In DC?

What began as an ordinary spring day quickly spiraled into chaos when an unexpected thunderstorm rolled in, baffling even the most seasoned meteorologists. This sudden turn of events marked the beginning of an unpredictable journey for me, an imprudent individual who despite the tempest chose to ponder about salary increment on the fourth-floor balcony. Fate intertwined dramatically as I was struck by multicolored lightning bolts, catapulting me into an alternate reality. In this strange new world, I found myself in the midst of the explosive event at the S.T.A.R. Labs, a scene straight out of the CW's "The Flash" TV series. This unpredictable twist of fate thrust me into a realm where fiction and reality collided, leading to unforeseen adventures and challenges.

Ch - 16 Citizenship?

Another three months went by, during which quite a few things happened.

Most noteworthy was that Eobard, with the help of his contacts in the US government, made Swayam an official US citizen. Thanks to this, Swayam was now free to roam the streets without getting in trouble.

Although he was safe in S.T.A.R. Labs, not being able to freely walk around and sightsee, feeling isolated as if in confinement, started to take its toll on him. Observing this, Caitlin, Cisco, and Harrison decided to let him choose for himself what he wanted to do with his life. They could only provide support, not make decisions for him.

Swayam was extremely happy with their decision. He had been slowly losing his patience and starting to get annoyed with everything and everyone, which the trio noticed. They decided to do something to help him, but their options were limited. Since Swayam was from a completely different reality and an orphan, so he didn't have many connections or emotional attachments to his previous world.

Although his ambition of living a worthwhile life ended when he accidentally got transported to this world, making him somewhat sad and dejected, everyone noticed was that Swayam wasn't the type to lose motivation or stop working hard. They also saw that he was genuinely curious and excited about the prospect of having superpowers and being in another world.

The decision to get Swayam citizenship wasn't spontaneous. They came to that decision after observing him for seven months to confirm his psychological state and ensure he wouldn't flip out and go on a killing spree. Which would be disastrous considering his abilities.

During these three months, they also confirmed that although his physique and genetic material were constantly changing, it wasn't causing any adverse effects on him or those nearby.

Only after thorough deliberation and examination did they give him the go-ahead. They provided him with a small patch of land and a house on the outskirts of the city.

It wasn't because they couldn't give him a house or apartment in the city, but because Swayam chose to have a place outside the city to be away from the prying eyes of Eobard Thawne. Swayam was certain that although Eobard's suspicion of him had decreased drastically, he would still monitor his every movement and activity.

Swayam thought he might be overreacting and being overcautious, but he chose to do so since he had many secrets to hide. Even with his almost invulnerable and superhuman physique, he wasn't completely sure that some unforseen ability wouldn't outright kill him.
