Chapter 7

"Done you can open your eyes and see yourself."

As I opened my eyes and looked at the mirror. It was someone else who starred back at me.

" You do you look like you have seen a ghost. It's you only.", Liam told me.

I still couldn't recognise myself. Liam did a smoky eyes with a light blue blush on my cheeks. He also added glitter over it very lightly. If you didn't observe, you can't even tell it. But it definitely beautified my looks. I am shure Emily does have the best of the best for herself.

" Now that we are done. Let's go . Xavier and Ray are waiting for us in the parking. They just reached here." , Emily stated as she stood up to leave.

" Okay."

" Wait did you just say Xavier and.... Ra...yy ia waiting for us in the parking."

" Yes. Now come on . I don't like to keep people waiting."

" Why is Ray waiting for us? I thought he would go to prom with Grace."

" It's for him to decide whom will he be at the prom "

" Ohh... ofcourse."

I wouldn't lie , I thought maybe just maybe he came here for me. More like I wish he came here for me. But how is that even possible. He will definitely pair up with his bitchy girlfriend Grace.

Emily grabbed two dimond rhinestone crystal clutches for both of us . Her purse was golden while mine was silver. Both of it were just mesmerizing to look at. Basically both of our dresses were shouting of wealth. I could feel confidence build within me. I could remember the quote " Confidence and beauty stands next to each other." I really understood the meaning of it now. But all my confidence were crushed when I laid my eyes on the gorgious man in front of me.

Xavier wore a blue set of dark blue tuxedo (One button slim fit blazer) paired with formal blue shoes. His hair were near and we'll combed. While Ray wore a simple formal black and white tuxedo. He wore a bow instead of tie . Both of them wore the symbol of squad as pin on their tie. It look fabulous. Ray tied his hair at the back in messy hair style. My guess is all of them got themselves the pin. It was obvious that they made it for this day .

As we reached them. We greeted each other . Thought I have been friend with Emily since two years yet it is the first time I met Xavier and Ray in person. So Emily introduced us to each other . Xavier and Ray opened the door of the car for us . Then Xavier sat on the passanger seat while Ray drove all of us to school where prom was taking place. The car ride was quite. Well I can't say I expected more that what was already happening. It actually have me time to intake what was happening.

Oh my god .....am I driving to school on the same car with Ray. I can't believe it. This day couldn't get any better. He looked just perfect even from back. I couldn't take my eyes off him. The way he moved his hands on the steering. It was as if he was swaying with the music of car. I had been feeling the butterflies on my stomach since in heard his name. He didn't even take a glance at me. Am I not beautiful enough even today.

My thoughts came to halt with the dying engine which indicated we reached school. Unexpectedly Ray opened the door for me leaving me in awe.
