Chapter 42 : The Sneak peek of full power

Recap : In the last chapter we saw how taejin lost brain cells and started mocking system. But system who was ignorant of the reasons behind mocking. Received a memory of him smiling and calling a little girl his sister.

So when system saw what happened, He only saw one man in the whole crowd. He locked on with taejin on his cross hair.

Unexpectedly the way to taejin is blocked, By some people how will our mc get to it. Will it by force or will it be by destruction.

System = masked man = nightmare are all same don't be confused pls.

Story starts here :

Warren pov :

' I don't know what is going on. But are they all stupid, Going to fight the monster who just took care of unconscious Daniel. No matter how important he is, I am pretty sure life is Worth more them taejin'.

Warren train of thoughts gave us some minor information.

Warren also worked in workers the organization is darker then it seems. Drugs, trafficking, r*** rig, Kidnapping. These are their fields of works.

So warren is pretty sure their is also a murder department of it. Cause he doesn't believe such an organization. Will not have a cleaning department.

But currently he feels his IQ begin challenged. He is questioning jake's action. Which pulled the pill genius and fighting genius.

For warren he can understand what the masked man is feeling right now. Its like a helen all over again, But instead of her doing the deed herself.

Here we have a killer, And the way he is mocking. The makes warren sure he many lose screws and some are fallen.

But what can he do now. Wait and pray that jake doesn't get any more stupider.

Vasco pov starts __

'Form what i hear the masked guy is a killer. And that blond guy killed his little sister'.

Pretty simple, The explanation vasco made for himself, But currently he feels conflicted,

The reason begin who to help. 1 is mass killer. Other is a family killer. Vasco doesn't know who to help, But he knows one thing.

The end will not be pretty for anyone, The Allied Hero. He has seen what people in power can do. To him it was in a form of bullying.

But to others it could be a thousand times worse, He knew workers were the bad group. But he didn't wanted to know how bad they were.

Beacuse he was scared, He was scared of what darkest secrets they had, His Sense of justice comes form his past experiences and simple mind.

Expose him to the worker's darkest secrets. He will never see the world same again. But currently he is torn between helping.

An Allied member. So he left it, If things go south, He will help jake.

The mans aura alone shook the whole building. The rage in his words, Made all of their legs shake.

Sameoul, jake, Jerry, they felt despair, No hope of winning. Their legs shook, They are considering this situation way out of their league.

But sameoul can't back down, He knows the importance of taejin. He knows goo also has some some lose screws.

But he feels out of all of them taejin is missing all of them. So sameoul with giving much thought. Chose the worst way to go out.

He attacked, rushed toward the masked man. His fist aimed at his face. Sameoul also wanted his pay back form before.

But he ignored one thing. Masked man form before was playing, But now he is serious.

Sameoul didn't saw what happened. One moment he was the attacker. So how did he end up on the ground. Blood came out of his nose and head.

Sameoul slowly felt succumbing to sleep. He felt what ever happened, Is not good for him.

System stood over him. The rest had their eyes wide open. They saw what happened to sameoul. They saw the most brutal way to knock out someone.

So lets go back a couple of seconds to understand what happened.

Sameoul launched his attack, his fist precisely aimed at masked man face, But what he didn't expect was that masked man countered him.

He moved his head out of the way. Of his attack, while he dodged sameoul felt something painful on top of his foot.

Looking down he sees masked man foot over his own. Just when be was about to attach with an head butt.

Before Sameoul could react, he saw the Masked Man take an boxing stance. He was not given any moment to respond.

he was met with a barrage of hooks from the Masked Man. Each blow aimed at his face, each punch landed with bone-crushing force, sending shockwaves of pain coursing through Sameoul's body.

The sound of the each hook landing was like a gunshot.

but the hooks weren't the only thing needed to worry about, system changed form boxing to gun copy, Using koyoshin karate a straight Punch at his face, sameoul was sent flying backward, his body contorted in agony.

But before he could go flying away. System grabbed him by the hair pulling him back toward him.

just as he began to lose consciousness, The strong grip on his hair, yanked him forcefully back to reality. Due to pain

seizing Sameoul by the hair. System brings him eye to eye. Not giving any warning, and slamming his face mercilessly into the unforgiving ground below.

The sickening crunch of bone echoed through the room as Sameoul's face collided with the hard surface, blood spattering in all directions.

The splattering blood falling on the mask and hands .

tom and jiyoung both were caught off guard by the sudden display of such violence wasn't new for them, but the speed and powere were

Jake could only watch in shock as Sameoul lay crumpled and defeated at masked man feet.

The blood which was splattered on him. Follows the surface of the mask. And falls on the ground.

Getting a proper look at him. The blood on knuckles and mask. Makes him look like a killer. Seeing sameoul not moving.

That is what happened to sameoul. Now back current time.

Jiyoung looking at sameoul spoke with his medical experience

"A cracked and dislocated jaw, Multiple skull fractures. And massive blunt force trama. Worst of all the last face slam. Looking at the condition of ground, The kids face is pretty much fucked, But he might live , but that last sound doesn't seem good".

Jake assumed the worst. But before he can take any action someone moved faster then him.

Sb Ui Daniel took advantage of the turned back of the system. He rushed jumping and using the copy of james lee kick.

But system moved faster then him. While sb UI was in air. System also jumped, Instead of using the james lee copy.

The spinning and bringing his heel down over his head. Which connects. And smashes him in the ground.

Now Jake can't wait any longer Just when he was about to take action, he is grabbed by jiyoung.

Jiyoung held him back. Form committing suicide. And spoke in a clam and rationale tone.

" Instead of fighting him help me get the kid to medical room so i can tend his injuries. The guy is out for blood and won't stop. So instead of increasing his kill count help me get the kids to the medical room. I will tend their injuries".

After saying that jiyoung. Slowly walks towards the exit. With jerry and jake picking up sameoul.

While warren and vasco picked the Sb Daniel.

The people who stood in defense slowly left. Making taejin feel anxious. As jiyoung left. Tom who stood beside him. Turned to follow.

But jiyoung looked at him and told him. "Fuck off, I don't want to be in a room with you. Leave and also you smell".

After hearing that form jiyoung he stayed. Back wanting to watch the show. Now in taejin defense only goo stood.

While he may not look dependable. But he is the most dependable for taejin. He knows if goo fall, He will also die.

Goo seeing what happened to sameoul, Now gets serious. Beacuse he knows how durable is sameoul. And to put him in such a condition within seconds.

That feat can't be performed by many. Goo looks at him dead serious and speaks in a low tone.

"Look what you did to my friend. Do you know how hard it was to convince him. Now you owe me an apology and a promise to be my friend".

System didn't responded. But slowly walked toward him. And spoke a single word in a low tone "MOVE".

Goo hearing this he feels he is Begin underestimated, So using his play ful tone he says "Your So rude. Why don't you let me fix your manners".

Without saying anything else goo rushed him. In a dashing form. Goo who was about to go for an upper cut felt something was really wrong.

Quickly Turing his head to the side. A knee flew by, System used retakewondo baekdu. But goi Dodged it.

Seeing his attack missing. He didn't look surprised as he expected him to dodge. But next second.

He kicks under goo wrists with such accuracy. That goo arm is stopped. Looking at goo hand. We see he has a hammer.

Goo drops the hammer. And puts his other hand under it to grab it. Reacting quickly. System uses the leg which was under goo wrist.

To kick the hammer away. The direction which he kicked it in. Was in taejin. Who dodged it.

He looks resentfully at the guy. Who kicked it in his direction. The hammer is Lodge in the wall behind him.

Now goo is unarmed. But it doesn't lower his threat. Goo seeing his weapon begin kicked away.

He feels annoyed. So he do what he does best. Distract opponent. Taking a step back. He turns and walks away.

Leaving an confused and scared taejin. While walking away he speaks " Not interested on playing with ya any more. While taejin is important but he ain't that much important. So have your fun".

Walking away. He turna back looking at system. He feels his opponent is distracted enough to started the next step.

But turning back he sees him near him. He made distance for a surprise attack and to take his opponent down withing seconds.

But it didn't work like he expected. So attacking hastily. He aims a high kick aimed at his head.

But he stops mid way. As system puts his finger on goo forehead. To perform the one inche punch.

It connects as goo is shocked by the power. He felt his brain shaking. But quickly composing himself.

He for an overhead punch. But is flipped using akido. Mid flip, Goo is kneed in the chest area. By system using retakewondo baekdu.

Goo chest was dented form the blow. But it didn't stopped him. While goo exhaled a huge amount of air trying to get pain under Control.

But as he looks up he sees the guy. Using a copy of gun. Karate. Aiming a fast punch at his face.

But before it could connect. Someone interfere in it. Tom joined the fight, As ge punched him with all his strength. Wanting to incapacitate him fast as possible.

Goo looks at tom with murder full eyes. But tom replies " Tou lacky gave me something prescious which made me help. Other wise i would not even care kf you died".

With his eyes turning to taejin speaking clear words. . Great FUCKING job great going.

The reason why taejin took such a desperate step was beacuse he knew he is not match for the masked guy.

So in desperation he used his final 2 Trump cards. One begin giving goo a sword. While other begin.

He turns to tom and says "Wanna know how garpyoung died, What sent jiyoung on the brink of madness. I can tell you most of it. But promise me you will kill him".

Tom hearing it. Looks taejin dead in eyes and says in a serious tone "Why should i believe you. What proof you have to convince me that your not lying to me".

Hearing it taejin took the final gamble and spoke hastily "I know when the king of Seoul is coming back".

Hearing this tom joined the fight. And goo receiving he weapon looks at tom and the masked man.

Holding a sword his aura changes. The goo which is always playful vanished. In his place a warrior with steel in his hands stood.

Looking at them he spoke in a low tone, "You both better be on guard. Or else i might just take off your head. And especially your old man".

While tome also gets serious. And his aura changes form an old peaceful guy. To a wild beasts.

Looking at goo he speaks "My head, You were almost defeated by a gen 2 brat. What right does it give you".

While they both argued. System heard a ding and a voice was transmitted in his head. "Great job you made your impression in a great way. You have $_@ time. before, I transfer you back to your lookism verse".

As the voice transmission ended. System brain played a memory of the girl once again. This time system promising her she will always be save with him.

And how he will keep watching over here. Even when he will be far.

"I believe in you brother".

As the final words echoed in System's mind, a surge of power erupted from within him, radiating outward like an unstoppable force. The air crackled with energy, and an overwhelming aura enveloped the room, sending shivers down the spines of all who witnessed it.

The final words of the little girl and the time limit did it. Making system use all his strength. To get to taejin as fast as possible.

Which meant the experience of baki is now gonna start to play it part. In the upcoming battle.
