Make Up Session

They walk downstairs and to his car in silence.

"Can you please sit in the car with me just for a minute?" Wes asks before he unlocks the car.

Rae gets in. This is actually the first time she's in this vehicle. It smells new and fresh inside.

"Promise me you'll never ignore me on purpose again. Call or text." Rae suddenly says, staring into the streets, "If you really can't answer, it's fine. I'm not asking you to reply right away, but not like today. You know what I mean, right? You did that on purpose." Rae turns her face to look at Wes. He's already looking at her.

Wes is a little bit confused. Rae makes it sound like he has ignored her texts and calls all day long. But he didn't get anything until 9PM. And after he saw her missed call, he drove out here.

But, Wes didn't want to say all those. He didn't want to sound like he's defending himself.

"I promise. Forgive me," Wes holds Rae's face by her left cheek. Rae feels a little tickled, so she presses her cheek onto his palm.

Wes leans in and kisses her. They feel the attraction to each other again. The gentle kiss turns into a series of deep, wet exchange of tongues and sounds of desire.

"Oh, Wes," Rae can feel an excitement coming to her lower body, as Wes licks and kisses her down to her neck. Wes suddenly reaches over and puts Rae's seat down in a complete reclined position. Rae is now lying down. He climbs over and puts himself on top of her.

"I want you so much," Wes says breathlessly, his hand wanders down under her panties, and he sticks his finger in her. She arches her back with a groan. She's wet already.

Wes pulls her pants down, and pushes her panties to one side. He inserts his finger in her again while kissing her. She holds his head, and he works his tongue down her collar bone. She gets up to take her shirt off, and Wes presses her down immediately after the shirt is off. He pushes her bra up, and start licking and sucking her nipples.

"Oh Wes. You're driving me crazy," Rae ruffs up his hair.

"You drive me crazier. I really want to have ferocious raw sex with you without condom," He says as he continues to finger her. Rae is so turned on. She can feel herself down there wet and his finger slipping in and out of her. But deep in her lust, she is still confused how she feels about Wes.

He's ruthless when he's mad. He's passionate when he's intimate with her. It's like he can be so distant but so close. Rae is a little worried because she thinks she will probably get hurt again.

Wes sucks on her nipples and then kisses down to her panties. "I want to taste you there," He looks up temporarily. Rae has never had anyone going down on her. She feels his face hot by her thighs, and his warm breath right under there. She is very excited by the thought of it, but she stops him.

"Wes, I.... I think we should call it a night now."

"But people always say make up sex is the best," He uses his tongue on her.

"I'm not making up with you... yet," Rae almost can't talk, feeling his tongue circling her sensitive spot.

"Why not," Wes finally stops and lifts himself from her thighs, "Is it because of what you saw?"

"Yes. You were just out with another woman." And then Rae realizes, Wes hasn't really officially said they were exclusive and that they were in a relationship. In a way, he wasn't cheating on her. She also kissed Zach the other night.

Wes sighs, "I really didn't want you to know it because, I don't know, I don't want to talk about my history."

"What history?"

"Can I please tell you another day?"

"Sure. But I can't do this with you tonight." Rae pulls her pants back up, She knows she's a wet mess down there. She puts her shirt back on. Wes watches her.

"Can I please make it up to you tomorrow?" Wes says.

"I guess. No. actually, no." Rae shakes her head. She thinks this is all happening too fast. "Why don't we wait until you could explain what I saw? I respect that you need time before you could tell me your history. But, just, meet when you're ready." Rae puts one hand on the lever of the car door. Wes stops her from leaving.

"I'm sorry, Rae," Wes touches her face. "I want to make you happy."

Miranda Jordan is sitting across Wes, showing all her best assets, but he's just smiling politely.

"Why are you... so absent-minded?" Miranda asks.

"You think so?"

"Yeah."

"That is the way I am." Wes speaks calmly.

"So, are we going back to your place?" Miranda pouts, using a baby voice. She is in her early thirties, but she acts young.

"I have to get up early in the morning. Maybe next time." Wes puts one hand on the table, showing his expensive watch, seems to be implying he's time conscious.

"Great! I can do next time. How about let's go to another bar? Just a couple of more drinks? I know a bar that has really good pina colada."

"If you're buying the next round, yeah."

"Are you going to drink a lot?" Miranda pouts again, putting her hands on Wes's hands on the table.

"I'll have what you have. Same. No more, no less."

"O...K....." Miranda gives a look of hesitation. But she wants to get Wes to loosen up a little.

They go to the next bar, sitting next to each other shoulder to shoulder, but Wes doesn't make any move. So, Miranda decides she will do it.

She presses Wes's head on to her neck, and she licks his ears, slowly. She uses her tongue on his earlobe. She remembers that's Wes's sensitive spot. Wes is obedient to her kisses and even closes his eyes. But he is just on the receiving end, not making any effort. As far as Miranda can recall, Wes used to be a very giving lover. Has Wes really changed that much?

She hasn't seen him in about ten or twelve years. She has lost count. Maybe a decade later, Wes has indeed become a different person and not that same selfless man in sex. That's OK. Miranda is determined she can get him back to how he used to be.

"So, you really don't have a girlfriend? Not married?" Miranda asks after finishing licking his jaw.

"No."

"Are you one of those who hit on their secretary? What's her name? Alisa? Alisha?"

"There is a possibility that I have a few employees in a few departments whose names are Alisa or Alisha. I am not sure which one you are talking about." Wes answers calmly.

"The one that seems to dye her hair blonde?" Miranda is eager to find out. She thinks Wes is trying to be vague on purpose.

"You will have to be more specific. Many people dye their hair blonde. Also, you can trust me when I say I'm not married, I don't have a girlfriend, and I am not dating anyone in my company."

"OK. Because, like I was saying earlier. I'd like us to be back together." Miranda puts her face on Wes's arm.

"We are going out, aren't we?" Wes says.

Zach gets back home from Rae's apartment and tries to relax. He is still not sure what to think and how to feel about Rae. He has to admit, he is a little bit glad that Wes breaks Rae's heart. And he's happy that Z is now back in Rae's life, getting more practices and more user data.

He turns on TV to watch some talk show, but he feels distracted. He decides to check his phone to see if there's any updates from Rae's end.

"Wait, she's not home?" Zach sees the box version of Z is not detecting any human activity for twenty minutes inside the apartment.

He decides to give her a call.

"Ha---no?" Rae answers, sounding very blurry.

"Hello Rae, where are you?"

"I'm back in the apartment just now and I just took a sip of water." Rae finally speaks clearly.

"Oh," Zach laughs, "I thought you weren't home."

Rae is surprised that Zach knows, "I did step out. But it was nothing. What do you need?"

"I was just worried for you because you were so heart-broken earlier."

"Aww," Rae makes a sound but there's a mockery in her tone, "Zachy is so worried."

"Geesh, I'm just trying to be nice here. You looked really sad earlier." Zach cover his eyes with one hand, feeling stupid now.

"Hey, Zach," Rae's voice soft.

"What?"

"Thank you. I really appreciate that. I hope I can be the kind of person for you like you are for me. You can tell me anything." Rae's voice is a little low, but she sounds firm and sure.

Zach is very moved by what she said.

Although he has a nice and normal family, growing up, his parents never really showed a lot of care for him. And he's never really dated many girls in the past. He's never known what it is like to have a girl caring for him.

"Of course I will, Rae."

But Zach hasn't told Rae everything.
