Chap 16 - A Little Visit in Konoha. (1)

" Hey, Teuchi-san! Give me five bowls of Tonkotsu Ramen! "

Kushina looked at Mikoto's smile and pouted cutely:

Mikoto covered her mouth with her hand in an elegant way, showing only her smiling eyes to her red-haired friend.

Kushina stopped moving the chopsticks and looked at the ANBU with an icy face.

Ryuuji didn't wait any longer and entered the place. The redhead was automatically greeted with two masked men attacking him, but he simply moved his hand quickly, piercing two foreheads at the same time with his fingers.

Ryuuji licked his lips and started running through the corridors of ROOT base, killing any living thing that sprouted in front of him.

It didn't matter what clan the ninjas that Danzo brought to his Roots came from or what secret technique they used, in front of Ryuuji they were all killed and maimed, with no chance of fighting back.

Gradually, the view of the dark and damp corridor became increasingly bloody, with pieces of skulls, brains, guts and organs littering the entire place.

A few minutes later, there was only one ROOT Shinobi alive among the more than a hundred corpses at the base.

Danzo, who already had past experience with Ryuuji Uzumaki, understood what was happening and moved towards Kushina, trying to finish the tailed beast transfer as quickly as possible.

Even with Mito telling Danzo not to hurt his granddaughter, Danzo ignored her and reached out to grab the girl.

Unfortunately for him, before his filthy hand could touch Kushina, his arm and shoulder fell to the ground with no apparent explanation.
