Chapter 10: Well then

I took a soak in my bath tub. My clothes were ripped and bloodied so I put them to wash. I looked down to my body. I'm fucking ripped. Likes full six pack abs and shit bro!

And my dick if I were to cover my eyes with my hair then I'd officially be a hentai protagonist. I should probably get this checked out to see if it's a genetic mutation, this is not normal.

"So Ddraig how long are you going to ignore me?" I asked the dragon in my left arm.

(Hmph! Ignoring you how could I? I was only assessing the situation.) replied the dragon as arm glowed with ever word he said. (To think other worlds exist out there.) Muttered the dragon in thought.

"So you've seen my memories?" I asked and he replied "Yes, I have." I then backed him something important. "Have you met Issei Hyoudou?"

(I have not, it seems I was about to fuse with soul of the newborn child known as Issei Hyoudou, my partner in what you call the canon timeline. But instead I was brought to you. So I guess I'll have to stick with you new partner.)

Hearing this I sighed and slumped down in the bath. I'll have to deal with the bullshit in the gear huh? With all the past hosts and shit. Fuck! What a drag!

"Ddraig is it possible to absorb the other twice critical into the boosted gear?" I asked the dragon as he hummed. (I can, but do know this is because you've only recently integrated both sacred gears, your lucky they haven't fully integrated into your soul yet.)

The boosted gear appeared on my arm without my command as a deep crimson aura surrounded it. 'This is cool and all but now I've lost the ability to deal more damage with both arms, kinda wish I had two gauntlets.' After I thought that another gauntlet even materialized onto my other arm.

"What the shit I have two boosted gears? Wait sacred gears can manifest different abilities depending on the users thoughts and desires. Plus I just absorbed a whole other sacred gear into this thing, other than just one of Vali's gems."

I guess this makes sense when you think about it. I got up out of the bath and decided to start with dinner.

"You've gotten better again." Say Aunt Mikoto as she took a bite of my food with a smile on her face. "If I knew you'd be this good at cooking I'd have let you do it years ago!"

"Thank you." I replied with a genuine smile, I kinda feel happy when she enjoys my food like she's doing now.

-The next day-

Right now I'm getting school things in order other than leveling today. I'm starting highschool tomorrow, I need to make sure aunt Mikoto bought everything. Knowing her she might've left out a couple things. "This looks good." I say as I held my chin.

(*Yawn!* Morning partner?) Greeted Ddraig. "Morning Ddraig." I replied to the dragon. Yesterday I managed to enter my mind? Hand? My inner space, where Ddraig and I have gotten more acquainted.

"I should probably get something to hide my power." I said, so I consulted the shop which came up with a number of solutions. It came up with techniques and items which can hide my power.

What I chose to buy was a cross shaped necklace with a blue gem in the center. It might've costed me most of my shop points, but fuck it, it'll help me stay out of the bullshit that school will probably throw me into. Or at least let me be able to delay the bullshit until I'm strong enough.

[So what's you plan for today?] Asked the dragon. "Groceries, we need a couple more things." I replied as I got on some clothes and went out.

I managed to observe Aunt Mikoto yesterday nothing too surprising other than that she's not my biological aunt. Didn't really bum me out still great full to her for taking care of me.

[So what are your plans for today?] Asked Ddraig with a yawn.

"Well I don't plan on grinding today. So maybe I'll just watch some anime or something." I said as much fun as grinding is. I wanna take it easy today plus I've gotta find a way to purge the spirits from the sacred gear.

Which is why I searched the shop for something anything that can help me. And I did find something a lot of things, but they are expensive, hella expensive.

I just spent the rest of the day resting watching this worlds anime, Kyoya wasn't really interested in it so he didn't know much about them. And I have to say I am disappointed, their all bland!

Lifeless, they reused the same tropes, they do nothing new! Some of the crappy fanfics I read in my last life had better writing. Frustrated I turned off the t.v and decided to try the video games and I have to say they were okay not bad not good though they were really old since these were the ones Kyoya had when he was kid.

I slumped into the couch with a sigh. I then went out to a bookstore and tried the manga. The art was okay for some but the story not so much.
