A schemed Catastrophe

Just as their 'Lamborghini Countach LPI 800--4 ' made it's way into the magnificent compound, all eyes darted to it and then gawked.

A few seconds later, a guard down and got to the side of the car then opened the door as Isa stepped down, looking like she descended from the' Pearly-- Gates', as stunning as ever-- that unique beauty of hers that attracted the guys, wishing to have her in their beds. But they couldn't because that was next to IMPOSSIBLE!. Just then a huge black tinted SUV, smoothly halted as four body guards stepped out. They looked cute a bit, but then had a murderous look, with their black tinted sunshades.

" Let's proceed, Miss Amethyst" One of them spoke up in a deep voice as they all backed up Isa and then made their way into the hallway.

Barcelona High School also known as BHS, was a very huge and magnificent institution, for the rich only. But through scholarship, paupers made their way in. BHS was an American International school situated in Spain.

As they got in, whispers spread across the hallway.....

~ Isn't that Isabella? She looks so different~

~ Why isn't she talking like she used to?~

~ Where is Abelardo? They're always together~

~ Haven't you heard he died?~

As Amethyst, heard that, her eyes got clouded with tears as she sniffed then immediately, her body guard, one of them, tapped her shoulder gently. Then she used her hanky, to wipe away her tears.

" Grab yourself together Miss Amethyst"

During the school periods, Isa spoke to no one, no one spoke to her, even though they wanted to. She sat on her own, trying to munch on her' bocadillos' and her yorghurt, when a cute guy approached her.

" Disculpe ( excuse me ), dudes, " he looked around . " Can I get a bit of acquaintance with Amethyst?".

Isa slightly stared at him then turned away. He tried touching her arm but she moved away uncomfortably. He tried reaching for her again, when Mateo ( one of her body guards ) pushed him away.

" Vete a la mierda ( Fuck off ) , she doesn't want you!".

Proving stubborn, Alauro ( the guy ) pushed him back.

" Qué mierda ( what the fuck ) , what kind of rash attitude is that, bastardo!".

As he was about punching Mateo, with a swift move, he ducked and pushed him away.

" I'd mind my business if I were you!". He( Mateo ) warned, as Alauro panted heavily, then all eyes darted to Amethyst, who started shaking violently, her eyes uncontrollably, the iris hidden.

Mateo and the others, rushed to her and then, he swept her in his arms and took her straight to the car outside, while other guards followed suite. The case was reported to the principal, who granted their permission, as they sped off to the hospital.

When the news got to Riana, she immediately drove off to the hospital...

" How's Isa, Doc Sofia?". She worriedly asked when she saw her exit, out of the ward.

" How is she, what's the matter?".

She ( Doc Sofia ) sighed as she looked up to her.

" Not much, but Abel's death's causing the brain trauma she's experiencing now. And then one of the causes of convulsion is brain trauma. She has to at least reduce thinking of it, but if she doesn't, I'm afraid it will keep on happening often. Oh one more serious case. Right now she--". She sighed and went on.

" Lost her memory, she have dissociative amnesia."

" Y eso es? ( and that is? )".

" Well technically, it's a type of amnesia where the brain, sorry your mind, tries to block out important memories about yourself. The goal is to protect you from the trauma you experienced, or the trauma you're presently experiencing. So her mind just made her forget Abelardo and then accident for a while. It can last for like minutes or hours, but rarely months or years. But as for now, she's in a coma and it may last for like few weeks. I'm not really sure she'll wake up very soon, but it won't be long". She concluded.

" So what about the fact she can't talk?".

" Oh that, we've diagnosed on it and she have aphemia. It turns out to be, that she had it immediately after her first epilepsy period, but it didn't seem so obvious. That's why she haven't been able to speak".

Sara bursted out crying, as she collapsed to the ground.

" Està bien Sara ( it's okay Sara )".

" Por supuesto to que no està bien ( of course it is not okay )". How many things are on her head?, first the waarden burg syndrome, the convulsion, amnesia and now aphemia!. Guau, cómo es la vida! ( Wow, how life is!)" She exclaimed

Doc Sofia tapped her shoulder lightly reassuringly and then sighed.

" Come and see her, if it's gonna make you feel better". She told her as she helped her to her feet, then they walked to the ward.

" You know, as we go see her now, why don't you call your mom, this matter needs to be discussed with her".

" Uhm, seguro ( sure ), she's been on a business trip to England for the past few weeks, but she'll back this night".

" Està bien ( alright )".

After staring at her unconcious sister for sometime, she smiled and pecked her hair then left with Doc Sofia minutes later.

IVORY ENFORCERS

Don Adriano, made his way, scurring with a bunch of guards behind him, to the conference hall.

As he got in, they all stood up and hailed him, but he ignored that and proceeded to the front.

" Todos ustedes pueden tomar asiento ( you may all take your seats!)". He said as they all sat.

" I called for this urgent meeting as soon as we got the attack, which have been targeted to us by different Mafia clans. As their boss, have a move, well as I heard, and got informations on lately, we'll have to fire and attack immediately!. Evil schemes have been plotted by Mafia clans concerning our growth and success. And then right now their boss is on a travel, headed for the West, and this is how we're going to do it.
