Markings

Naruto somehow free himself from snake binding and make hand signs for Fire style: Dragon flame jutsu. The jutsu hit Orochimaru and is engulfed in flames.

But Orochimaru's body transforms into a log.

'Damn it, He escaped.'

(NARUTO POV)

I see a log in Orochimaru's place instead of his Dead body which I wanted to see but that damn snake escaped.

I look at Sasuke who is passed out and is laying on the ground. I jump down from the tree branch I was standing on and Run towards Sasuke.

I pick him up and make him sit against a tree. Few seconds later after checking it was safe Sakura comes out of hiding, still trembling.

" I..Is he g..g.gone? Is Sasuke-kun Alright?" She stuttered

I look at her and without thinking twice, I punch her in the stomach, Hard. She spits Saliva before her eyes roll back and she faints. A part of me was hoping she won't pass out from this, then I'll have another chance to punch her.

Even Sakura from Anime was a bit better than this absolute trash.

I made a shadow clone to look after them and made a bed for my self using Earth jutsu. Bed made of jutsu is not hard as the real ground but it still isn't anything like the real bed.

As I lay on bed I play a song in system and I think back to my fight against Orochimaru, How he escaped and he was not using his full power. He didn't use any particularly strong jutsu, not to mention Reincarnation jutsu, Then... then how did he escape.

'You let your guard down and You underestimated you opponent.' Kurumi said

'I... I guess I did'

'Accepting your mistake/Weakness is the first towards Growth.'

'Aweee Look at you, all wise and wisdom, Do you wanna see Miss yasaka again? Huh? huh?' I teased Kurumi

'I have lived for far more than you can imagine, so I'm wise'

'Then why are you having a nosebleed and what's with the that perverse smile' I pointed out. I'm pretty sure he is thinking about my Yasaka transformation, Hahaha

'Only cultural man can understand my feelings. HMPH' Ahhh That's right he saw many Manga and anime from my memories.

I just laughed at his tactics.

"Now what do i do with them?" I muttered glancing at my unconscious teammates. Hmm

'I have a plan for them and we might enjoy a little show' Kurumi chuckled darkly and started telling me what to do... or may be not to do.

...Five Hours Later...

Sakura and Sasuke can be seen laying on the ground, still unconscious. It's already morning and Naruto is nowhere to be seen.

Sakura's eyes flutter and she opens them and immediately looks around, the last thing she remembers is asking Naruto if Sasuke is fine, then she blackout.

"What... happened?" Sakura asks in a low voice.

She looks around and see only Sasuke Laying by her side and Naruto is nowhere to be seen.

'Where is Naruto?' She ask Internally

"Ahh, There you are." A familiar voice interrupted her thoughts. Looking back at where the said voice came from, She saw familiar faces too.

'Sound nin!?' Sakura recognized them from the first exam.

"Give us Sasuke Uchiha and we will let you live." The leader of sound nin Dosu demanded.

Sakura was contemplating what to do, as she just woke up and is already in danger... again.

A few seconds passed and a look of determination appeared at Sakura's face.

"So that's how it's going to be, huh. Works for us." Saying his part, Dosu and his team moved forward.

The same thing as canon happened, Sakura was bashed around before Lee came to her rescue, but he was clapped too, although not as bad as in the anime, because he and Naruto sparred a bit under Gai, which not only helped Naruto improve but Lee too.

Sakura tries her best (bites their hand and proceeds to cut her hair) to keep Sasuke safe but it was too much for her to handle.

In the end Team 8 also came forward to help their friends, Ina-shika-cho did their best.

Choji uses expansion jutsu and rolls like a canonball to crush his opponent, Shikamaru uses his shadow imitation jutsu and caught Dosu(Sound nin leader) by surprise and Ino takes the remaining nin with her possession jutsu... but it was not enough.

Things went downhill when Shikamaru's jutsu hit it's five minutes time limit and Dosu attacked Ino who was possessing his teammate without caring if his own teammate gets hurt in the process.

As this was all happening, Sasuke who was unconscious finally woke up. A strong Malicious chakra was oozing out of his body and in large quantity at that. Half of his body was covered in strange dark markings.

He looked around after opening his eyes, from the state Sakura was in, Naruto missing and also the tensed atmosphere he got the picture of what happened when he was unconscious.

" Who did this to you, Sakura?" He asked in a low dangerous voice but everyone heard him clearly.

Before Sakura could say anything, Dosu's teammate spoke up " I did and I'm gonn-" Before he could finish whatever he was saying Sasuke appear beside him, his fist inching closer at Sound nin who was surprised by his speed and was caught off guard, He couldn't react on time.

Sound nin got hit and was sent flying, coming to stop from tree and coughing frantically.

The markings on Sasuke glowed red and grew all over his body covering him head to toe, making him seem like a demon. He turned his body to look at Dosu as if telling him 'Now its your turn'.

Dosu by now knew they didn't have a chance against Sasuke and was about to beg him to let them go and that they are ready to hand over their scroll. He was however, stopped when a blondie appeared out of nowhere.

The blondie was giving them his back, He stood next to Sasuke with his hand over his shoulder.

"They are not worth our time, Sasuke"
