*Tink*
After opening two bottles of wine, they touched bottles to cheer for the game. Now, Madara had no experience when coming to drinking. Was he going to create a portal in his mouth, so the wine would end up outside?
If Madara wanted one thing, it was a challenge. He didn't care what form he came in unless it had something to do with...
Drinking the first bottle, Madara felt nothing, and Vanessa looked fine herself. In a few seconds, four bottles were gone. Madara saw Vanessa's cheeks turning pink.
'This woman drinks so much and gets tipsy from two bottles?' Madara thought, seeing the somewhat drowsy look on her face.
Again, Madara and Vanessa drunk another bottle. Madara didn't know why it wasn't working for him. Did he have high alcohol tolerance?
Seeing Vanessa's completely pink cheeks, he looked at the bottle if something was wrong. Why wasn't he feeling anything? It tasted like grapes to him.
'Why does he look unfazed? We drunk the same amount, so why does he not seem drunk? Don't tell... No! What am I thinking?' Vanessa thought the alcohol was getting to her.
"Don't think... you'll win... I'm completely fine..." Vanessa said sluggishly. It was clear as day she was drunk. She was wobbly sitting down.
Bottle after bottle, Vanessa seemed to be at her limit while Madara was getting irritated. He was a rookie when it came to alcohol, and yet, he wasn't feeling a thing.
"So Madara, why did you decide to join the Black Bulls'?" Vanessa said, slowly why burping in between words.
"People said that this is the worst Magic Knight squad and I agree with them, but in our own way we are the best," Madara said.
"The reason? I felt it was the best route to go because the Black Bulls are always in trouble. When there's trouble, there are enemies. I wanted to fight strong enemies, and become the strongest. That is my way of being free." Madara said, making Vanessa's eyes widen for a moment.
"Free, huh? For some time I couldn't be free." Vanessa said, as her expression saddened thinking about the past.
"What do you mean? Were you in jail?" Madara asked, already knowing the answer. If he wanted Vanessa to be his, he had to have her open up to him.
"Ahh, never mind. It's nothing important." Vanessa said, trying to change the subject.
"Vanessa, we are friends, comrades, right? I need to know your past if we're going to have a future together?" Madara said, sounding genuine. From his usual cold and arrogant attitude, this was a drastic change.
"Do you believe in fate?" Vanessa said, looking into Madaras' black eyes.
"Fate can kiss my ass. Why would I follow a life someone else made for me, instead of being free?" Madara said, making Vanessa smile.
"A while ago, my mother trapped me inside of a cage. I showed her my thread magic and she told me it was my fate to stay and evolve my magic to serve her. But ever since Yami invaded the Witches Forest, I have been living a free life, doing whatever I want. That why I asked you." Vanessa said, getting kind of emotional about her past.
"If we see her, I'll make sure to give her a nice punch for the wasted years of your life," Madara said, making Vanessa smile. Madara smiles back because he enjoyed seeing her smile.
"How are you not drunk, yet? You didn't put something in my drink, did you?" Vanessa asked, looking at Madara suspiciously.
They stared at each other for a few moments, then they started laughing. After the laugh, it hit him. All at once, the four bottles of wine he drunk hit him at once.
His vision got blurry, and he felt he was going to fall any moment. Madara took a deep breath, closed his eyes, then opened them.
"You ok?" Vanessa asked, holding back her laughter.
"I'm completely and absolutely fine," Madara said as he grabbed another bottle. Vanessa did the same and they drunk another bottle.
They were laughing and talking opening up about their past. Madara told Vanessa that he killed his teacher and she consoled him because he was the other real family he had.
It was his real family, but he saw him as his grandfather. Vanessa understood why he did it and didn't judge him for it.
Drinking bottle after bottle, they bonded and lit a small flame between them. Seeing her laugh and seeing him smile, they both felt a warm feeling inside.
After about three hours, Vanessa was feeling sleepy. The bottles were empty, their faces were flushed, and they talking very slow.
"Don't tell me you're going to sleep already. I hope you're ready for my favor." Madara said, making Vanessa scoff.
"Like who is going sleep. I feel very... I mean very energetic." Vanessa said, as she got up and walked wobbly over to Madara.
Because she was drunk, she ended up falling on top of him. Their faces were only a few inches away as they stared deeply into the there eyes.
"My bad, I floor grabbed the ankle," Vanessa said, as she was getting off of Madara. Before she could walk away, Madara grabbed her hand, stopping her from moving.
'Is it just me or is are our hands touching blurred out?'
Vanessa's eyes widened seeing the look in Madaras' eyes. It wasn't lust or desire, it was warmth and acceptance.
Madara then pulled her back over to him. She then fell on top of him. His warmth, his smell, and the surprisingly soft muscles were oddly comfortable.
Feeling his arm warped around her, made her feel safe. She felt like she could stay there forever. Eventually, she fell asleep.
"You lost..." Madara said, weakly after feeling his eyelids get heavy. Sleep was something not to mess around with.
Not long after, Madara feeling asleep with Vanessa laying on his chest, and his arm around her.
I bet you wonder, where's the lemon scene, right? Well, when they touched hands. That was the lemon scene. Happy Valentine's day.
