Chapter 1: In a new world

Nothing that was the only thing I saw in God knows how many years?,decades? or perhaps even centuries. It was driving me insane or maybe I am already insane, who knows?

It was complete silence darkness or was it that I couldn't feel anything. Drifting into the void I once again for the 1000th time thought back to my previous life. I was a professor at a reputable university. I didn't have much ambition or even a family I worked, ate, slept and repeat I didn't have much of a life now that I think about it. The only thing that remotely kept me entertained was the animes, comics, novels etc that kept my time entertained when I was free from my schedules.

It was just a normal day heading off to college to teach those youngsters. I was 36 by the way and single as well. It's not like I had much interaction with others except for my fellow staff members even then the conversation was kept at the bare minimum. Anyways as I was going to class I heard a loud bang when I turned in the direction of that noise I saw a piano yes a literal piano crash into me from above. Only one thing was in my brain as I died... 'How the heck did that even happen?'

And so I died and am 'in' the void since then leisurely existing? I guess. As I was finishing my internal monologue I felt a pull on me.

'Wait a pull? from when did I start to feel stuff again?' I thought to myself and let the force pull me.... what? It's not like I could resist! anyway.

And as i was being pulled my other senses came back to me. First I felt that I had a body again. Then I felt the touch of grass in my skin after that I heard chirping of birds and insects and finally I opened my eyes only to be blinded by the bright rays from the sun.

Honestly, It felt good to have my senses back specially my sense of sight and hearing it made feel alive again. The body I was in was young very young though it felt natural to move around. After exercising a bit I moved around to observe my surroundings. That is the survival skill 101 I know from my days as a boy scout. Find a source of water, shelter and then food.

As I was walking in the forest I heard a faint sound of stream in the distance. I quickly ran towards the direction of the flowing water I saw a stream connected to a pond.

After freshening myself at the stream. I walked towards the direction of the pond and gazed at the reflection in the stagnant water of the pond.

The image reflected on the pond was of a young boy, he had silver hair and similar coloured eyes, he had a decent height, had thin body but they had muscles of someone who worked in the fields. Although he looked cute now he knew this face would be an absolute lady killer in the future.

"Not bad... Not bad at all." I said to myself. and I walked towards the direction of the cliff to watch the scenario from there as I reached there and looked at the mesmerizing but familiar scene. "Wait that huge skull isn't that.. and the village below that layout wait then that means !" It all made sense now the familiar scene I remembered it from a manga I used to read... "I am in the world of black clover ain't I?" was the thing in my mind as I continued to watch the scene although this time my brain was busy in thinking 'what would I do now?' from this new found information.

I am in the world of magic and devils not only that, I am in the clover kingdom which was confirmed by the giant skull in the horizon. I am also quite close to the Hage village I believe it was called. For now I need to go their to check which timeline I am in now.

'Let's get moving' I thought to myself and headed towards the village of the protagonist of this series of which I am a part of now.
