"Hehe, what's this? Is this how you welcome your big brother?" A faked angry voice came from within the array as two hands stretched out and caught their weapons before lifting the two kids into the air.
"What have my two mischievous little siblings been up to lately? You guys now even know how to sneak attack your big brother" Alex joked as he looked at their frozen expression, he was pleased to see how much he had shocked them.
The two kids froze when they heard Alex's voice from behind the blue light of the array, they forgot to let go of their weapons and were suspended mid-air by Alex.
The light finally disappeared, revealing Alex in his black battle robe with a kind smile on his face.
Their eyes immediately turned moist and their faces changed expressions, they were about to cry. Forget about having Sharp eyes and a mature mentality, they were still kids in the end and while Alex had only been away for more than a month, it felt like years for the two.
