Prologue

This is well pretty simple imagine the DXD Universe. Earth but there being a race Called the speedsters, yeah...

'The speedsters were a feared race, not because of their speed but because of their power to control time, you see in order to understand you have to know the speedster race is a race made up of normal humans but they interacted with the Outer God of speed and made a pact with him every 1000 Years they would give a vessel to him in order so he could explore the universe since well he was to strong and if he went anywhere it would get destroyed because of his power, anyway getting back to the speedster race, after making the pact with the Outer God of speed they held up their end of the deal and so did the Outer god of speed he gave them the connection to a Force the Outer god created [ The speed Force ] he has connected the Speed force with the Humans that he made a pact with, and after that they began to distance them selves from the normal humans, but still were known but not by humans but by The devils, Angels, Fallen angels, Gods and even more but this didn't scare them since all they needed to do is just go back in time and make sure that their opponent is never born, but only Tier 3 Speedsters can do that.

''You see Tier 1 Speedsters are the Common speedsters, Tier 2 Speedsters now these are rare these types of speedsters can run faster then the Speed of Sound, breaking the sound barrier, now we have the Tier 3 speedsters the Rulers of the speedsters race, some are known as Savitar, Godspeed, Zoom, Reverse Flash, Flash. These types of speedsters at their strongest can run as fast as the speed if light and run back in time or forward in time, that is why they are feared by the Races of the DXD Universes except for the Outer gods
