1st Battle.

All of the other 6 Iwa shinobi come toward the 1st jounin to listen to the plan.

"So what's the plan, sir?" Asked one of the genin.

"Senpai what will happen to you if you are to see your child killed in front of you?" asked the first jounin to the jounin with the burnt wound. As he was the senior person in this group of 7 shinobi and had children.

"What the f**k are you talking about? Do you want to die by my hands right here right now" asked the jounin with the burnt wound?

"See this is what happens when you speak to a father about killing his child, then think about it what would happen to Wicked Eye if we kill his son in front of him," said the first jounin.

To Itachi in his previous life, he had seen many injured people and many dead bodies but seeing them all in one place with a large number was the first experience in the 2 lives he lived.

The whole tragedy of Itachi's life had started from here but in this life, I am not going to have tragedy as my theme of life vowed Itachi in his mind.

Itachi had performed Euthanasia in his previous life so he had not thought that much because it was the same here also killing a critically injured shinobi to relieve him from his suffering is the same as killing a terminally ill patient to relieve his suffering.

That is why he had not thought much and went near a shinobi who was begging that let him die than suffer, Itachi bent down to kill the shinobi, and Fugaku is just a few meters away seeing that his son kills the shinobi without wavering, just as Itachi got up 7 Iwa shinobi came in between the Itachi and Fugaku through Earth style: Hiding mole jutsu and as soon as they came one of them formed hand signs and performed Earth style: Mud wall Jutsu separating the father-son pair on the opposite side of the wall, just like how Berlin Wall had separated east and west Germany, the mud wall had separated the father-son duo.

4 shinobi had surrounded him and out of 4, 3 are jounin and the last one is chunin.

Fugaku as soon as he sees Iwa shinobis he quickly forms hand seals and unleashes Fire style: Phoenix flower jutsu at the shinobi and fires another Fire style: Fireball jutsu at the mud wall quickly in just a matter of minutes, but his opponents were also not sitting ducks, the jounin easily avoided the Fire style: Phoenix flower jutsu but the chunin was not able to avoid it and died to the flames of Uchiha Fugaku, 2 jounins even while avoiding the first jutsu were able to counter Fugaku by launching their own Earth style: Rock gun jutsu and the other jounin blocked the Fire style: Fire ball jutsu by creating another Earth style: Mud wall at the path of fire ball. Fugaku easily avoids the Rock gun jutsu by Shunshin no jutsu and appears behind the youngest jounin and stabs him from the back and punctures hole in his chest with his tanto.

Seeing that 2 of his men died within few exchange of moves with Fugaku the 1st jounin threatens " Wicked Eye Fugaku if don't surrender now then there is no guarantee of what your son may suffer at the hands of my subordinate, I acknowledge that you are stronger than us and can beat us anytime but you'll also have to acknowledge that your son is just a child who has not even started his shinobi training and if you don't surrender now and insist on killing us then you will also see the dead body of your own blood just because of your stubbornness."

Fugaku was conflicted by the thought of his child dying at the hands of shinobi this prematurely in his life just because he had bought him here without any preparation, he was conflicted by 2 reasons and they are

1st one was that he had bought his son unprepared for this situation, he was not sad because his son would die at the hands of shinobi, which is normal for any one shinobi but because he bought him to fast and directly to the battlefield that he had not trained him or have taught him how to survive in battle field this was his reason as a shinobi and the 2nd reason as his father Fugaku didn't want his son to have this early death and his heart ached at the thought of his son dying.

Both these emotions ran rampant in his mind and Fugaku was not able to keep his emotions in check, rage was started build in his mind, this is the first time he had this much painful and raging emotions run rampant in his mind, even when his friend died and he awakened Mangekyou sharingan was not this painful to his heart and mind.

Seeing the agitated Fugaku the first jounin was sneering in his mind and said, " Senpai, let's put the final nail to the coffin of Wicked Eye".

At the same time the wall separating both Fugaku and Itachi broke down as if someone had blown it with explosives, the stone debris of wall flew in the direction of both the Iwa shinobi, seeing the incoming stone blocks both the Iwa jounins dodged them while keeping eyes at Fugaku.

At that they hear a small tiny voice of a child asking them " On who's coffin are you going to put final nail ".

Seeing the child going towards Fugaku and standing right beside him, as if saying I am not some weak child who needs his father's protection, I am fully able to protect myself and kill my enemies.
