In Love With Mr Adrian

Excerpt "Part your legs" he told her with an expressionless face, as if what he said was no big deal. Hazel on the other hand, blinked once, twice and thrice as if she hadn't heard him correctly. What did he say? I should part my legs?! For what reason? Did I even hear him right?, she asked herself internally. It still sounded ridiculous to her ears. How could he tell her to part her legs? Him of all people? "Part your legs for me, Hazel" his voice sounded again which made her to look at him with wide eyes. Indeed! She heard him right! "Sir......Sir I can't pa-" Hazel said but was interrupted by the man who said "Shh......I don't want to hear any of it Hazel. Be a good girl and part your legs so that I can locate the injury, alright?" What injury is he talking about? I'm not injured at all, she thought Hazel did not know what injury he was talking about because as far as she knew, she was not injured and especially not down there. As she kept on pondering about where he got the idea that she was injured, she felt a palm suddenly on her exposed thigh. Her eyes immediately stretched wider and met his gaze. "Sir.....wh..... wha-" Hazel was again interrupted by the man who placed his thumb on her lips to silence her. Bringing his face closer to hers, he said, "If you won't part your legs for me, I'll part them myself " after saying that, he bent his head, ready to part her thigh when a knock was heard on the door.

Acting Claire

"Here comes the attention seeker" Scarlett muttered, a scowl evident on her face.

Hazel turned her head to the cafeteria's door and saw Claire standing there with her slaves who call themselves her friends.

The girl named Claire turned to the direction where both Hazel and Scarlett were seated and a smug smile graced her lips. Claire marched towards them and stood in front of Hazel.

"Look princess, you might think that because your father owns the most expensive 5-star hotel, you can do as how as you please but let me tell you, you can't"

Claire spoke with a smug smile. The smile never leaving her face.

Hazel on the other hand, did not even understand what the lunatic in front of her was spewing.

"What are you talking about?" Hazel asked, not understanding what Claire just said only to receive a scorn from her.

"Don't act as if you don't know what you did, you asshole" Claire spat and headed for the door.

After Claire left, the cafeteria erupted in chatters and they all gave Hazel weird gazes. There was no doubt that the other students heard what she told Hazel.

"What did she mean by that?" Scarlett asked when Claire was out of sight.

"I don't know. I, myself is confused" Hazel answered.

"Don't worry about what she told you. Instead, worry about the food you would waste if you keep on thinking about Claire" Scarlett told Hazel and began devouring her food. There was one thing Hazel loved about her friend and it was the fact that she loved food and did not bother to hide it from others.

Hazel smiled lightly before joining her friend in devouring the food before her.

After lunch time, in the classroom

Hazel was seated in her chair studying her assessment. Their teacher had told them to study a certain place in her textbook before he arrives. Being an obedient student, she had decided to study hers while others chattered their time away.

Soon, a teacher barged into the classroom with Claire trailing behind him. The teacher looked angry or maybe furious. The noisy class suddenly turned quiet at the teacher's arrival.

"Show me who's Hazel Greyson" the teacher demanded which made all heads to turn to Hazel's direction. Hazel too, was confused. Which Hazel Greyson was the teacher looking for?, Hazel asked herself inwardly.

Claire who was behind the teacher made a pitiful face and pointed her finger at Hazel.

"She's the one" Claire told the teacher. The teacher turned to her direction with an angry expression.

"In my office, Now!" the teacher snarled and marched out of the classroom with Claire trailing behind him. Hazel could swear she saw Claire smirk at her.

"What was that about?" Scarlett asked when she got comfortable at the seat beside Hazel.

"I don't know" Hazel replied. She was scared right now. If Mr. Benedict looked at her that way, it means that she was in big trouble. And not to mention, Claire was with him. She would be in big trouble.

Being in trouble was the last thing she wanted to do especially with Mr Benedict. Being in trouble with that man never ended well.

"I just don't want it to be what am thinking" Hazel told Scarlett and packed her books before putting them in her bag pack. Scarlett smiled reassuringly at her friend.

With slow steps, Hazel left the classroom and made her way to Mr. Benedict's office.

And within few minutes, she was few inches away from his office's door. With sweaty palms, Hazel turned the door knob and opened the door. Stepping inside, Hazel gently closed the door behind her.

Her eyes immediately locked with Mr. Benedict's furious gaze. Tearing her gaze away, Hazel stared at the floor instead.

"So you decided to take your time before coming here?" He asked, almost shouting.

"No sir" Hazel answered.

Claire seem to have gotten Mr. Benedict's attention because he looked her way.

Mr. Benedict clasped both hands together on his desk where he sat.

"Claire here, reported to me not long ago that you and some other boys bullied her during lunch time. So, am here to ask you if it was true" Mr. Benedict began.

Hazel looked up at Mr. Benedict with confusion etched on her face then at Claire. Confusion turned to disbelief. She couldn't believe that Scarlett could go this far just to get her into trouble.

"Sir....no...I did not do anything-"

"Sir! She's lying....she bullied me. Her and some other guys!... don't believe her Sir. She's....lying" Claire said cutting Hazel off. Tears started streaming down her eyes as she stared at Mr. Benedict pitifully.

"Sir, please....please..... don't believe her. She's clearly lying Sir" Claire said in between tears.

Hazel, who just quietly watched and listened to what Claire was spouting couldn't believe her eyes and ears. Hazel could swear that she did not do anything Claire claimed she did.

She just stood there, mouth agape and frozen like a statue. She couldn't do anything aside from watching.

The thing that amazed her the most was the way Claire acted smoothly and perfectly. As if she really bullied her. Claire would really make a good actress, she thought.
