"If you wish to become the owner of the workshop, you must allow me to test your worthiness," said Rosetta.
Upon hearing this, I raised my eyebrows in surprise, even though I knew what the test would entail. However, I was taken aback by her blunt way of asking me to guess the color of her panties without moving from my spot.
"Guess the color of your panties?" I repeated, with a straight face. "That's simple - they're transparent."
"Yessir! I recognize you as a compatible person. Henceforth, Gynoid Number Twenty-Seven, designation 'High Rosetta' shall be assigned to you. May we work together forever, sir yes sir!" said Rosetta, saluting me smartly. She then led me towards a giant cube.
As we walked, Rosetta turned back and asked me with a slight smile, "By the way sir, do you prefer large or small chests?"
"Bigger, though small ones are also good. I prefer them bigger," I answered honestly, receiving a giggle from Rosetta in return.
Entering the cube, I was taken aback by its size. "It's really big," I exclaimed. The interior seemed to be more spacious than it appeared from outside, as if the space had been magically expanded.
Rosetta introduced me to the workshop and demonstrated how she could duplicate and modify the spear, which was the only item I could give her for demonstration. After completing the tour, I was about to leave and bring Lexi here for a visit, but I remembered something and turned towards Rosetta.
"Rosetta, are you sure you didn't forget anything?" I asked.
"No sir- no wait a minute, I forgot something. Sir, please come down here," Rosetta said, motioning for me to lean towards her.
I leaned down, knowing what she wanted, and just as I did, Rosetta kissed me on the lips. I opened my mouth, and she used her little tongue to take a sample of my saliva for genetic registration.
After the kiss, Rosetta gave me another snappy salute and said, "Genetic registration complete! I was simply storing your genes, master sir! Now it's official! The ownership of the workshop and my delightful self has transferred to you, Alexander Crown, sir yes sir!"

After dealing with Rosetta, Alex created a gate leading to the entrance of the ruins. Erica and Lexi greeted him and quickly gave him a hug after seeing that he was fine.
Afterwards, Alex introduced them both to Rosetta who once again explained the history of the Workshop.
Lexi couldn't help but ask more about the facilities of Babylon, especially the library, which she was particularly interested in. When the library was mentioned, Alex listened carefully since he also wanted to visit it.
The day went on, and Alex and Lexi returned to the city of Zephyria. They went to the adventurers' guild first and submitted the meat of the golden camels, resulting in Alex finally ranking up to green rank.
Alex and Lexi then returned to the base where Julian was waiting for them. He had procured almost everything Alex had asked for himself. Alex thanked Julian, stored all the items he provided in his storage, and returned to the house arranged for the leader of the camp.
As Alex lay on the bed, he looked up at the ceiling and thought about Babylon.
He had taken away the workshop of Babylon, which should have originally belonged to Touya. But now he had acquired it, causing a great change in the storyline.
The workshop was one of the most important facilities of Babylon, which had helped Touya greatly.
Though thinking about how Touya used it, Alex couldn't help but sigh.
The workshop was a great facility, but what Touya used it for was to process raw materials and turn them into toys, bicycles, and so on and take a less significant commission from the profits.
Alex wondered what was wrong with Touya's brain.
There were countless times he faced financial problems, but instead of using the ideas from his previous world, he gave them away for free and took a mere percentage of the total profits.
He didn't mass-produce firearms, nor did he let doctors research powerful weapons of mass destruction, saying that they were dangerous.
Seriously, he was in the world of magic now. You tell me what is more dangerous, modern firearms or destructive magics? He was facing the invasion of phrases, then the servile god, but he didn't think of using modern weapons enchanted with magic against them? Not only Babylon, but other facilities, too.
They were all wasted on Touya, who didn't use them to their full potential. "Sigh...enough about Touya for now."
Now that Alex had already acquired the workshop, he didn't see any reason not to acquire other parts as well. As for the storyline, he didn't care.
This wasn't the world of anime anymore, and even if he didn't interfere, his existence alone would cause a lot of changes in the world. So it was better for him not to worry about the storyline anymore and take advantage of knowing the future of the world and prepare for upcoming events.
Days went by, and Alex nowadays mostly lived in the workshop, studying more about magi-technology from Rosetta.
It all started on the second day since he received the workshop. He asked Rosetta to teach him more about magi-tech since he was curious about it and wanted to learn it so that he could replicate the items from his previous world.
Although he could replicate them with enchantment like Touya, they were all half-baked items according to Alex's opinion. Everything worked on Touya's magic power, meaning without him, they would all be useless, which wasn't ideal in Alex's opinion.
Since he had arrived in this world, he had always wanted to learn about magi-tech, but since the concept wasn't popular in Sandora, he couldn't find a suitable teacher to teach him about it. But now that he had acquired the workshop, he asked Rosetta to teach him about magi-tech.
Rosetta served as doctor's assistant and helped her in creating new inventions so who could be better than her and other gynoids in terms of magi-tech after doctor herself.
