Chapter 189 : Konoha Invasion (Rewrite)

"I will end this in one move" Kirito said and sheath his sword.

"Maybe I should use Sage mode. My body is much stronger with Sage mode.

But the amount of concentration I need to use Haki and that sword style together is already immense. Adding Sage mode on top of that will take a lot of practice and hard work.

It was a normal day in Konoha but soon it was about to turn into the most horrible day in the history of Konoha.

He extended his long, gnarled limbs to strike down anything in his path, as his spore-based minions blanketed the village, sowing chaos and fear.

Sasuke was the real problem here though.

The Uchiha had a bone to pick with his former home and had no qualms about causing widespread destruction.

Naturally, Obito has not told him that Itachi was not responsible for the massacre.

He will only tell this to Sasuke after both brothers fight.

After all, this will let Sasuke work for the Akatsuki.

Suigetsu and Juugo, with their unique abilities, complemented Sasuke's assault.

Suigetsu, a master of water jutsu, unleashed torrents of water, flooding streets and buildings. Juugo, fueled by his inner rage, transformed into a monstrous creature, smashing through structures and causing widespread devastation.

And of course just like in the anime. The real problem was none other than the self-proclaimed god himself.

Tsunade too ordered all the available shinobi to handle the situation and quickly sent notice to Kirito and Jiraiya.
