64 His desire
With the end of the minor arc, it is now time for us to settle some minor things and prepare for the next arc.
Consider this and the 1-3 chapters as, intermediary, arcs in the story, as I've said before.
They will give us the background and development necessary for the next bigger arc.
It's just because some people don't read the notes or much, so my hope is for this to reach more people.
Also, I am reaching the end of my Uni period and this means exams... A lot of them.
There is a possibility for me to stop posting chapters for a week.
I just haven't set a time, perhaps next week or the one after.
You know the drill, we did one of these when the previous volumes ended and when my other Uni period came to an end.
I just need some time to sort things out peacefully.
I have already chosen an Alias, it won't come anytime soon for you guys, unfortunately, but it will appear eventually.
Until then, I am open to changes.
This is due to the fact that the situations I ended up writing about were not the proper places to reveal it.
Although, there is a chance of me re-editing one of the P@tr3on chapters and adding it sooner.

'Finn, Gareth, Riveria, Tione, Tiona, Ais, Bete, Lefiya…'
'All of them watched the end of the transmission with pensive expressions.'

"I will try to finish some things since I know Loki will cause trouble when she comes back." Said Finn with a tired smile as he left
"Ha… Okay?" Said Tiona as she got up from the couch
'Lefiya and Tiona also seemed slightly confused.'
"Where are you going, Ais?" Asked Lefiya as she saw the beauty get up
"To the Dungeon, do you want to go with me?" She asked
"Of course!" Said Tiona as she jumped over the couch, running to the door

The fort is rather far from Orario after all.
I went directly to Babel, stopping to do a minor thing along the way… I didn't use my powers that much as my body was still recovering.
And it's good to just walk from time to time... Instead of using the smelly alleys to teleport around the place...
4:30 I left Babel and it's currently 5:48…
"Sigh… Will I have to cook again? I don't want to…" Said Silver as he stopped in front of a closed restaurant
'People walked past him without realizing who he was, and that was due to the cloak he put on when he entered Orario.'

"Hum, there is a closed sign on the door… I can still smell food getting out of the oven though… Are they still making something?" He said as his nose twitched

"Was that supposed to be funny?" She said as she looked at Silver with a serious face
"Haha…" Laughed Silver awkwardly as he looked at the ground
'But he raised his head once again and said:'
"Are you doing well Ryuu?" He asked
"Don't forget the honorifics." She said as she turned around and entered the Hostess
'She had a very thin smile on her face.'
"Ah yes… The mysterious and elegant Elf…" Mumbled Silver as he followed after her

'Once inside the shop, Silver's nose twitched once again as he smelled the fragrant food in the shop.'
"Are you guys going to open?" He asked
"Yes, we had to close 3 hours ago when there was a heavy fight between some adventurers due to their bets…" Said Ryuu as she pointed at a few broken tables stashed in the corner

'Silver sweated as he took a step back, ready to leave.'
'If he stayed…'
"Oi." He heard a heavy voice behind him
'He turned around and noticed Mama Mia looking at him, radiating bloodlust.'
"I know why you are angry, but let me defend myself and say that the actions of these adventurers are in no way whatsoever related to me…"
'But Mama Mia wasn't going to take that.'
"You say that, but didn't you contract that Level 2 adventurer and had him bet on you?" Said Mama Mia as she looked at Silver

"Honestly... Why would I be afraid? I just wanted to spare myself from your teasing..." Said Silver with a small smile as a drop of sweat slowly fell down on his forehead
'After all, the catgirl in front of him was a Level 4 expert assassin…'
'But he still approached the catgirl and whispered:'
"Don't think you can continue to tease me forever." He said as he used his finger to gush out a wave of cold hair on her neck
"IHHH!" She said as she stepped back in a slight shock
"HAhaha…ha…a..." Laughed Silver as he looked to the side
'Ryuu looked as cold as ice while Mia had a thin smile on her face.'
'Syr also appeared from nowhere and had the biggest smile he had ever seen.'
'Lunoire looked at it with a slightly embarrassed face while Anya just seemed interested to see what was going to happen.'

That might've been too much… These aren't you frail girls…
'Silver smiled with his kindest smile, but they weren't buying it.'
"You seem okay MR. Adventurer…" Said Syr with her smile
"Not really okay, my body still aches a little from what happened today." He replied
"Ara is that so?" Said Syr as she approached him
'She checked him out before she cutely pouted and pinched waist.'
"... Ouch?" Said Silver as he did a funny face
At least she did not pinch a wound...
"A small punishment for not visiting us for a week." She said with a beautiful smile
'Silver felt as if there was more to this, but he couldn't figure out what was missing.'
"But with that out of the way…" Said Syr
"Are you okay?" She said in a concerning tone
"That's right Silver eyes, you got pretty beaten up by that hunk, you okay?" Said Chloe in a rare, concerned tone
"Although we can't deny it was somewhat cool." Said Lunoire in a low tone
"Wouldn't it have been easier to just stop? At least you wouldn't have been beaten up like that." Said Anya as she wondered
'Mama Mia continued to clean the cups by the side.'
"I am in pretty good shape, yeah, thank you all for worrying." Said Silver
"How many bones did you break?" Asked Anya
"Anya!" Said Lunoire as she grabbed her mouth
"Good question, I certainly broke over 30 bones if we count even the small ones. Potions are truly a miracle." Said Silver
"Are you sure you are okay?" Asked Ryuu as she looked at him with open eyes
A potion may heal, but there is still the immense pain that comes with it…
"I am perfectly fine, I am used to this sort of physical exhaustion. Potions are more than enough for this sort of thing." Said Silver
"There is a reason why I leveled up so quickly." He joked
"You should take more care of your body. Potions can't heal everything." Said Syr as she grabbed his hand
"Once again. Thank you for the concern, however, there are close to zero chances of me having any long-lasting effects due to this. By tomorrow I will be in full condition to go to the Dungeon." He said as he patted Syr's head, making her blush a little
"What?! You still plan to go to the Dungeon in this state?!" She asked
"Yes?" Said Silver
"Give your body a chance to rest!" She said as she puffed her cheeks
"No worries I am fine, I know my body very well, it might've looked dangerous in the transmission but I am almost 100%." He said
I said this because I don't know how much my stats will rise after today, and I am sure I won't be able to hold myself from going to the Dungeon by then.
'Syr looked at the smiling tallboy and couldn't help but frown a little.'
'He looked at Anya.'
"As for your question, isn't it obvious? Having a chance to fight someone strong is the best way to grow up." He said with a smile
"There are many types of people, and I just am one of those that enjoy…" Said Silver

"And you think your course of action is normal for an adventurer?" Asked Ryuu
"Certainly not but…"
"Can't you be a normal adventurer for a day?" Asked Syr
'But Silver smiled and said:'
"I could, but wouldn't that be boring? And in case, I don't want to be just an adventurer." Said Silver

'The girl went into a state of shock.'
'The man who fought with blood and nails against an enemy an entire Level above him until he got knocked out is saying he doesn't wish to become an adventurer?!'

"Then what do you want Nya?!" Asked Anya
"Do you want to become a Noble or something?" Asked Lunoire

"When even the Upper floors were unmapped territory. When people had to cautiously go inch by inch as an unknown monster could pop out anytime… That's what being an explorer means." Said Silver as he used his power to make a rough 3D hologram of the Dungeon
"I want to see everything the Dungeon has to offer."
'A small red dot appeared at the very top, which was the entrance to the Dungeon.'
I don't really care about the three great quests or whatever.
One-eyed Black Dragon? Fucking Hell, even the last Hero was fucking destroyed, don't even bring that up to me.
Although… I wouldn't refuse to see the beast one day…
'The red dot started to dive deeper into the Dungeon.'
"Beyond the Middle floors, the Lower floors, and deeper than that."
'The red dot finally arrived at an unknown dark area.'

'Chloe, who was about to ask the real questions, was suddenly interrupted as the bells around Orario marked the coming of the night.'
'Silver took his pocket watch and saw that it was indeed 6:00.'
"Enough talking now everybody, we will be opening now." Said Mama Mia on the side
"What a shame, there was SO much I wanted to say. We can leave that for later." Said Silver as he looked at the catgirl

'The catgirl looked at him with sad eyes, as if she was about to cry.'
"Good work everyone, until next time Mia." Said Silver as he turned around and…
"Where do you think you are going? You came here to eat, you think you can come and go as you wish in this place?" Said Mia said with a serious face
"... Sigh… Alright, give me something light today… And no drinks, I don't want to drink right now." Said Silver as he sat near the bar
"Tch!" She said as she turned around to pick a drink
'The other waiters shrugged their shoulders and got ready to receive the clients…'

This chapter was just that, nothing big happened anyway.
Apart from the slightly awkward end, I think it was pretty solid.
Next few chapters will be like that as I said.
