Chapter 10: Reuniting

(1st POV)

''Disaster release you say... Are you able to use it?'' He asks me

''I've tried but nothing happens, I think that was a one-time thing,'' I reply as he nods

''I thought so. Well, you can keep the katana since you are the only one who can wield it anyway.'' He says as I nod

''You said you had something else to say?'' I ask

''What I wanted to say was that since you are young and living alone we will have caretakers come by once in a while to make sure you're alright. This is the same with the other kids without any other caretakers. You may leave'' I nod and stand up, already wanting to train with shadow clones.

Walking out of the clan head's house, I look at my katana (Since it's sentient, shouldn't it be able to perceive emotions and sensations? It's been very quiet for a sentient sword this entire time. Maybe it's waiting for me to use disaster release?)

Not trying to even ask how it's sentient when it's a piece of metal, I seal it away and begin to try to get familiar with Konoha by walking around

(I saw my house before, it looked pretty nice. I'm gonna have to join the academy too, training under a jonin is no small thing, Jiraiya should even be teaching by the time I graduate.)

Thinking this I walk around the village, committing important places such as the shopping district and training grounds to memory.

Seeing the places that I previously saw on a screen gives a weird sense of deja vu

Though it only solidifies that I really am in this world, in THE Naruto world.

Walking through a crowded street, I hear a commotion up ahead getting closer and closer until I see a red head of hair run past me without even caring about her surroundings

I smile and disappear from that spot and appear on a rooftop. Running on the rooftops, tailing her, when I see her taking a corner I flicker right around the corner as she bumps into me

''Ah, sor-'' she cuts herself off seeing who she bumped into

''Yo!'' I say with a wave of my hand, still smiling, as her eyes get watery

''Yuki!!'' she yells and jumps to hug me

''Oi, don't knock me over'' I say playfully as she just keeps hugging me.

(Later)

After she had calmed down, we went on top of the Hokage rock and began talking

''So! Where were you!'' She asks me with anger evident in her tone

''After the attack, I stayed at Uzu, exploring the ruins and reading all the books in the library'' I say as I see her puff her cheeks

''Meanie! Did you know how worried I was about you! And you were just reading in the damn library!'' She yells at me

''I'm sorry, okay?'' I say and after a few seconds I see her deflate

''Fine, but you gotta make it up to me. Got that?'' She says, more like yelling at me

''Of course,'' I answer as she calms down

''So what have you been up to?'' I of course knew but wanted to talk more with her

Since tomorrow would be the day where I really start training hard.

After we had been done talking, it was already sunset

''Hey... Yuki''

''Hm?'' I see her being unsure for the first time in a while

''How... would you see me if I told you I had something terrible sealed inside me'' She says with uncertainty

(Already wants to tell me about the old fox?) I think

''Well, if you sealed a kunai into a scroll, it wouldn't mean the scroll is the kunai now, would it,'' I reply as I look at her visibly have a weight lifted off her shoulders

(Seems like it has been eating at her)

''Thanks'' She tells me

''No problem''

(The next day)

I had told Kushina that I would be training all week except for Wednesdays and Saturdays and that she shouldn't try to disturb me

Though I had to compromise that she would get to watch but silently

If you are wondering about the academy, I had talked with some people and got myself into the academy and I would be starting next week

Of course, I won't be going there, just a shadow clone, I also explained this to Kushina which made her jealous that I could do 'fun' stuff while she has to go to the academy. I promised to teach her it later.

Now let me tell you, shadow clones are fucking absolutely broken

They make me feel like I completely wasted my time trying to train by myself.

I have multiple clones going around the village, a few were at the library, most were with me training elements, and a few dozen were training taijutsu, kenjutsu, ninjutsu, fuinjutsu, and chakra sensing.

At first, it was tough, having to concentrate so much but after a few hours, I got used to it. In total, I have about 20 around the village and 100 with me. Of course, I could make more with my absolutely ridiculous amount of chakra but they just pop since I can't concentrate enough.

Naturally, this will be fixed with time.

While they were training, I was no slouch, I was training my body. It also made them feel better that I'm not just lazing around while they do all the work

It was kinda weird since I could have conversations with myself

Now, if you are wondering why I don't train in secret anymore, I honestly don't think there is any point in wasting time, since there are Anbus everywhere, at night or day, it won't matter. If someone like Danzo wanted to get his hands on me, he just can't. Why? Well, I sleep in the Uzumaki compound where there are advanced seals everywhere.

If he tries during the day, I have a single shadow clone in a hidden place prepared at all times to tell the Hokage, clan leader, or any Anbu if I get kidnapped

How will the clone know? If one of my shadow clones popped, the other shadow clones also get that information.

There is no threat of it running out of chakra since I will change it every week and every single one could last months.

Even if I get knocked out, a couple of shadow clones can exist without my concentration.

Snapping back to reality as I finish the last push-up, I stand up and look towards the waterfall to see dozens of shadow clones training

(I'll probably be jonin level by the time I'm 12. Maybe even higher.)
