11 Chapter 11: Hinata's Suspicion

"So, congratulations on awakening your sharingan, two tomoe at that."

A surprised look appeared on Sasuke's face as he ran towards the mirror in the room. As he arrived in front of the mirror, he started channelling the chakra towards his eyes and his black pupil started turning red as two tomoe appeared in them. This brought a slight twitch to his lips, and an arrogant appearance again took over his face as if forgetting his earlier talk with Naruto.

'Typical Uchiha pride' scoffed Naruto inwardly as he started pondering over his next steps. Well, the Indra reincarnation is secured, Hinata is already his future wife so there is no problem there. As for the rest of the crew, let's just go with the flow of things. He has strength and before ultimate strength, all strategies are rendered useless. The next thing he needs is money, food and some booze for the next 5-6 years to complete his training in peace. Currently, no one in this ninja world is a threat to him, so there is no point in going out to earn some futile experience, well he can just go out once in a while for a stretch but not too many missions.

"So Sasuke, how much money do you have?"

Sasuke who was busy admiring his sharingan was stunned by this question, nevertheless, he replied.

"I have 15 million ryos in cash and the rest of the Uchiha inheritance I will get after I become a chunnin."

"So, we get inheritances after becoming chunnin. Well, so that means I will also be able to get that inheritance only after becoming a chunnin. Not that I care, since you already have all the money required for meat." With that Naruto started thinking about his future problems with a sly grin on his face which scared Sasuke a little but the Uchiha would never admit it.

Naruto then told him about his food requirements, especially his meat requirements, which by Naruto's calculation would result in at least 8 million worth of food in two years, and that's alone for him only.

"What the hell do you need so much food for!" exclaimed Sasuke. " And why do you need me to buy you the food and with my money?"

"You should know how the village treats me so I can't buy the food, and as for your money, your money is mine money since I am your captain and I will also train you. And what is a little money for all the knowledge and strength I will give you."

Hearing this Sasuke just snorted and agreed to Naruto's demand. This might be confusing for Sasuke as to why Naruto need to eat so much food. Well his physique he inherited from Shanks plus all the haki training requires a tremendous amount of calories which was satiated by Sea King meat provided by the system, but now, he wouldn't be satisfied by the normal meat even if the quantity is the same, so obviously he requires more food.

*sniff sniff* Naruto suddenly started sniffing and stood up and started moving towards a particular direction in the house. This alarmed Sasuke and he also started to follow Naruto. After a minute they arrived at the basement of the house and inside the basement they were standing in front of a particular room which Sasuke never really visited but he knew which room it was.

It was the room where the Uchiha patriarch kept his wine collection. As the head of the Uchiha clan, he naturally has a large wine collection which he inherited from the previous heads of the clan. When Naruto entered the room and saw the astonishing amount of wine kept there, he exclaimed, "Well damn!! now this can last me a little more than two years." For an ordinary person, this amount of wine can last for a lifetime. Even the legendary sucker of the Ninja world, this collection would last a decade, but don't underestimate the physique of the One Piece world, their tolerance is quite high, and with haki cultivation, Naruto has already breached another level of physique, with haki nourishing his body.

Sasuke when heard about Naruto claiming these wines didn't protest and simply shrugged. For him all that matters is revenge, wine, money and women will only slow him down and he considers Naruto to be a fool to indulge in them. Naruto has received such a wonderful gift from the inheritance, but he was wasting it all on money, food and wine. With this complacency, Naruto would soon be surpassed by him. With these thoughts, he just went outside the house and was getting ready to resume his training. Just when he was getting started, he heard Naruto's voice and when he turned around, he saw Naruto coming out of his house with a cloth wrapping around what seemed to be 5 big bottles of wine and some food he might have taken from his kitchen. 'That is a lot, where is all this food and wine going.' Sasuke has just filled up his pantry but seeing the amount of food Naruto was carrying, it seems, he would need to fill it again.

"It was nice meeting you Sasuke. I will depend on you from now on for meat and booze. As for your training, we will start tomorrow, after the academy, and it will be gruesome training days for you if you want to surpass your limits. Well, see ya" With that Naruto just walked out of the Uchiha compound stunning both the Uchiha and the anbu guarding them.

A few hours later, at the Hokage office.

The third Hokage as usual was smoking while peeking at the bathhouse when suddenly an anbu materialized in front of him which startled him and he immediately hid the crystal ball. Seeing this the anbu snickered while maintaining a neutral expression.

"Do you have any report?" asked Hokage with a polite expression.

"Yes Hokage sama, the nine tails jinchuriki visited the Uchiha compound and after spending a lot of time inside Sasuke's house he came out with a huge bag made of clothes carrying large amounts of food."

Hiruzen pondered over this new development but he couldn't come up with any theory for this.

"Keep monitoring both of them and report if there is anything out of the usual happening with them"

The anbu flickered away while Hiruzen thought about it but ultimately decided to ask Naruto about this and he believed Naruto would not lie since he is his favourite jiji.

Suddenly the Hokage's door opened and someone entered the Office without his permission. In Konoha, there is only one such person who has the audacity to do this.

'Ugh! This is going to be a long night' thought Hiruzen.

The next day, at the academy.

The morning was usual in the academy with students coming to the classroom and occupying their seats. But there was one anomaly on that day, the resident latecomer of the class was early today and he was in a casual T-shirt and half pants. Not suitable for Ninja training at all. He was not loud and the bright smile on his face was replaced by a mischievous smirk. There was an aura of mystery surrounding the boy. Even if the clothes were pretty normal, they looked good on the boy and his whole body exuded confidence. The whole class was stunned by this except Sasuke who had already seen the changed Naruto.

Naruto then walked not towards his usual seat but toward a purple-haired white-eyed girl. He then approached the girl sitting beside the purple-haired Hyuga, and asked her politely, "Could you please swap the seat with me" with an innocent smile which looked not so innocent in front of others. But even if the girl wanted to say no, she couldn't. Naruto's whole being exerted an intangible pressure on her and she could only comply with the request.

As Naruto sat, he greeted the girl beside him with a changed smile full of expectations and slight nervousness this time. Naruto might have become unbelievably strong, but he was a single dog of two lives. And the loneliness he experienced in both lives made him a little expectant of his prospective future wife.

Naruto always believed in these words, "In reality, courage kidnaps love, but if love kidnaps courage, then the world will be beautiful." With these thoughts, he greeted the girl full of nervousness and expectations but her reply snapped him out of his dreams.

"y-you, are you really N-naruto-kun?"
