Alex read the meaning behind the boy's stare and smiled in return,no he had a valid reason to help him out, he wasn't being a busy body for nothing, even though he did not know this kid, he was sure he wasn't really a bad person because he tried to chase him away even when he was in such a situation.

Alex mocked himself inwardly, because as a cultivator,he would try to drag as many as possible into his mess so it could increase his chance of escaping,the cultivation world was a place where the strong eat the weak and death was very common.

People could die for the simplest mistake, only strong ones could change things the way they wanted,so a cultivator in trouble would attract others to himself.

Yet this kid was trying to make him leave.Alex sighed, don't worry kid,I am an immortal,I know magic,I also know martial arts,I can save you.

The boy had a look of despair when he saw Alex still coming over to them and even with a smile,he was now thinking if Alex was just stupid or blind, can't he see how many boys were here?how would he fend off six boys by himself.

"I thought the school prohibited violence and you could get expelled if caught,"Alex said after moving just close enough for a confrontation.

The six boys all turned to Alex simultaneously,some with annoyed gazes while others were amused. They couldn't believe someone in their right senses were bold enough to get themselves involved in such a scene instead of running away. Was he so confident in escaping them?

"Of course it's forbidden,but only if  'you get caught as you said,hehehe' ' the boy who was closest to Alex smirked as he replied to Alex's words.

He really did not know if he should complement Alex's bravery or scoff at his stupidity.

"Oh,it's really okay as long as you don't get caught?" Alex raised his brows,how come he never thought of this,it's quite logical too, since nothing would happen because they won't find out.

"Yes, that's how it is, that's why we are here to give our little friend some manners"the same boy who answered Alex earlier said again,this time, gripping the neck of the kneeling boy.

"So,can I join this event?" Alex asked with a cold smile that didn't reach his eyes and his eyes shone with a ferocious glint that the other boys did not notice.

The boy kneeling down looked at Alex with wide eyes,he was in shock,now feeling anxious,he had thought earlier that Alex was coming over to stand up for him and therefore tried to chase Alex away from here but he had now thought wrongly,Alex was with these bastards,he felt he really had bad luck.

Wow,you want to make a seven to one? Of course you are welcomed,we always welcome brothers with intelligence,hahaha"even the six boy's were quite shaken by Alex's words,they were surprised at his request,but were quick to calm down and reacted to Alex's request, it would make it more fun anyway.

Alex quickly understood that they must have misunderstood him from the expression on the boys faces,he waved his hands vigorously as he made his words cleare.

"No,no, that's not what I meant,I mean I am with him,so it's six to two,what do you say,dea?"Alex pointed at the boy  on the floor, indicating that he was here to help him out.

These words caused all seven boys to blank out again,they looked at Alex with dazed faces,the six boys had thought Alex was going to join them to make it fun,now they realized that it was going to be super fun.

The boy on his knees who had felt betrayed earlier was now feeling really sorry for Alex,he had misunderstood the other party,yet,he still stood up for him, even risking himself,he felt both happy and sad.

"Hahaha, that would even be more fun,it would be nice than seven to one,so do you need us to deal with you separately or you prefer multiple torture?"the one who slapped the boy earlier grinned while asking Alex.

"Don't worry,you guys can all come at once" Alex yawned and gestured for them to come at him with his fingers.

The six boys looked at Alex with complicated emotions,was he looking down on them or what?

"Since you said so" the boy closest to Alex said as he dashed towards Alex,he was already feeling annoyed with Alex's presence and wanted to vent his anger first.

He threw his fist at Alex's face at full speed, normal people would be unable to dodge in time but sadly, Alex wasn't normal,umm... like a normal person,yes.

Also,Alex already decided to not use any magic and only focus on his raw strength and hand combat.

Still,he was a core mage and his strength wasn't something a normal human could bear.

Alex lazily moved his head to the side and the incoming punch that was just a few centimeters from his face passed by a hair breath.

He yawned and sent the boy flying with a square kick to his chest.

Alex was so fast that the boy had no time to stop his momentum and block,he just felt an intense pain in his chest and the next second,he was flying backward,he vomited a mouthful of blood which drew an arch in the air.

The boy passed out just in time before his body crashed into the wall and fell down, saving him from experiencing the agonizing pain.

The remaining five looked at their friend, aghast, just a single kick and he already lost consciousness?

"Oops, still too much strength,ok I will control better next time"he muttered to himself and then looked at the rest five" you guys can come now,I will be gentler this time,I promise"Alex smiled at them, then gestured to them to come over.

Their faces changed instantly.

They started cursing at Alex,they became highly wary of him and therefore moved around him, enclosing him in a circle so they could easily get to his blind spot.

Alex smiled at their childish strategy, even if he wasn't using magic,he was a cultivator for so long,he had been through countless battles, fighting these boys couldn't even be considered as a training for him,if they could really beat him,he would quit being a mage and bury himself alive.

He just stood there and waited for them to make their move.
