His mother was also a hero but she was not highly ranked and died while giving birth to Ace due to birth complications. He also has a brother but he despises him and blames him for his mother and later his father's death. 

Ace lived alone and later was going to enter lock but.. he died due to a stroke 2 days before his admission interview. You are now Ace and tomorrow is your entrance interview with lock.. prepare well.

Holy.. that G- rank luck is worse than I thought but hey at least I got <D> rank charm. So... tomorrow's the entrance exam? The original author didn't really write what the entrance exam is though. 

I looked at the third item. It was a bracelet. It was platinum colored but had a pattern of feathers as a design.

'Woah.. infinite storage, that's some good stuff.' I thought to myself. 

Then I thought about the main plot.. 'Well its about an author who gets reincarnated to his own novel. Let's see there are different races, Union, Guilds and also an Academy pretty mainstream stuff. So am I in the same year as the protagonists? it seems so.

I moved out of the apartment. Maybe some fresh air will help. And just as I exited the apartment I met someone who I knew.. black hair, blue ocean like eyes.. and an average face.. that's Ren Dover.. but he hasn't been transmigrated yet. Tomorrow in the talent assessment he will know that his talent is merely D rank and his mind will be taken over by the author of this world. Speaking of which.. what'll be my talent.. my dad was an <S> rank so it can't be that bad right.

Whatever I'll know tomorrow anyways no point in brainstorming now. With that I headed towards the library. I need to learn more about this world.

Not everything can be explained in the novel so, I have a few priorities.
