Bloody War Chp 50

I am looking at the entrance into Olympus, I could feel them waiting for me on the other side.

As I approach it I see something coming out of it and dodge the energy blast that was sent through it.

"Let's go," I said to myself as flew into it and immediately dodge a greatsword from someone.

I quickly slash with Zenith as it tears into the armor of my attacker as he screams in pain. I notice some more coming towards us as I stabbed my previous attacker in the chest killing him. I go towards the others as they try to defend themselves I noticed that all of them have some of the same energy as Dinias, they are also using human souls to power themselves.

My heart grew cold as they charged at me in rage and I could see the orange energy in them that was orange that represented greed. I didn't know what they want to take from me but I didn't care. I flew over to them flying while making sure to pay attention to all of them to make sure none of them got an attack on me.

Several of them attacked me at the same time. I made a few water spears and launched them and they pierced through their heads.

I took a moment to look around Olympus it was made of marble a lot of it. But most of the pillars and temples looked like rubble at this point it seemed as if something or someone had rampaged around here as there were some destroyed temples.

"A battle," I said to myself knowing that they might be recovering and making use of this opportunity to kill most of them so Jean can help me out.

I grabbed a spear that was thrown towards me and stabbed it into another enemy and as it went through him I send a punch to the bottom of the spear as it went through and flew into some more enemies as I used my heat vision to cut down some of them.

I decapitated some of them with Zenith to make sure they can't come back.

I immediately begin to cut them all down without mercy.

I could feel the souls leaving as I was cutting some of them down.

I punched through another as I simultaneously cut off his head.

I made a crimson shield around me as magical blasts hit it causing the area around the shield to break as I spot the blasts coming from some of the broken temples.

I see through the rubble and see that they are charging up spells.

("That explains why their spells are quite powerful") I thought to myself as they charged their spells I decided to go nearly all out as I was saving the energy in my core in case a stronger enemy appears.

I sped on over those and saw their frozen expressions as I was looking at them as they appeared to be frozen in time I didn't waste any time and cut their heads and stabbed one of them in the chest and raised my arm cutting from the chest and straight through his head cutting it in half.

I sped my way over to the others as I stabbed and went in for the kill every time. Eventually, my curiosity knows why they were greedy won me out as I grabbed one of them and flew a few meters of the ground as I extracted the information from his mind.

After I did I was confused as they didn't know where Zeus got the souls as Hades hasn't been seen on Olympus in a while now.

("Maybe he joined another pantheon to get away from Zeus") I thought to myself.

I quickly stab the guy I am holding as I crush his head on my fist. Their greed is toward Zenith since Zeus told them that the one who kills me will get my weapon and he will also share the redheaded girl.

He meant Jean

I was pissed off no one touches my girl. I decided to call Jean to help wipe out these bastards.

I sent a message through the Phantom Zone since I let her draw in the power from it except the SpeedForce or Crimson Energy.

I felt her receive it and while she arrives I am going to kill as many as I can and I do.

I begin by cutting someone in half while grabbing his weapon and throwing it at someone's crotch and it straight through him as it exited by his #ss and pierced two others before it got embedded into the ground.

I slashed someone's arm off and then cut him in half in the middle. I got tired of doing all of this and decided to just bomb the place I flew a bit high as I noticed some lighting trying to hit me. I flew down as I surrounded myself with fire magic and when I hit the ground the explosion killed some of the stragglers just as I sensed Jean coming through the dimension portal.

(Jean come over to me it will be easier if we fight together) I lied to her since I wanted to make sure where she was.

(On my way) she said determined to help as I sensed her ripping some of them apart.

I quickly spun around in a circle killing the enemies that were beginning to surround me.

I saw Jean approaching me in her new suit that was made from a mix of Kryptonian materials and True Adamantium she was using her telekinesis to make sure she could move faster while wearing it.

It looked similar to the suit she wears in the comics with green and gold but instead of thigh-high boots she wore regular golden boots. In all honesty, she looked hot and she noticed me staring and winked at me.

(Like the look?) she said telepathically

(You know the answer) I responded

We quickly dispatched them and noticed that a lot of souls began to leave to their respective afterlife I also noticed that some of the ones I killed were gods and even a few goddesses since I recognized a few but I paid them no mind since they were in a weakened state.

(Let's go to the biggest temple I am sure we will find the remaining forces in their) I told her telepathically

(All right) she said as we began to fly over as I heard some noise that sounded like fighting and we arrived at the big door at least 15 meters tall. I quickly kicked them open and I was surprised at what I saw...
