Well, the reason why the production of paramecia and logia isn't possible is that they are based on power. So to make that he have to have the ability to bestow the power to the fruit. But single-use zoan is possible. He just needs the DNA of the said animal and can make the fruit.

And why the fruit can't appear after the user death is that all the devil fruit is actually "alive". Yes, they are alive like a parasite. When their current host dies they just reappear to a different place and took the shape of a fruit and wait for their new host.

But this parasite doesn't have a will of there. That is why they can't affect the host. The only thing they can do is just share their ability.

That is why he can't make paramecia or logia type fruit. But zoan is possible as he can just use the DNA of an animal and use it to create the fruit. And it's act like a wolf bite which turn someone into a werewolf but in a different way.

Majin also eats 4 of the 56 devil fruit he has got from pegua castle. most of them aren't useful to him as they don't have good abilities. The fruit is

1) sun fruit (paramecia): give him the power of the sun. Even with his current strength, he can not use its full power. After a certain power-up, the heat is too strong to bear for his current strength.

2) moon fruit (paramecia) is an ice-related ability. He can decrease the heat to as much as absolute zero (which also he can do with his current power)

3) time fruit (paramecia) give him the ability to stop time a certain distance around him for 3 seconds

4) demon fruit (Zoan) make him a demon. Why he eat this fruit is because of its compatibility with dark fruit power and hellfire. He also now can put someone in a hellish illusion.

He left the other fruit for his shadow knight. So it will increase their fighting power.

He also learned swordsmith from wano. Well, he still can't make a supreme grade sword but his current creation is like 50 elite grades sword.

He also got the sword he always wanted. 10 days ago he asked the current owner nicely and he give him his sword "happily"

He appreciates the sword very much. Even among the supreme grade, this sword is in upper-rank Black sword "yoru".
