110 Revenge is a dish best served cold

Will woke up. Sandra was beside him deep asleep.

Without waking her up, Will went about with his morning routine which includes: bathing, brushing his teeth, setting up his spawn point inside his secret room underground, gathering crops and planting seeds again for food, and if he wanted to make new Golems.

He had no idea what Sandra was going through yesterday.

Right now Will was focusing on building new types of Golems, starting with a giant Golem spider. Will continued to make tweaks to the giant Golem and continued adding improvements.

But he could not help but think about Sandra in the meantime.

'What was Sandra going on about yesterday? I've never seen her act like that. Well, I wanted to wake her but it seemed that she needed her rest.'

As Will was lost in his thoughts.

"Hey!" A voice of a man called out to Will from behind.

"AH!"

Will was startled that he jumped and flung his arm to the source of the voice. Will still had his apex dragon scale armor on, meaning that he still has the strength of an apex dragon.

The man raised his arm and blocked Will's arm

*BOOM*

Will's punch created a loud explosive noise upon impact, and the man's clothes and hair flew violently in the same direction.

Will saw that he had unsuccessfully hit the Great Sage who just appeared out of nowhere.

"Huh." The Great Sage flicked his arm a bit where Will had hit him. "Thou… you don't look like it but you're strong, like very strong, I can't imagine that the bracelet I gave you would give you this much strength, must be something else."

The Great Sage checked his arm, it looked skinny and frail but there was no damage.

"What are you doing here?" Will asked.

He knew what he meant, the Great Sage was referring to his 'apex dragon strength' that his armor gives him, the thing was Will still isn't wearing the bracelet that gives him strength because he forgot to wear it.

'Wait, I still don't know how to control my strength yet, and yet I just hit him and I could only hurt him that much?' Will thought as he looked at the Great Sage's HP. Suddenly the title of the 'strongest hero' did not seem too far-fetched.

Yesterday he lightly stomped his foot on the ground and it created a huge crack on the ground, and yet when he flung his arm at him it only managed to deal 9 damage to him.

'And now thanks to his regenerative hero ability he is back at full health. Sure, that might as well happen' Will felt useless, as if he was still a level 1 character fighting against the final boss.

And this is a hero who is way past his prime, and is still somehow stronger than any other living hero.

"Hello?" Great Sage waved his hand at Will. "I've been talking to you for the past 2 minutes."

"Wha?" Will got back from his daze.

"Better. I came here to tell you to get rid of the rain you cast on the kingdom. I want my corn soup."

"Corn? Can't you get rid of it with your magic?"

Will honestly thought that the Great Sage would be able to blow away some clouds with the flick of his hand. He did not think of that till after he made it rain in the kingdom.

"I tried and can't. If I could I wouldn't have given you that bracelet as a gift and an apology. *Yawn*." The Great Sage stretched out his limbs as he had just awoken from his sleep not too long ago.

"Fine. I'll do it sometime today." Will said.

Truth to be told, with his new armor set, his Golems, his weapons, everything he has built he thought that perhaps he could stand a chance against the Great Sage, but now he wasn't sure he could match him at all.

His confidence was shattered when the Great Sage blocked his attack like it was nothing.

Will may not like the kingdom at the moment, but he did not want the Great Sage as an enemy.

"That's good to hear, but the sooner the better. Nice giant spider statue."

And just like that the Great Sage teleported away.

'Wait, I'm in the middle of nowhere building my Golems, how the hell did he find me?' Will asked.

It was easy. The Great Sage teleported to the Sun kingdom, realized Will wasn't there, flew around and found Will by chance.

And truth to his word Will got rid of the rainstorm that he brought on the kingdom.

He did not want the Great Sage on his bad side, not till Will grows stronger.

The Great Sage smiled. Had Will not complied after asking him a second time, he was going to use force. The Great Sage only cares about one thing right now, his favorite food, and Will was getting in the way of it.

The people of the Reyes kingdom finally smiled upon seeing the sun for the first time in what felt like years to them.

It would take some time before the Reyes kingdom could recover from the heavy rain.

Meanwhile…

Will continued to make new types of Golems. Behind him were 9 nearly identical giant spider Golems.

The 'spider' Golems did not look like spiders anymore, it looked like a mutated entity from a lovecraftian horror story.

It was still 2 meters tall and with 10 long, sharp legs. It had large mouths on the front to bite off anything it comes in contact with.

Its legs were connected to its body that could retract. The body had a sharp pointy shape from the behind which works as a drill, perfect for mining and exploring underground.

The body had another function other than drilling, on the inside of its body had metal long but thin metal pipes which looked like noodles. Why would Will ever want to have this inside a spider? Because the metal pipes in the spider worked a lot like the long scorpion tails that attacked him not too long ago.

The pipes inside the spider's body exited from a hole on the spider's backside that it could open and close whenever it wants. It could move and extend and retract at any time it wants. Its tail extended as far as 15 meters long, is 5 centimeters round in diameter, which is the max length Will could fit in the spider without it hindering its movements.

Calling it a tail did not seem to fit well with Will because it wasn't a tail, despite Will stealing the idea from a scorpion tail. So instead he called it 'spider spears' which was the best he could come up with.

Of course the tip of the spider's spears were different, Will liked variety. Some of the spider spears had scissor blades meant for cutting and maybe stabbing, others had a simple pointy end, another had 4 but smaller pointed ends, and one had a flat end meant for crushing.

Each end of the spear could spin at an extremely fast rate like a drill.

Every spider Golem was fully enchanted.

"I think I'm done with the spider Golems, as well as the other new types of Golems, do you agree?" Will looked at his normal mid-tier Golem beside him.

The other spiders also had mid-tier Golem cores inside their bodies, every core in each Golem, not just the spiders, was placed in different parts of its bodies. Some cores were in their heads, butt, heart, sometimes even in the limbs.

Will wanted to use low-tier Golem cores on the spiders to save up, but the more complicated the Golem the harder it was for low-tier Golems to use their bodies' potential.

"I agree. I cannot think of other upgrades to add or mistakes to fix for the time being." The Golem responded.

"Good. Send the spider Golems to the kingdom and have them explore underground to find that scorpion."

"Will do, master. What about the other Golems?"

There are two different types of Golems that were nearly complete, but one Golem was not even 1/10 complete.

One type of Golem was basically a giant metal ball 15 meters in diameter. It had 8 giant holes that are half a meter in diameter, 6 of the 8 holes were around its body, the other two holes were on the bottom and on top of the balls.

Six of the holes had identical legs that sprout out of them for movement as well as to attack, when it stands with its legs it's height increases from 15 meters to 18 meters. The other two holes were still a work in progress.

This type of 'Golem' Will calls it 'the incredible Golem' because Will basically got the idea from the robot from the first 'Incredible movie' which is called 'omnidroid.'

And there are currently 13 of these Golems despite it being unfinished, all nearly identical. Will liked to compare each of them for every time he makes new changes to test and then compare their efficiency and whatnot. After he finds the perfect model he will replace the other copies with the same model.

Will thought of this for the sole purpose to kill and crush small monsters such as ogres, goblins, or if it was necessary humans, heroes, and elves.

If heroes were to face and die from facing the 'incredible Golems' Will thought it would be ironic since the omnidroid from the Incredibles movie are created to kill heroes.

And besides, Will had grown to like their design despite still being a work in progress.

They can move really fast from rolling around on flat grounds making them his fastest Golems. They could tear down trees through a forest and their movements would only be hindered by a bit.

Will planned to add something to their legs like in the movie, as well as other things such as weapons.

The other type of unfinished Golem is really just different types of land vehicles such as large trucks with machine guns everywhere, as well as extremely long metal hands to grab stuff. Will planned to use these Golems along with the incredible Golems to collect monster corpses and bring them back to the Sun kingdom because he was too lazy to do it himself.

There are currently 6 of these Golems.

They are unfinished because Will can't decide what design he likes best and he is stuck between making a ton of changes to this type of Golem.

Will wanted to make some type of transformer Golem which sounded cool as soon as he thought of it, but their design is really complicated for him, not to mention actually having to use them for combat. So he was stuck with using normal vehicle Golems for the time being, which he didn't hate.

It would take some time before that happened unfortunately.

The last unfinished Golem was more special. But Will has barely begun making its feet.

"Master, two people are approaching the Sun kingdom. A man and a woman." The Golem said.

Thanks to the watchtowers Will placed around the Sun kingdom the Golems can see in advance who is approaching the kingdom.

"Recognize them?" Will thought it might be his elf friends, Grace and Arbor.

Lately they've had people from other parts of the world come to live in his kingdom, many who arrived at first found it hard to believe such a wonderful place exists that did not require them to pay taxes to live. Will accepted them as long as they weren't elves in disguise or criminals.

"I don't. The man has a very punchable face, and the other girl seems weak. Both appear to be hungry and tired."

"How do you know they're hungry and tired?" Will asked, confused.

'Punchable face? Where have I seen a face like that?' Will thought.

"Because the man with the punchable face is complaining about not having eaten or slept in a bed in days, as well as planning to sell my body for money, and now he's tapping my face… and he's a hero."

"A hero? Wait, and has a punchable face?" Will was a bit surprised to hear that. The only other hero that fits that description is Josh.

Victoria's face was also VERY punchable for Will but she wasn't a man.

Will remembers Josh vaguely. When he first saw him he had Amelia in a slave collar, also had a sorceress by his side, as well as another girl that he doesn't really remember.

According to what Sandra has told him, Josh has the strongest and most powerful offensive ability anyone has ever seen, apart from the Great Sage. His ability involves shooting explosive types of fireballs.

Will did not like this at all. Was he here for Amelia? If so he couldn't let that happen.

"I'm going back. How long till he arrives at the Sun kingdom?"

"Hard to say, Master. He is currently touching my face for some reason."

Will teleported back to the Sun kingdom. Will ran towards Amelia's house.

*Knock* *Knock* Will knocked on the door. He might be the king, but entering someone's house uninvited is never right.

"Who is it?" A woman's voice called out from inside the house.

"It's me. The king."

The door opened revealing Amelia's adopted mother.

"Welcome, king." She smiled as she was holding her baby.

Will had to admit that he liked being called a king.

"Is Amelia here?" Will wanted to be sure she was here.

If he were in Amelia's place, revenge would be the first thing on his mind if he were to see Josh. He knows because he has a deep grudge against Victoria and he would probably do the same thing to her that Amelia had in mind for Josh.

Will did not mind Amelia killing Josh, but Amelia is an apex dragon, and if she transforms in the middle of his kingdom he would have to detain her using his cursed chains.

"She left the kingdom about twenty minutes ago, along with her father, her sister, and the queen."

"Queen? Wait, why would they leave the kingdom?" Will asked. By queen she meant Sandra. And Sandra has developed a bond with Amelia, and currently she was trying to understand what she was talking about with the red dragon that Will killed.

"Amelia wants to fly around as a dragon. I don't blame her. Poor thing has been trapped in her human form for a long time, so it's nice to see her be free once in a while. I couldn't go with them because my baby is sleeping."

She opened the door a bit more, on a crib that Will made was a little baby soundly asleep and covered in a thin sheet.

"Where did they go?"

"I… I don't know. It's different every time. Is everything alright, my king?"

"No. I just wanted to know where Sandra was. Sorry." Will left by lying to her so as to not worry her.

According to what he knew, Josh was able to take down Amelia while in her dragon form with ease, meaning that he is powerful. So if Amelia and Josh were to fight Josh would come out victorious. And Sandra is not even powerful enough to solo a dragon on the third layer.

Will ran up to one of his Golems.

"Golem, I want you to send out all of the Golems and have them search for Sandra and Amelia."

"But, Master, aside from the spider Golems the rest are still unfinished."

"I know. Doesn't matter. Have them split up to cover more ground. Where is the hero that was annoying you, is he still there with you?"

"No, he left a few minutes ago after getting bored."

"Damn. I'm taking the chair, keep me updated."

Will lost his ability to fly since wearing his new apex dragon scale armor. As a substitute, he has a chair sitting on his kingdom that was comfy to sit in made of wool.

The neat part was that on top of the head rest there was a metal head, it was a mid-tier Golem head, that way Will could talk to his Golem while flying in his chair.

Will has tried many ways to communicate with his Golem while moving elsewhere. Because the last time 2 dragons attacked his kingdom and Will had no idea because no one had any way to communicate with him quickly. Sandra did message him, but it was already too late as the dragons had died.

If by the next time something bigger and stronger was to threaten his kingdom, Will wanted to be there and be prepared.

Using the {builder's gloves} Will's chair levitated with him and Will flew away.

"Golem, in which direction is Josh at?" Will asked.

"South, master. Why do you ask?"

"Finding Amelia and Sandra is too tricky but I don't have to find them, I just need to find Josh before they do, it's the sure way to find them and prevent Amelia and Josh from meeting. Also have all the Golems scour the area where you last saw Josh at."

"Huh, smart, master." Golem said.

"I just hope it's not too late." Will said to himself.

'Wait, I almost forgot that I can message Sandra as well.'

Meanwhile…

Sandra was looking at the dragon, Amelia, flying around and just enjoying being a dragon. Beside her was Kat and Kat's father.

"Is everything alright, my queen?" Kat's father said.

"Yes, everything is good." Sandra could not tell them about her 'existential crises' last night.

*Crash*

Amelia landed which shook the ground. She seemed a bit disturbed by something, facing towards a single direction.

"Amelia, you okay?" Kat said, loudly.

Sandra noticed a bright light coming from her pocket. Will had sent her a message.

{Sandra, Josh is nearby, bring Amelia back to the kingdom before she notices him.}

"Amelia!"

Kat shouted as Amelia flew far away.

"Ah, shit." Sandra couldn't help but curse.

"You two, back to the kingdom! I'll bring Amelia back." Sandra began running.

"But-"

"Trust me, just go!" Sandra began chasing after Amelia with great speed.

The pair were worried about Amelia. Why would she suddenly fly away?

The pair wanted to chase after Amelia despite Sandra's orders, but they were two ordinary people, they could never catch up to a dragon flying. Even Sandra could barely catch up with her speed of a hero.

Sandra began messaging Will while running and anxiously chasing after Amelia, which made her writing really messy.

Will carefully read the message. He could barely understand it, but he knew what she meant.

"Crap, too late!"

Meanwhile…

Josh was walking slowly towards the kingdom. Behind him was Felicia basically dragging her feet.

She told him that it would take 4 days, but without even resting Josh was able to make it in 3 days. She was tired, hungry, and dirty.

Josh wasn't as tired thanks to his second hero ability that lets him have more stamina compared to other heroes.

But, in his mind he keeps thinking 'once I reach the Sun kingdom I can rest, feast, women, treasure, pleasure…'

Josh also wondered how in the world a hero was able to build a kingdom and have so much wonderful stuff with people who love him, while he was out here living like a homeless criminal where people leave him.

'Why did Naveah leave me? What have I done wrong?' Josh asked. If they had Naveah it would've been easier.

He could've asked her to fly to the Sun kingdom and have them provide aid to him.

"I… I can't go on." Felicia fell to the ground on her stomach. Despite being so close, she really couldn't muster any strength to go on.

"Okay." Josh honestly could not care for her right now. He just wanted to eat and drink something.

After a while, Josh looked back, he couldn't even see Felicia anymore.

"Useless till the end." If Josh had a choice, he would have chosen Naveah over Felicia.

*ROAR*

Josh turned to the noise.

He saw a large apex dragon, its mouth already open as it spewed fire at him.

"NO! I'M SO CLOSE!" Josh could not believe his luck. What are the chances a dragon was this close to the sun kingdom?

He failed to notice that the dragon looked awfully familiar. It was obviously Amelia, or as he liked to call her, Maid.

With the sudden surge to adrenaline, Josh ran as fast as the time he saw that mountain dragon.

"AAAAHHH!" The fire reached Josh, partially burning him from his back. His clothes were fusing with his back from the fire.

The back of his hair was also scorched.

"Fireba-... oh, fuck it, what's the point."

Josh spammed fireballs at the dragon as he was very angry. This time Amelia predicted his attack and flew high to dodge his attacks.

"AAAAAHHHH!!!" Josh continued to scream like a maniac as he spammed multiple fireballs at the dragon, none of which were hitting it.

Amelia continued to fly and evade his attacks. She knew better than anyone how powerful his attacks were.

Unlike before, she was prepared, and Josh was tired.

Her plan was to initially kill him immediately, but since it didn't work she waited for him to get tired.

"FELICIA! HELP ME!" Josh yelled at the young woman who was on the ground. She couldn't even hear or see what was happening, she was just too weak at the moment.

"FINE! I'LL DO IT MYSELF!"

Josh gathered all his strength into this one shot. The fireball in his hand grew larger.

"HYAAAA!!!" Josh released his more powerful fireball, it not only bigger and stronger but was also faster.

Amelia saw the large fireball headed towards her, she just didn't expect it to come at her so fast.

She did evade the fireball hitting her in a lethal place, but part of her left wing got injured by the fireball.

With one of her wings injured she found it incredibly hard to properly control her ability to fly.

"Good." Josh smiled. The fireball was too much for him that he didn't feel confident in using it again for the time being, not to mention he was already weak and tired.

As he was getting to charge his fireball again, someone interrupted him.

"LEAVE HER ALONE!"

Josh heard a woman scream, then he felt someone punch him on the cheek so hard that he flew back several feet.

"OW! WHAT THE-" Josh turned to who had punched him. It was Sandra.

"Wait, Sandra?"

"Josh, what the hell are you doing here?" Sandra asked, angrily.

Josh noticed smoke coming out of her body and covering the area around them.

"Dude, did you not notice the freaking dragon attacking me?" Josh pointed to the sky.

Amelia was falling, but she did her best to fly with one wing so as to not fall to her death.

"I know and I don't care. Just leave and never come back."

"But why, aren't we friends?"

"Josh, we were never friends. At best we were only classmates."

"Dude… whatever, I'm killing that dragon first." Josh hates it when others hurt him for no reason.

As he began to walk towards where Amelia was going to land, Sandra stood in front of him.

"Don't. Go. Near. Her."

"Her? Now that I think about it, you punched me pretty hard. Was it because of… her? And what's with this smoke?" Josh massaged his cheek and pointed to the dragon.

Sandra stared at him, not moving from her spot. The area was getting covered in smoke by the second, Josh could barely even see her despite being a few inches from her.

The smoke was harmless.

Josh tried to walk around Sandra, but Sandra pushed him back.

"What is the matter with you?" Josh really had no idea why Sandra was protecting the dragon.

Sandra pointed with her hand, and said, "Don't come near the Sun kingdom, don't come near the dragon, and just go."

"Hahahaha, or what, you're gonna smoke me?" Josh couldn't help but chuckle. He had a stronger ability than her, and she could only produce smoke.

Suddenly, Sandra cupped her hands and the smoke around her completely covered the area. Josh couldn't even see his hands even if they were in front of him.

"Okay, that's annoying."

Josh ran hoping to exit the range of her smoke. No matter how far he ran, there appeared to be smoke everywhere.

Josh jumped up high, but no matter how high he jumped there still still smoke impeding his vision.

"What the fuck! How much smoke is there?" Josh couldn't even hear her.

Desperate, he ran not knowing which way he was going. No matter where he went, there was always smoke.

He tried to get rid of the smoke by waving his hands frantically to blow it away, but it did not work.

"What the. What the fuck!" Josh began getting scared. He just couldn't believe that her smoke could cover such a large area.

What was worse is that he couldn't even hear her. Could she perhaps see through her own smoke?

Then, after what felt like forever he heard some faint noises and voices as well.

"SANDRA! WHAT THE FUCK! I KNOW YOU'RE THERE! I'LL KILL YOU WHEN I FIND YOU!"

"Shut the fuck up."

Josh heard the voice of a man.

*BOOM*

Next thing he knew, an extremely powerful punch hit him right in the stomach. He couldn't help but spit out blood.

Josh fell to the ground, gasping for air.

Next thing he knew the smoke suddenly disappeared. He saw Will in his apex dragon armor, some weird looking statues, Sandra carrying Felicia, but what was most surprising that he still couldn't process was Amelia/Maid in front of him alive.

The back side of Felicia was a burn mark.

Will took a cursed bullet from his inventory, placed it on his gun, and…

*BANG*

"A…a…" Josh couldn't even scream due to the lack of air leaving his lungs.

Will shot him in the knee. The cursed bullet had fatigue, and weakness curse enchantments. Adding three curses was too expensive for Will to use on a bullet, two was more than enough.

"I did not know your ability could be used like that, Sandra." Will commented on her skill.

"Thank you. It turns out it wasn't as useless as I thought it would be."

Sandra could not only produce an infinite amount of smoke, but she could freely control it.

Using all the smoke she produced while she was stalling for time by distracting Josh, she basically made sure to always surround Josh's head with smoke, making him believe that there was smoke everywhere no matter where he ran.

She could not see through the smoke, so she found it dumb for her to also cover herself in smoke along with her enemy. And so in thinking up a new way to utilize her ability better it allowed her to see Josh run around and screaming like an idiot covered in smoke.

While Josh was still running around like a maniac, Will found them and so did his Golems, and by chance he also found Felicia lying on the ground.

Sandra was shocked to see these new types of Golems. But Amelia was still angry. She returned to her human form now that Josh wasn't a threat anymore, not with Will and Sandra by her side.

"M… Maid." Josh stretched his arm towards Amelia. Once she heard his voice she was angry.

"I AM NOT MAID! I AM AMELIA!" Amelia began kicking him in the face over and over again.

Josh, who was cursed with fatigue and weakness, could not even protect himself.

Amelia could transform into a dragon to kill him, but she wanted him to suffer.

"Wait, Amelia." Will said.

Will then grabbed some iron from his inventory, and crafted a small iron bat and handed it to Amelia.

"Go nuts."

"Thank you."

Will could tell that her puny kicks barely hurt Josh. If anything Will suspected that he might enjoy it.

Amelia proceeded to beat the living shit out of Josh.

"AAH! STOP! WHYYYYY!" Josh did not understand, he pleaded but she wouldn't listen.

Wasn't Maid supposed to be in love with him? Shouldn't this be a happy reunion when he thought she was dead? Weren't most of the female side characters he meets in his life supposed to be in love with him?

Sandra knew the crap Josh had put her through. If she was Amelia, enslaved against her will, robbed of her freedom, frankly she wouldn't know how to feel or think about that.

Amelia did not stop until her hands could no longer hold the metal bat.

Josh's face would be extremely bruised if not for his healing ability. On the ground in front of him was a large blood stain, and also several teeth, more than a human should have. Whenever Amelia knocked out Josh's teeth new ones came out, then she would knock those out, and repeat.

Sandra did not enjoy watching the violent beating even if Josh deserves it. She took Felicia back to the kingdom to care for her while on top of the truck Golem.

Amelia sat down. She was tired, and her arms were numb.

"Are you okay?" Will asked Amelia.

Amelia nodded slowly.

"Wh… y…?" Josh asked, weakly. Amelia ignored him.

As he laid there, nothing made sense to him.

Why would someone he loved(?) beat him up? Why did Naveah leave him? Why was Felicia not there with him? Why was he getting this treatment?

Was he not, perhaps, the main character of this story?

"Will… Why?" Josh looked at Will. He faintly recognizes him from school.

"Why what?" Will asked.

"Why… am I not you? How are… with Maid? Why are you a king and not me? Why am I here, on the ground, and not you?"

Josh, had made a realization, Will is living the life he always wanted.

While he was being beat up, Josh tried to recall a time that would suddenly give him the sudden surge of power he needs to save himself.

Nothing came to mind.

When he thinks of his family, his parents, he barely remembers them. He was always holed up in his room watching anime, or ordering cute loli figurines online, or playing mobile games and spending money on unlocking cute female anime characters. He didn't recall the last time he spent quality time with his parents.

The last time he saw his parents, before being transported to this world, he said "I HATE YOU!" because they wouldn't buy him a very expensive One Piece figurine that was between 2k-2.5k dollars USD.

The last thing his mom said to him was, "I love you." as he shut the door on her face.

He tried to recall his friends, but what friends? Anyone he considered a friend left him, but in reality he chased them away.

"TELL ME WHY! WHYYYYYYYY!" Josh began to cry and wail. Tears and snot were running like a river.

Amelia looked at him, thinking, 'pathetic.'

She tugged Will's arm and whispered in his ear. 'You can kill him.' Her English was getting better by the day.

Amelia is tired. And she really ENJOYED hitting Josh with a baseball bat, which was dented and covered in blood and skin tissue. Besides, she thought Will wanted to kill him too, and so she let him have the chance to kill him.

Will looked at Josh. He did not enjoy killing and much less torturing others. But, he knew for certain that if he let go of Josh, he would have another problem that he did not want. It's what Will would do.

The time those villagers tried to kidnap Adaline(chapter 24) he had a choice to make, kill or be killed, like his late friend Alex once told him. And he did not regret his choice at the time.

Josh now hates Sandra to his core, and possibly still wants to enslave Amelia. He does have a powerful ability, an ability Will did not want to be pointed at to his loved ones or his kingdom.

Will walked over to Josh with his gun on hand. Standing over top of Josh, his shadow covering him, Josh continued to yell at Will.

"WHY? WHAT DOG SHIT LUCK DID YOU DO TO HAVE THIS LIFE THAT I WANT? WHY AM I NOT YOU?! WHY AREN'T YOU THE ONE LYING ON THE GROUND? TELL ME WHY? WHY?! WHY AM I NOT YOU? WHY AM I NOT THE MAIN CHARACTER?!"

Will pointed the gun at Josh, which finally managed to shut him up. Josh stared at the gun barrel with his eyes wide open.

The answer Josh was looking for was quite obvious, and Will had the answer.

"It was never meant to be."
