Chapter 328

Both looked at each other, sizing each other up, for a moment the palace became quiet with the sounds of flames licking at the structure around them like a crazy hound.

"Fufufu!, a young man such as yourself, why would you want to throw away your life by attacking the Alvarez empire, the palace none the less," Irene inquired as she looked at Jean who had small amounts of mana, basically empty, but felt like an equal threat as well.

"Hmph! I came for a meeting, your people just attacked out of nowhere, though I would expect nothing less from a lesser dragon," Jack smirked, as if he was taunting Irene who suddenly emitted a huge amount of killing intent.

The surroundings trembled as the canon fidders trembled with fear, Jean was nice enough to cover the poor spriggan in her aura of protection.

Brandish couldn't understand why the woman was so easygoing and was careless with the enemy in her opinions.

Though she also understood that one that can accompany such a monstrous man must be and was as strong as him,

"Let's watch the show! I wonder if Jack will use any of his Domination dragon moves," the woman in question suddenly took out several beverages and offered one to Brandish as they both looked at the stalemate.

"How dare you? it seems you need to learn who is the senior here, as for beating up my two children, is shall make sure to torture you to-"

Irene saw Jack blitzing towards him in the next moment and hurriedly raised her hands, her staff floating beside her as she was surprised by the sheer speed at which the man moved.

"Less talking more smashing," Jack yelled as he smiled at Irene, she was surely a strong individual, he wondered how long it will take for her to show her dragon form.

"Gh- same to yo-" Irene who was being forced back issued a heavy punch but it was easily blocked by Jack who followed with a counterattack.

A heavy kick to the stomach that sent Irene hurling towards the ground, spiderweb like cracks spread on the whole area as the onlookers were surprised and fearful.

They had never in their life seen someone even touch the clothes on Irene's body but someone just came and smashed her to the ground.

The two 'children' of hers also cried out in surprise, wanting to rush in and save their mother but were held down rather easily by Jean who was invested in the show.

"Doesn't she understand that her silly magic attacks won't work on Jack, he is a dragon for focks sake!"

Brandish could only sit uncomfortably as she looked at the scene of Irene and Jack fighting soon after.

Irene was mad crazy by now, she who believed that she could easily control the dragon of end of Acnalogia was being handled by some nobody dragon that appeared out of nowhere.

Her expression was frozen as she started releasing enormous amounts of Ethernano from her body,

The next moment the two disappeared from place and appeared outside of Ishgar, Jean also appeared soon after since she didn't want to miss out on the fight.

"Good luck, you have managed to anger me now, any last words before I send you to hell," Irene smiled cruelly as her body started steaming and scales started appearing on her body.

"Only one," Jack replied, "Stop thinking you are hot stuff kid."

That seemed to flip the switch as Irene roared, her body covered in a white light before it spread and what appeared was a giant Off white dragon with red markings on its body.

"Phew! So that's a dragon from this world, I wonder how strong you are, guess I need to get a little serious as well."

Jack smiled as he dodged a multitude of beam attacks sent his way.

"Half dragon form,"

Jack's body was covered in scales as well, Crimson scales that shined with dignity under the scorching sun.

His body flying in the air as his wings spread wide.

"Yo-you, Ahhhhh!" Irene felt the danger of Jack's new transformation up close, she charged up a roar attack and sent it flying at Jack.

The attack was roughly ten times more powerful than a bijuu attack according to what Jack felt,

"Hmph! Just this, a dragon shot is enough to deal with this,"

Jack pointed his finger at the arriving Roar and spoke softly.

Soon a crimson ball was formed on his finger and Jack flicked it at the incoming attack, it flew rapidly, breaking the sound barrier before striking at the incoming roar attack.

The two attacks collided against each other, at first the roar attack seemed to be powerful while Irene smirked in disdain as she taunted.

"Is that all you could do, you pathetic halfling," Irene mocked.

Jack rolled his eyes as he replied in a calm voice, although it was easily heard across the barren battlefield.

Soon enough the Dragon shot exploded within the roar attack and started becoming bigger and bigger, the roar attack in return started losing its power before the dragon shor forcefully tore apart the attack and flew towards Irene who felt her whole being screaming at her to dodge the attack and so she did with great difficulty.

The attack grazed past her, scorching her as it struck a mountain far away.

*booooooooom*

The shockwaves of the attack spread far, enough to cause the great Sage dragon queen to feel like her spine was cold as ice.
