Upon opening the panel to check the new side mission, Leo began to recall memories from his past life.
"Dr. Yinsen, is he the one who helped Stark build the armor and ultimately sacrificed himself?"
He remembered that when Tony Stark was imprisoned, there was indeed a doctor named Yinsen. Not only did he save Tony Stark's life, but he also assisted him in secretly creating the first Iron Man suit. In the end, he was shot dead in a barrage of gunfire to buy time for their escape.

As the convoy drove down a not-so-busy street in Queens, Leo instructed Jack and all the bodyguards to leave, and then he continued driving with Wanda and Pietro.
A month ago, upon deciding to settle in New York, Leo had discussed the matter of where to live with Wanda.
New York, the largest city in the United States, comprises five boroughs: Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Staten Island. Initially, Leo had considered buying a villa in the bustling Manhattan area because it was close to his new company building, making commuting convenient.
However, after some thought, he realized that the location of the first Avengers battle was in Manhattan, making it too dangerous for Wanda, so he abandoned that idea.
Next, he considered Queens, which is separated from Manhattan by the East River and isn't far from his company. It also has the best natural scenery among the boroughs.
In his previous life, when he fought in life-and-death matches in New York, he had lived in Queens and was quite familiar with the area. As for safety, Queens was probably the safest of the boroughs, and in the future, they would have a good neighbor, Spider-Man, swinging around to maintain law and order.
Wanda had no objections to settling in Queens but disagreed with the idea of living in a villa. She found villa living too dull and lonely; once Leo went to work, she would be alone at home.
She preferred living in a regular residential building where she could meet new neighbors, exchange cooking and child-rearing tips with other wives, and trade gifts. She did not like the lifestyle of an upper-class lady; her ideal life was one of simple joys, like in "The Dick Van Dyke Show."
Leo agreed without much hesitation. Wanda had considered his career and moved to New York with him, so he also needed to consider Wanda's feelings. He had no particular preference between living in a villa or a residential building; he had chosen a villa simply because he thought it would be safer for Wanda.
Moreover, living in a residential building wouldn't be a big issue because he had already instructed Xiao Liu to replace the entire property management team with his own people before moving in. From the day they moved in, all the security guards in the community would be his highly trained, elite subordinates.
Each of them was highly skilled, had been taking top-quality strength pills for years, and had undergone professional firearms training. Unlike the strength pills available to the public, his subordinates consumed an improved version that significantly enhanced their physical abilities over time. However, it still paled compared to the ointment he acquired from side missions.
Additionally, he had purchased the best sniping spots in the community and stationed snipers to cover their residence. If any enemies appeared, these snipers would take them out immediately.
Of course, he couldn't reveal any of this to Wanda. In Wanda's eyes, Leo was a kind-hearted, law-abiding businessman, a philanthropist praised by everyone in Sokovia, and a good husband who helped with housework.
Leo didn't intentionally hide these things from Wanda; he had established a good-guy persona from the beginning when he pursued her, and he maintained that image in public. Suddenly revealing his dark side would be difficult for Wanda to accept. Despite his ruthless approach to enemies, he didn't want his wife and future children to think of him as a bad person.
He had already embarked on this path in his previous life and needed to be ruthless to protect those he cared about. If he became strong enough in the future and the world faced no major threats, he hoped his children would grow up to be kind, happy, and righteous individuals, unlike himself.

"We're here, our new home!"
Under the respectful gaze of two burly security guards, Leo parked the car in the community's outdoor parking area.
"Honestly, it's not surprising that in a big city, even the security guards give off a sense of safety," Pietro remarked as he got out of the car.
Working in delivery, Pietro often visited various neighborhoods in Sokovia, where security guards were mostly elderly men or middle-aged men with large bellies. It was rare to see young, strong men as security guards unless it was a high-end community.
However, their current community was clearly an ordinary one, yet the security guards at the entrance were at least 1.9 meters tall with explosive muscles visible even through their uniforms. They could probably win bodybuilding competitions.
"This community was specifically chosen for its good security," Leo explained with a smile as he carried the luggage from the car.
He couldn't be low-key because his subordinates, who had been taking the improved strength pills for years, naturally had enhanced physiques. His secretary, Xiao Liu, was often mistaken for his bodyguard, which was partially true.
While most bosses' secretaries were either attractive women with curvy figures or refined, bespectacled elite men, his secretary, Xiao Liu, was a bald, 1.9-meter-tall, fierce-looking man with a muscular build. His smile alone could scare children into crying.
