Chapter 008 - Underwear

"This is bad, this is bad, this is bad."

Rudeus is in his room muttering repeatedly as he walks back and forth.

He just discovered something really surprising. Really shocking news and down right not all right.

When Wynstan informs him that he and Roxy will spar and will be home at noon, Rudeus knows this is the day he can make his plan to fruition.

Operation, Naughty, Idiotic, Grand, Gracious, Acquisition…of Roxy's panties.

In short, Operation N.I.G.G - you know what, Acronyms are overrated anyway…

Rudeus was sneaky, He acts like a ninja born to hide in the shadows.

After reaching Roxy's door, he peek to make sure that no one is there cause you can never be too sure.

Knowing that the area has no sign of intelligence around, Rudeus enters the room.

'I'm in the pipe, five by five,' Rudeus reported then continued to proceed to the treasure chest which is Roxy's cabinet.

But when he opened it, shock filled his face as despair comically covered his whole being.

'It's a trap, I repeat it's a trap!' Rudeus said as he checked the fabric.

It's brief.

He doesn't know who's briefs are those but they're for children.

It can only mean two things, It's either his or Wynstan, or maybe Paul has a baby waist but that is impossible.

It's definitely not his so…

"Noooooooooo!" Rudeus throws a tantrum and rolls all over the floor.

"It's my previous life all over again! Why can't it be me?" Rudeus continues his tantrum for thirty minutes before going back to his room.

Time passes and things continue to improve for Wynstan but one thing he doesn't understand is why the hell he is missing two underwear.

At the table, Wynstan is analyzing everyone, He is eyeing them and watching their body movements.

"Erm, W-what's wrong Wyn?" Rudeus stuttering said with a wavering smile.

As time passess, Rudeus recognizes Wynstan's talent as an unreachable mountain.

Rudeus can't believe he never saw Wynstan actually train magic, as far as he knows Wynstan is actually more focused on chores than magic.

He meant he only saw Wynstan spar with him and Roxy but not actually train, He doesn't know about Wynstan passive skill that lets Wynstan train while…well, when he breathes.

To Rudeus who is not blessed with talent in his past life, Wynstan's talent intimidates him, striding him far and making a gap between their friendship.

Add that to the fact that he knows Roxy, His goddess is stealing Wynstan underwear, which sounds like a crime but who'll arrest her?

Yes, those things increase his insecurity towards Wynstan.

"Nothing, Nothing at all," Wynstan said as he removed Rudeus from the list of suspects. He knows that Rudeus is perverted from the anime but not that perverted to steal his underwear.

Wystan then stared at Zenith who just gave him an innocent smile and a cute head tilt.

Turning his attention to Paul, Wynstan saw his dumb smile and immidiately remove him from the list.

Wynstan believes that Lilia and Roxy can't possibly steal his underwear so he's really confused right now who the hell stole his snake holder.

It's just underwear so he decided not to mind it any longer.

After breakfast Wynstan cleaned the dishes using his newly invented magic, [Cleaning (Active, Saint)].

[Cleaning (Active, Saint) - A rather complicated magic as it uses a combination of inventory, fire, and water to achieve those shiny and super clean results].

The system made it a saint rank cause it was hard and complicated to learn, It's not some attack magic that anyone can learn because they knew its chant.

This type of cleaning magic is also faster and takes less mana, there's another version of cleaning magic where Wynstan can combine air, fire, and water to clean but it takes considerably longer to clean than his original one.

"I got to say I am really warming up to your cleaning magic, Are you adventuring in the village today?" Zenith asked as she saw Wynstan heading outside.

"Yeah, I want to practice my swordsmanship and maybe find a lover," Wynstan jokes.

Roxy lightly smacked Wynstan's head then said, "Rudy come on we are starting your lesson."

"Yes sensei~" Rudeus hopped around happily as he followed Roxy.

The confused Wynstan looks at Roxy's back who continues to walk without looking back.

"You're too young to have a lover!" Zenith lectured Wynstan on his little joke before Wynstan finally had the chance to go outside.

"Geez, If you keep smacking my head I will become an idiot," Wystan said as he scratched his head.

Somewhere in the village.

[Flame Breathing, First Form: Unknowing Fire]

Wynstan mentally activates his skill as he slashes a small hill using pure strength.

The hill is divided horizontally as the upper part slowly falls apart.

Wystan theorizes that Flame Breathing doesn't actually use mana, it is an elegant yet brutal technique. The fun thing about this technique is when wynstan incorporated mana to it, Its power doubled and actual flame manifest.

When Wynstan actually tried incorporating mana to Flame Breathing, the system increased its category.

Wynstan knows that he is far from being OP from this world standards but he also sure that few people can actually give him a fight, far less kill him.

He is now an unofficial king rank in the new sword style and a Wind King.

"Woah! That's awesome," Some kids saw Wynstan move.

"How did he do that? Are you a knight?"

"He's definitely a warrior, you saw how strong and fast he is!"

Wynstan recognizes them as the kids who bullied Sylphiette in the anime. Wynstan stares at them without changing his expression which made the kids sweat.

"Umm, hehehe, I'm Somar, Eto Somar, you can call me Somar, L-leader!" The fat kid who seems to be the leader in their group said.

"Ehh? He's our leader?" The skinny one with long dark green hair asked.

"Since when do we have a cool leader?" The slightly shorter kid questioned which made Somar angry.

"Hey, you're talking like I'm not cool," Somar said as he pushed the short kid.

"I like to know that too, when did I become your leader?" Wynstan said as he slowly walked, in his hands was a stone sword made from his magic.

Somar slightly steps back because Wynstan is really intimidating without him knowing.

"Strong rules the weak so I acknowledge you as my leader," Somar said what he thought Wynstan wanted to hear most.

In this Village Somar is the strongest of all the kids, In other words he is the king of the kids, though he has a tendency to bully other races like demons and so.

"I see, and you two are?" Wynstan asks the two kids behind Somar.

They introduced themselves then bent their knees like a knight, Somar saw their actions and bent his knees too.

After that day, They always pester Wynstan and many more kids join their groups as day passess.

A few weeks passed and the total of Wynstan minions of kids reached 10. All of them have light stone swords which were made by Wynstan.

'Where is Sylphiette though," Wnystan thought as he still couldn't see a beautiful tomboyish elf.

"Somar," Wynstan called the fat kid.

"Yes lord," Somar bowed.

The situation went out of control and the kids started to call him lord, at first they called him leader then it escalated so now the kids call him lord.

As Wynstan didn't really have a fun childhood in his past life he found this situation quite amusing and fun.

Wynstan instructed the kids how to swing their swords until their arms fell off while Wystan taught some of the children how to cook.

He made a kitchen using earth magic to spread the wonders of cooking.

So people might ask, Where does Wynstan benefit in all of this? The answer is quite simple, it's fun for him.

He is now living his childhood where a group of kids will follow his every command. He got all the time in the world to be great but now he just wants to have fun and be a kid again.

What Wynstan doesn't know is far from their area behind a tree, A cute little elf is watching his little army while idolizing his figure.

"My prince on a white horse," The little elf said.

Since Wynstan became friends with the kids the bullying stops as Wynstan said to the kids that bullying the weak is not honorable and punishable by exile.

So without knowing Wynstan indirectly helps the little elf.
