2 II_It's just a game

It was often said without really explaining it. We often don't know anything yet we talk about what we don't know. It was just a game that brought together an astronomical number of people. Each event was memorable, and it was the most humane work, but also the most overlooked and thankless. Bush lived off that, as a figure in the sport. He had devoted his notoriety to promote his profession in the hope that one day he would be recognized and appreciated by all. The season was about to start soon, and it was a sign of the return of this great player, a lot of time had passed since his last game, and all the fans were impatiently awaiting the return of the king. The excitement of discovering the new line-ups, the promising rookies, and the new strategists make the fan impatient for this fresh start of the season.

The few days of rest served bush to re-bond with his team. It was short but effective, and he had discovered a new side of these teammates. Everyone reacted differently, depending on their personality. He had of course spent a lot of time together in his life with them but with each strong emotion of defeat or victory, he was still amazed by them. He was not in shock either, but the effect was there and bush's goal was to strengthen the positive in everyone and reduce the negative. He had tried many times before to forge this ability, no doubt out of his responsibility as a player, but the coaching staff did not let that happen. We're not going to lie to each other, he wasn't really free, and the atmosphere was rather dismal when communication went badly. It hurt that this team had changed so much in such a short time, he still remembered the day when he was winning victory after victory. At that time, there was a coach that he particularly appreciated, and that every team was attached to, it was a pledge of victory to have him in his team. He had seen his departure as a betrayal, a bitter betrayal, and now that he had joined the enemy ranks he had no other desire than to crush his team at all costs.

Honestly, he thought this was going to be his last year. He was getting old and he had regressed in his performance, the envy on the other hand had never left him.

This is the tale of an old player who doesn't have much time left, and who will put in as much effort as the one whose breath was taken and drowned in water using all his strength to recover the surface.

He had not yet formalized it, he intended to do so to show the world that he was going to give his all.

A last year when not a single trophy would not be his.

The management of the club had been warned and as a pledge of his loyalty to the club, for this unique year he had been given full power.

He alone made the whole off season, he had to create a completely different new team according to his own standards with fairly mixed feedback from analysts.

Either we thought him crazy, or we thought he was a misunderstood genius.

He made it a point of honor to prioritize people with whom the synergy was going well, It was essential to progress. The difficulty he often encountered with young players or even sometimes incompetent old players was that they were proceeding in a bad way. They prioritized the final goal instead of the path to victory. It was a mistake in a team not to appreciate every step of the training, a good player will always like to learn new things, to be creative. The end sought is victory, but it is only the result of a long journey. You can't aspire to big things if you can't even take pleasure in doing the little things. It was also necessary to have a natural synergy in the group, it was what the majority of the teams struggled to achieve and that it was difficult to do it all the more when we know that there is social diversity at the within the team.
