Chapter 34: Ordering Weapons

The sound of a bell rang as Obito entered the shop. Inside, there were several weapons displayed on the walls, as well as a showcase table blocking access to the weapon-making area. How did Obito know that it was the weapon-making room? Because it was written above the door.

Then, someone came out of the weapon-making room. It was an old man with curly black hair, narrow black eyes, and he was wearing a brown t-shirt underneath. On the outside, he wore a gray overall jumpsuit, showing off his muscular body.

"Can I help you with something?" the muscular man asked.

Obito was surprised because the intimidating man's voice turned out to be very feminine!

"U-um, can I order a weapon?" Obito asked awkwardly.

"Of course! What would you like to order?" the man asked again with a feminine voice, leaving Obito speechless for a moment.

"This." Obito then showed a blueprint of the weapon he wanted, which was a Kunai.

"Oh? Interesting... Sisi!" After looking at the blueprint for a while, the muscular man called someone, and a woman appeared.

"What's up, Papa?" The woman named Sisi asked the muscular man. She had short black hair, black eyes, and was wearing the same clothes as the muscular man.

"This man wants to order a weapon. This is the blueprint he brought. How long do you think it will take?" The muscular man asked Sisi, testing his daughter's abilities.

"Hmm..." Sisi looked at the blueprint, then glanced at Obito before focusing back on the blueprint.

"So, what kind of quality do you want?" Sisi then looked at Obito and asked.

"Eh? What are the available qualities?" Obito asked because he didn't understand much about these things.

"Poor, good, very good." Sisi then explained the available qualities.

"I want very good durability and very good sharpness. Is that possible?" Obito asked after stating his requirements.

"It's not difficult to make, although it will take longer for this batch. But it can still be done. How many do you need?" Sisi asked again.

"How much for one?" Obito needed to know the unit price before deciding how many he wanted.

"With very good durability and very good sharpness, it will cost around 1300 Forty each." Sisi then stated the unit price, which surprised Obito with its unreasonably high price. But Obito knew that if the quality was guaranteed, the price was justified. Although he didn't want to spend a lot of money on weapons, they were necessary.

Therefore, Obito had no choice but to have a weapon.

"In that case, I'll order five Kunai. Kunai is the name of this knife." Obito then stated his decision.

"Alright, that will be 6500 Forty. Would you like to pay half upfront or pay half after they're finished?" Sisi asked Obito.

"I'll pay half upfront. When will they be ready?" Obito asked before taking out the money.

"In a week, or at most two weeks." Sisi informed Obito while taking the money from him.

"Are you sure?" Obito asked skeptically.

"Of course!" Sisi answered confidently.

"Alright, then I'll leave." Despite his doubts, Obito didn't have much time, so he left immediately.

As soon as Obito was completely gone, Sisi looked at her father, feeling her little daughter's gaze. The big, muscular man smiled.
